    Ac No [protected] The reason for hold was not intimated properly and when we called [protected] (caller tune makes you feel that you have dialed a wrong number), informed that they have received a letter from bank who made the credit twice the amount 150K. Besides the business party have to pay the outstanding of 800K. Our credibility with our suppliers were affected and the charges for cheque returning should not be debited on our account. For others mistake we cant pay and to be settled in a day or two.

The Cheque bearing No. 678524 dated 20.03.14 was paid against bill for electricity charges to PGVCL was amounting Rs. 500/- Five hundred only. PGVCL had deposited to the Bank of Baroda Tagore Road Branch. for clearing and the amount withdrawn from my aforesaid account of SBI was Rs. 5000/-Five thousand. So the difference of Rs. 4500/- should be refunded to me with the interest for one month as it being the Fault of Your Bank while transacting from my A/c. to PGVCL A/c. In fact PGVCL has received Rs, 500/- and the receipt for the same was given to me and My suscribers account that is Rs. 500/- only so the MISTAKE IS DONE BY YOUR BANK . Do need ful and oblige

                Dear Sir, I have availed a Personal Loan of Rs. 50, 000/- vide A/C # [protected] from Bank of Baroda, Sector : 22 branch at Chandigarh. Due to some technical errors, regular installments from my saving account # [protected] were not recovered by the system (while the sufficient balance was available in my saving bank account) and my account was classified as Substandard from June, 2010 and Doubtful from September, 2010 which reflect in CIBIL report, get by me during December, 2013 for availing a housing loan from another bank. I have immediately contact at branch to issue me the clarification certificate in this regard to make my report score good but at first they have refused for the same. I was mentally harassed for this process, as my housing loan process was delayed and builder was issuing Reminders to pay my installment. It take approx. One week time then i decided to complaint at their Zonal office at Chandgiarh and was instruct from ZO to contact again at branch with manager and they have provide me normal certificate as a part of compliance without mentioning the errors. Once, again i have contacted at their ZO for the purpose and while contacting at branch this time, i was forced to pay due interest by signing the voucher to be recovered from my saving account for the same. However, the account was already settled during 18.05.2011. Due to need of clarification certificate, I agree for the same and they have issued me but charged wrong interest rate @ 17.25, however, while loan tenure, the rate of interest was only 13%. I request your good self to please help me to reimburse the loan interest charges of Rs. 2634/-, wrongly charged by the Bank of Baroda from my account. All supporting documents, i.e. CIBIL Report Page, copy of Saving Bank Account Statement, Copy of Loan Account Statement, Copy of Certificate, issued by Bank of Baroda are enclosed for your reference and justify my case.                   Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform you that, I am maintaining the above mentioned SB account with Punjab National Bank, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi.

                  On 07.01.2014 at 13:50:07, I used my PNB Debit Card at your Bank of Baroda ATM at Vardhman Mayur Plaza, Mayur Vihar-3, Delhi-96, to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), but the machine disbursed only Rs.4, 000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) and my account had been debited by Rs.10, 000/-. I speak with your Guard and he is given me the BOB Customer Care number and I called that number, they inform me to logged the complaint with my banker, immediately I logged the complaint with PNB. Now I come to know that my complaint is closed by the bank. They inform me to make the complaint directly with BOB.

                  You are requested to please look into the matter, and refund the excess amount debited by the Bank to my SB account as early as possible.

                  Your early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

                    I was trying to pay a money from internet card using my Bank of Baroda visa card on 21/1/2014 for SAIL application form. I did 2 transaction and both transactions were failed. each transaction was rs.515 so total amt. debited from my a/c is 1030 and i didnt got that amt. Atm reciept shows the transaction is unable to process although the money got debited from my account. I haven’t got my money back and for that purpose I am trying to contact a customer care but i didnt got any response from thehr so i lodge my complain here. Please find details of 2 transaction.

Two month ago I lost my ATM password and i applied three time for INTERNET BANKING and reissue the ATM password but the branch officer did not send my application. I ever seen the absence and misbehaviour of staff in the branch they never came at time and not do work properly and delay work.
