I have one check of v u nagar branch, ifsc: barb0vunaga & i have bob account is at motavaghchhipa branch, ifsc: barb0motava. I have just visited bob dharmaj for deposit this check into my account but one officer named omprakas refused to deposit it. I want to do that can i deposit this check from dharmaj branch or not??? If not then why it is printed on check "payable at par at all branches in india".

    The bank of Baroda m-connect isn't working, I am not able to use my debit card for any online payments, inspite of entering the correct pin code I'm denied access and keep getting error messages from all payment gateways, the VBV gateway has blocked payments from my debit card in lieu of entering incorrect details but I am very sure I have entered the correct password. I'm not able to contact the branch to resolve my problem. Please suggest what should I do now?

      Hi Sir, My name is Sukhdev. I have an a/c [protected], KCC a/c 05/1359. I have a concern with BOB Manager branch Aurangabad Nawabganj. I have deposited my KCC dues re 145050on[protected] but the manager is not giving me no dues letter due to that my all work is stopped. I am a farmer. I have some urgency of Money. I still have not got no dues letter after 2 months depositing my dues. He is harassing me too much due to that I am going to close my a/c with bank of baroda.

        I have made an online payment through my debit card through paytm app. I had borrowed my gaming zone coupon from little app. After my payment from debit card i received a msg my money been deducted then after 2 min i again got the same message that my money had been detected again. Rs.1373 had been deducted twice from my account as it should be done only once. I want my money back and want to know who is the culprit behind this who had deducted my money. I had been calling customer service no. Since afternoon but calls are not picked up by any one. I want you to solve my problem as soon as possible. Please do reply back.

          your customer care communication system is very bed
          yesterday i try to connect him in evening 8:00 to 9:30 pm constant more than 50 up call i dial but not connect one number busy and other number say plz hold your call all customer care executive buzy in other call if in case i lost my cards or chaques .
          i comunicat for block my card and account but can't comunicat with u in one call and in bitvin that time anyone can miss use my card and chaques who is responsible that ????

          On 18th November 2016 went to deposit and withdrawal cash, and after waiting in the queue not accepted other branch for allowing withdraw cash and deposit. As this is core banking and can deposit and withdraw any bank, fail to understand the trouble that this bank gives to customers

            Dear Sir, as the time of demonetization i used my debit card at a petrol pump at Jaipur.
            As per Prime Minister said no extra cost will be charges on the transactions through cards (debit/credit)
            When i swaped my card for 1000 Rs.at BP Petropump, i got massage from banking service that " Rs. 1028.5 is debited to my ac/no. 6038 on 24.11.16 at 14.55.17 at POS.
            Now, let me know this is right to do so, as our PM is randomly saying cashless society.
            Plaese rectify my complain or i'll go for further action.

                    Sir, Cash is available but display is not working from last 10 days as per watchman of ATM, Pl. do the needful action because everybody is harash due to this region.

                    On date 10-11-16 I did one transaction, of Rs. 1073/- deducted from my a/c no. [protected]. but it was not paid to vendor. Till date this Amount is not refunded into my S/A. Kindly do need full to refund it.

                          This is a complaint against a/c holder ...1573. This airtel number [protected] is registered in my name Mr. Lamech Pamei. I am not using Bank of Baroda account. I don't use Bank of Baroda acciunt. Why I am still receiving message from Bank of Baroda related to a/c...1573. I do not want any message from the bank related to this a/c and this is my final complaint before I file a case against the bank and a/c ...1573 holder. Why a/c ...1573 holder use my number instead of his number? After previous complaint why the Bank of Baroda didn't contact (Rajiv) this a/c holder to update his number.                                   Its 10.33 am and your bank is still close whereas the timing for bank to be open is 9.00am. I jus wanted to transfer funds through net banking for which I was.made to stand more than 1.30 hrs. It would have hardly take 20-30mins. And web I told the bank officials about it that said to come at 2.00pm .Ima working individual and I cannot come leaving my job his for this . And the behaviour is rude. Hope you train them and give customer service trainings

                                      This complaint is regarding the poor functioning of bank of baroda in Sector 53, Gurgaon. Nowadays where people are rushing to banks for conversions, deposits, withdrawls etc, the particular bank's performance is very poor and slow. People are standing since morning in queue and they are not even been served till evening.There are people who come everyday and they face same problem. The staff in Sec 53 bank is so casual and slow.They are eating, talking and people outside in queue are screaming. The bank manager is not taking any action.Rather his behaviour is again beyond tolerance.He is very harsh and abusive.

                                      Please take suitable action against the bank and the branch manager so that they perform upto customer's expectations and the common man does not have to suffer.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        Today at around 3.00 pm, I went to exchange old notes at Bank of Baroda, kahadakpada Kalyan branch, first the cashier asked to verify Id proof from other counter, there it was clealy told that exchange not allowed as I am not account holder. I then met the Branch Manager Mr. Kale . But he also told d same that they are allowing only account holders to exchange. Whereas per guidelines by RBI, upto Rs 2000 can be exchanged at any bank.
                                        I asked manager to write as denied on my exchange form but he refused that . He said he can exchange my notes only when i bring it in writing from bank where i am holding account that i have not exchanged money before.
                                        Is it correct?
                                        RBI clearly stated that we can exchange at any branch then why such treatment is given by banks.
                                        Why the notice is not displayed clearly at door itself that preference will be given only account holders so that we will not waste our time in standing queue, filling forms and following procedures.

                                        Bank staff and manager were very rude.
                                        They didnot even notify that we wont exchange notes for other bank customers.

                                        Please look into the matter.
