I have a bank account.. Some person tried to deposit one cheque in my account and later bank people found that there is no signature and for that they debited my account by some amount. Some third person tried to deposit in ur bank customer account for that why are you making your customer suffer by debiting his account. Instead you hace to take from that third person. What a #### policy is that hope yoj rectify it in future

      We contacted the branch for some payment regards with our swipe machine where due to confusing preceding zeros amount needed to be updated. For which bank took 10 days for 1st update telling they can only do some thing in 24 hours (Our mail was with in 24 hours). After that it has been more then 40-45 days we gave all documents asked from us, the concerned department cleared the payment and send it to releasing department. This was done even...

        Sir,
        My name is deepanshu rawat. I live in alwar (Rajasthan) and i want to open an account of pradhan mantri jan-dhan yogana in bank of baroda in alwar. When i ask in branch to open an account they had refuse me to open account in the bank (Branch is in budh vihar, alwar). They told me that opening of an account of jan-dhan is disclosed.
        So, kindly help to open an account with jan-dhan yojana.

          I transferred an amount of Rs 20000/- to my sister account acct no being [protected] in the name of Ruchika Agarwal but it got credited to [protected].

          Already raised a complaint on 4th july i.e date of transaction with yes bank from which money was transferred and also visited bank of baroda for same.

          Both the accts i.e my sister and the acct in which money got transferred are with same branch, have asked for details from bank of baroda manager.

          Pls help.

              Dear sir/mam,

              My name is abujar ansari, i have bank a/c [protected] in bank of baroda, branch sitapur road, lucknow, u. P.

              On 16.08.2017 i withdraw 10, 000 from atm no. 1fnluc66 and i received cash then i withdraw 15, 000 but this time i did not receive cash and 15000 amount was deducted from my bank a/c.

              I already informed all these situations to the guard who was present there. He made me believe that atm machine has some technical faults since morning and the money would be credited later. Still it did not happen.

              I request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

                विषय: होम लोन सम्बन्धी प्रतिबंध राशि को कम करने हेतु बाबत।
                माननीय महोदय जी,
                मैंने आपकी बैंक से LIG होम लोन के लिए आवेदन किया था जिस पर आपने रु 650000 की राशि का लोन प्रतिबंध किया था, फिर जब आपने घर का अलॉटमेंट लेटर वेरिफिकेशन के लिए मंगवाया तब अलॉटमेंट लेटर पर लेमिनेशन होने के कारण आप वेरिफिकेशन में असमर्थ रहे, अतः आपने दूसरा अलॉटमेंट लेटर लाने का आदेश दिया। किन्तु दोबारा अलॉटमेंट लेटर की मांग करने पर SMC द्वारा उस अवधि तक की देय राशि रु 180000 भरने की बात कही गयी। जो की मेने जैसे-तैसे करके तुरंत चूका दी, अब SMC के पक्ष में मेरी कुल बकाया राशि रु[protected]) शेष थी।
                मैंने दूसरा अलॉटमेंट लेटर आपको जमा करवा दिया तथा अन्य सभी दस्तावेज आपके कह अनुसार आपको सुपुर्द करा दिए। किन्तु अभी तक लोन की बकाया राशि रु 650000 ही है जिसके कारण मुझे अधिक ब्याज एवं अधिक किश्त की राशि चुकानी पड़ रही है। और जो रु 180000 मैने SMC में जमा कराये उनके कारण लोन में कोई कमी नहीं आयी, अब मुझे सम्पूर्ण रु 650000 राशि का ब्याज चुकाना पड़ रहा है और किश्त की राशि भी उसके हिसाब से ही चुकानी पड़ रही है। में एक छोटा व्यापारी हु एवं मेरे घर में 7 सदस्य है एवं कमाने वाला केवल में एक ।मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर है।
                जो रु 180000 SMC को आपको चुकाना था वो किसी कारणवश मैने चुकाए है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है की या तो आप रु 180000 राशि मेरे स्वयं के बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर करे या लोन की प्रतिबंध राशि को रु 650000 से घटाकर रु 470000 करे ताकि मुझे ब्याज एवं किश्त की राशि कम चुकानी पड़े।

                From Friday we have try for NEFT/RTGS but till (Tuesday) 11/07/17 it's not credited our benifishery account. And staff was not properly reply for issue.

                  I am a very old customer of baroda bank, anandapuri, barrackpore, west bengal.
                  Anamika mondol (Employee) has misbehaved very badly with me on 15th july 2017,
                  Saturday. I went to update my passbook and the link got cut. So an old man (80 yrs)
                  And i was discussing that we are harassed because of no link. Then suddenly
                  Anamika mondal says "you are misbehaving with employee and you will be jailed"
                  To tell you honestly only the old man and i was talking, we never spoke to any
                  Employee, so from where question of jail arises?? When i started to speak
                  In english anamika mondal said "you speak in english and think too much of yourself.
                  What do you think of your self?" and many things. Survey shows that
                  Anamika mondal is extremely rude with the staffs and also
                  With other customers. She reads story book when on duty and also plays
                  With mobiles. Kindly take up the matter seriously. I have a snap where
                  She is playing in mobile while on duty in the
                  Bank of boroda, anandapuri, barrackpore, west bengal.

                  I am unable to attach the photo because the system says that the photo file is too large.. But i have a photo where she is playing with mobile while on duty. She also reads story book while on duty.

                              My brother and mom visit many times in this month to open a current account in your osmanabad branch 7 times in a month, but no one is going to entertain me, i don't want someone to treat me as a special appearance but when you opened a branch for services then you should have to set up with a proper professional employees.
                              Sometimes they got a reply like server is down, some time is like the internet not working, sometime manager is not available, sometimes like we are accepting only 15 forms on daily basis and our today's target is completes.
                              Now, if you don't want us to entertain then why your bank staffs directly not told them like you don't need new users.
                              I need asap your reply from your end.
                              Note: our documents are correct and we have attached all documents whatever you require. So don't think like they are rejecting our application due to insufficient documents.

                                I have activated an account in bank of baroda sec-29, noida branch in january month 2017 and my account is activated and i have deposit rs.4000 also and i did not receive any confirmation letter from bank side still the date. For this concern i have contacted to my nearest bank of baroda and they told me that my account has been freezed now so i can't do transactions. So please send my confirmation letter to my address which i have given to the bank as soon as possible.

                                      I had swiped my debit card in a swiping machine (Not atm) at "okay diagnostic center jaipur" for an amount of rs. 7900 on 22 may 2017 this amount was deducted from my account balance however the transaction failed and the merchant did not received the money. So in this respect i called the customer support of bank of baroda and had filed a complaint with complaint no.[protected] on 25 may 2017 they were saying that this process takes a time of around 40-50 days as it is a matter of money this is not acceptable. So i called 2-3 times and had a word with :-
                                      1) shanti lal (Assistant manager)
                                      2) deepika dutta (Assistant manager)
                                      3) naveen chandra
                                      They all had committed that they will call back and will let me know the status of my money but i did not receive any call from anyone of them. There are some points to be considered:-
                                      1) money should be returned to the account within a week's time.
                                      2) what about the interest which is to be paid by the bank on this amount.
                                      3) according to rbi any failed transaction done by debit card should be settled within a week's time if bank fails to settle this amount within a week then a penalty of rs. 100 every day should be paid by the bank so be ready for that.

                                      It has been around 40 days since this incidence still haven't received any money seek help from consumer forum in this respect
