I am customer of bank of baroda for a very long time. I visit the charkop branch frequently. Whenver i go there is one or another problem.
Firstly, the server s down. The passbook renewal machine is never working. Sometimes there is no light. All the customers are complaining everyone but the staff always ignores them.

Please check the person and phone number that this airtel number [protected] is registered under Mr.Lamech Pamei and I am not using Bank of Baroda account. My airtel number is registered under DND number. I don't know who is using a/c number...1573. Please check the person address and update his or her phone number and not my airtel number. Further receiving any sms or call related to this a/c...1573, I will report it to police...

This is regarding current account number (IFSC Code:-BARB0DURJAI), Durgapura, Jaipur branch-302018

I have saving account in Bank of Baroda Heera Bagh Branch Dayal Bagh Uttar Pradesh.
It is really not shocking for me that branch doesn`t have passbook entry machine last 1 year. when we contact them every time they told machine is not working. If we need accounts statement they charged amount from my account. If machine was available with them they did`t charged.I think branch prosperously not give facility...
