I am having PPF account in chembur branch, trying to access my account online, site is asking for PPF account no, which is of 4 digit, but while entering that no, site is asking 20 digit account no, as I have shifted from chembur it is not possible for me to visit branch personally

      Sir my acount no is [protected]. maine 26 and 27 tarikh ko www.gsrt.co per se online ticket book kiya tha per transiction fail huva per mere khate me se paise debite huve 26 tarikh ko 225 rs aur 412 rs and 27 ko 1380 trasiction gail ho gaya tha phir bhi mere acount se paise debit ho gaye .ticket confirm nahi huve .plz chek this problem and sole immedietly.

        Wish you happy diwali…..

        I am very sorry to inform you that despite i have given post dated cheques to your branch towards my emi on my above housing loan account, i am receiving repetitive phone calls and messages on my mobile for payment of emi from vk-bobsms and dm-bobmsg.

        I feel this is an "insult & mental torture / harrassement" to me by bank of baroda. why i should not make complaint to police / bank ombudsman against your bank for harrasement?
        I have already complained against the above harassment on your bank site. but there is no response by bank of baroda.

        Have i made mistake by taking home loan from bank of baroda? so bob is punishing by sending messages and calls?

        In view of above harassment, kindly advise me why i should not close housing loan account of bank of baroda and shift to some other good bank where i will treated with respect.

        Hi,
        I tried to withdraw cash from atm on 28 Oct, but on the atm screen it was showing trans declined but amount deducted then I tried in few other atm but result was same. Total all transaction amount is Rd 5023+5023+11.5+11.5+4523. Hence request you to check & return back the above amount to my a/c.

          In 2007 I had signed as witness for a friend call Hema Bhatija for 50000 loan amount. When I pulled my cibil report recently I came across that my scores are gone down because of Bank of Baroda Its shows that I have pending loan of 43000rs. The Bank needs to do the follow up with the person who had taken the loan and without informing me I found my cibil scores were down.
          The person whom I have signed does not exists and no contract with that person.
          Kindly investigate the same. As per my cibil report the account number is SION[protected].
          Let me know how do I remove this from my cibil.

              It is noticed that the cash counting machine of your Tirur branch, was damaged. And it will take so many time to confirm the cash remittance. So customers are waiting for a long time. So request your goodself to take immediate action to solve this problems.

              I attempted to withdrew Rs. 5000 from my SBI debit card on[protected] at 11:15 hrs from a ATM of Bank of Baroda. the machine stated, transaction timed out but Rs. 5000 got deducted from my account. the details are as follows: BOB ATM 1RDDDEL0.Txn#5845. Kindly restore the amount to my SBI account.

                  Well on 28 oct, 2016. While using my bank of baroda's debit card, trying to cash out 1000rs from hdfc atm (N block counaught place, new delhit) around 7:50pm and money is deduct from my account but on the atm screen it was showing "technical issue" and i did't get cash.

                  I went to bank next day, they were saying money will be credited with in 24hr or you can talk to our customer care. I tried many time all customer care numbers are busy and also i dont get my refund.

                    Make you inform that at Bank of Baroda pallavpuram branch meerut I want for depositing cash coins into bank of Rs20000 but cashier refusses to accept the cash coins than I want to Branch Manager but he still refusses to accept the coin.
                    When I told that I have gone for your complaint he said do what ever you wants to do...

                      I tried to withdraw cash from my bank of baroda atm from an icici atm machine at 6:50 pm in krishna reddy pet rd, madhura nagar colony, madhura nagar, beeramguda, ramachandra puram, hyderabad, telangana 502032 (Icici atm location) on 28th october 2016. The debited amount was frist text to my number but the atm never did dispensed the money so i check my balance and to my irritation the amount was debited to my account. Get me my money back or else we will be going to legal. Thank you

                        मैंनें axis bank से कुछ रुपये निकाले थे लेकिन atm में धनराशि ना होने के कारण मुझे वह धनराशि नहीं मिली और मेरे account से पैसे भी कट गये जो कि नहीं कटने चाहिए थे। atm ने msg भी दिखाया कि transaction proceed नहीं हुई।दो बार ऐसा हुआ और दोनों बार पैसे कट गये और अभी तक मेरे account में पैसे नहीं आये।account में पैसे वापस होने के लिये क्या procedure हो कि मेरे account में पैसे वापस आ जाये।

                              I Shivam Singh draw a ₹800 two times IE., total 1600 from my BOB ATM on 28/10/2016 around 3 PM in Perinthalmanna, Kerala . I don't get the money both of the time I draw money, I only received a slip of transaction failure. But a sum of ₹1600 is deducted from my accnt . My accnt no:-[protected]. Kindly look in to the matter.

                              And ur sevice is very bad and pz provide the email ID of deoghar branch, jharkhand nothing is available in their site.

                                  I used my bob debit card to take rs.10000 from bob bank atm on 28/10/2016 at 13:05:26. But i got the receipt showing transaction unable to process. But rs 10000 is debited to my account as per mobile message received at that time. Immediately i contacted the branch manager bank of baroda shri dungargarh where i have this account. He replied the amount will be reverted in 24 hours. But after waiting for 1 days again i gave a written compliant to the branch manager to settle the issue. But till today i have not received any information from the bank. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest. The details of account is as follows:

                                      You provided your toll free no. that all are constantly busy shown me, i dont know how it can possible because some time on toll free number a receiver picked my phone but not talk to me any answer.

                                      Your customer service is very poor, so i request you plz kind do the change in this service bcoz, in the market all bank doing good for our customer

                                        The transaction was failed in the dcb bank located at nashirabaad, jalgaon - maharashtra. But within 5 minutes, i got a message of transaction of the same amount was successful even though i didn't get the money as atm showed, transaction could not be processed. After an hour when i'm writing this complaint i didn't get the message of the same amount to be credited in my account. So please help me as soon as you can.
