महोदय,
मेरा नाम उर्मिला देवी है। मेरा बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा की नांगलोई शाखा में खाता है।
सर इस शाखा के जो केशियर हैं उनका व्यवहार कुछ ठीक नही है। आज मैं जब अपनी नगदी बैंक में जमा करवाने गयी तो मैंने देखा की वह सिर्फ 5-6 लोग लोग हैं जिन्हें नगदी जमा करवानी है। परंतु सर वो नगदी जमा नही कर रहे थे।
जिस वक़्त मैं नगदी जमा करवाने गयी तब दोपहर के 2:30 बजे थे एवं लोग वहाँ 11 बजे से खड़े थे लेकिन वो नगदी जमा ही नही कर रहे थे।
मेरे बोलने पर मुझ से बत्तमीजी से बात की और मुझे कहा कि ब्रांच से बहार निकलिये।
मैंने जब अपने बेटे को मेनेजर के पास भेजा तो मेनेजर बोले की खड़े खड़े बात करिये बैठने की जरूरत नही है।
वो भी उपभोक्ता की शिकायत सुनने को तैयार नही थे और गार्ड को कहा कि इन्हें बहार निकालिये।

सर बैंक दोपहर 4 बजे तक सामान्य जनता के लिए खुले हैं लेकिन सर इस शाखा में न तो केशियर ठीक से काम कर रहा है और ना ही मेनेजर हमारी सुनने को तैयार है।
सर आप से निवेदन है की मेरी सहायता की जाए क्योंकि सर वक़्त कम है और मैं अभी तक अपने पैसे जमा नही कर पायी हूँ एवं केशियर और मेनेजर को स्त्रियों से बात करने की तमीज नही है इससे पूरे बैंक का नाम ख़राब हो रहा है।

    Respected sir/madam
    i had applied for a loan of rs.5 lakh from PMEGP scheme under KVIB. for which i suggested the name of bank of baroda kullu (Himachal) branch. KVIB has approved 5 lakh rs for my project and a training was also held for the project which i completed. Bank had given me consent for the same .even bank has inspect my project area where i was going to establish my project. At last when i submitted all my documents including my training certificate bank manager refuse to give me loan and also misbehave with my father whose age is about 85. our entire family is familiar to this bank but now we are very upset and disturbed due to this behavior of bank. i used to visit every third day for the same project since last 3 months in the end i was surprisingly shocked by the manner less behavior.
    you are requested to inquire and take some action against this. OR i will go for ombudsman banking case and file a case for wasting my time and breaking trust of customer and also for mental harassment. (case date sept.2016 to 2 dec. 2016

      I deposit rs 100000 in the cash deposit machine yesterday 12/12/2016 and the transaction time was between 8.00-9.00 pm in the branch nehru ground faridabad, account number [protected] through debit card, account holder name ekta panchal the cdm properly work but after cash deposit rs 100000 machine was shown temporary out of service and error showing please contact branch manager. Need help please let me know what needs to be done.

        फ़ैज़ाबाद मुख्य शाखा मे कार्यरत वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक श्री सौरभ कुमार श्रीवास्तव जी के पास बोबकार्ड के डेबिटकार्ड विभाग से मेरे खाता संख्या [protected] की पिन ओवर नाइट कूरियर द्वारा कोनसनसाइमेंट नंबर AWB [protected] दिनांक 22/11/2016 फ़ैज़ाबाद मुख्य शाखा मे आई थी परंतु उक्त अधिकारी ने डाक लेने से मना कर दिया कहा की कल आना आज बहुत भीड़ है और कूरियर वाले ने उक्त डाक को वापस मुंबई भेज दिया जिस कारण मुझे आज तक मेरे एटीएम कार्ड की पिन प्राप्त नहीं हुई है अतः अब मई कोर्ट की शरण मे जाने के लिए बाध्य हो रही हूँ ।

          Mera account suar branch main hai. Mera khata no. [protected] hai maine moradabad budh bazar main date 30/10/2016 ko ATM se balance nikal raha balance nikalne wala hi tha tabhi machine band ho gayi or balance nahin nikla par account se balance kat gaya. Jiski shikayat maine custmer care par bhi ki or complaint no. hai[protected] care par unhone bataya ke 1 hafte main aapke account main balance pahuch jayega. Balance ek hafte main na aane par dobara care baat ki to unhone branch main milne ke liye bola, bank main 1 hafte se bank main ja raha hun par koi sunta hi nahi hai. Kripya karke meri samasya ka nistaran kare.

            I have account with bank of baroda. My account number is [protected].
            On 11th of nov i have make a transaction through imps through iob net banking transaction id is[protected] of 20000 rs and neft on 12th of november throught iob net banking transaction id is [protected] of 40000 rs.
            But by mistake i have entered wrong account number as [protected] instead of[protected].
            Kindly make a lien in a/c number [protected] so, the customer cannot withdraw any amount from his account.
            Taff of the branch in which amount has been credited is not supporting so that i can get my money back.
            Kindly help me so that i can get my money back. I will be very thankful to you.

                  Hello sir
                  I am a 52 yr old middle class man and have my firm shri. Gopal trading company, singhana which has its od account [protected] in bank of baroda, khetri whose branch code is 2746 from past 15 years. After the demonetization of 500 and 1000 rs notes its been 22 days and its i am struggling a lot to get new currency from bank. As per rbi i should get rs 50000 weekly but still till 1st of dec i haven’t got a single new currency note. I went to bank several times, waited in queue but still the staff and the manager is not giving me any new currency. Yesterday they crossed all their limits and abused me and threw me out of bank. Facing this humiliation i even contacted the general manager of bikaner whose mobile no. Is [protected] for more than 80 times but he took my call for just two times and didn’t give any satisfactory reply. I request you to please look forward to my complain and help me to get new currency as early as possible and also suggest you to please teach your staff some work ethics and to respect the account holders of bank.                     My ATM/Debit card is not able to withdraw money from ATM machine even if it is full of cash . further when i make online payment thru debit card it shows a message that my card is block and contact customer care. I have contacted customer care 15/20 times and submitted written complain on 28/11/2016 in respective branch too but till date my complain is not yet resolve. on one side our Govt is creating a cash less economy and on the other side Bank like BOB are so irresponsible that till date the branch manager even has no clue of solution of my problem

                        i come in your atm bank of baroda date 02.10.16 time 09.09.A.M withdrawn balance, but due to atm processing balance deducted in my account, i received the message on my phone my balance is deducted in my account but cash is not received to me.
                        I send to complaint more time in sbi, i get receive ticket no. At[protected] date 06.10.16 from sbi bank. But i received the message your complaint has resolved.
                        I request for you, please resolve my issue and my account balance credit in my account.

                            Bank of baroda of vesu branch, kavas, limbayat, udhna branch.. They can not accepting the money for deposite. Last 3 days i satanding in queue 4 5 hour but they can not deposite the money. All the ATM machines are not working properly. Or in the machine there is no cash. I m trying to deposite my money last 4 5 days but m not able to deposite my money. All tha branches told me they can not accepting other branch account money. M very desappointed for bank of baroda service. Can u plz help me to deposite my money in my account.

                              The bank has denied to pay an amount of rs 10000 - a withdrawal from my s/b a/c by saying that the bank has no cash to pay. although a person has deposited a handsome amount in 100, 50, 2000, 10 denomination approximate 20, 2, 2, 60 packets at around 3:44
                              this is my first withdrawal from my account since the PM announcement
                              Kindly check the records of withdrawal and cctv footage of the bank since[protected]
                              Moreover no one is takinhg calls at numbers given for complaints
                              Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest

                                मेरा नाम राजकुमार सुमन है मैं एक अध्यापक हूं मेरा bank of baroda शाखा खानपुर में अकाउंट है कई दिनों से उसे उपयोग में नहीं लेने के कारण वह बंद हो गया था जब मैं उसे पुनः चालू कराने के लिए बैंक गया तो मैंने वहां बैठे हुए कर्मचारी से पूछा कि मेरा बैंक खाता बंद हो गया है मुझे वह चालू कराना है तो उसने मुझसे कहा कि आप यह एप्लीकेशन मेरे पीछे बैठे हुए व्यक्ति को दे दे जैसे ही मैं उस पीछे बैठे कर्मचारी के पास गया तो उसने मेरे से बदतमीजी करें मेरे से कहा आप किस की परमिशन से यहां आए हैं जबकि वहां पर बिना परमिशन प्रवेश का कोई बोर्ड नहीं लगा हुआ था फिर मैंने उनसे कहा सर मुझे तो आपके आगे वाले कर्मचारी ने भेजा है तो वह गुस्सा हो गया मैंने उससे कहा सर हम आपके कस्टमर हैं आपको हमसे तमीज से बात करना चाहिए यह बैंक हमारा भी है हमारी वजह से ही आपका दिन चलता है और हमारी वजह से ही आप को तनखा मिलती है ऐसा करने पर वह आग बबूला हो गया और मेरे से गाली गलौज करने लगा जब मैंने उसके शिकायत करने की बात कही कि मैं तेरी शिकायत ऊपर से ऊपर के अधिकारियों से करूंगा तो उसने कहा कि शिकायत कर देना मेरे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता और उसने मेरे स्कोर धक्के देकर बैंक से बाहर निकालने को कहा लेकिन वहां बैठे मेरे साथियों ने बीच बचाव किया और समझा इसकी मैं आपसे कहना चाहता हूं कि उस आदमी ने मेरी मेरे सभी मिलने वालों के सामने बेइज्जती करी है मेरी मान हनी करी है अतः मैं चाहता हूं कि आप उस पर कार्यवाही करें उसे सजा दें जब मैंने इस बात की शिकायत ब्रांच मैनेजर से करें तो उन्होंने भी कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया उसके बाद वह व्यक्ति अपने मिलने वालों को अपने पास बिठाकर गप्पे मारने लगा जबकि वहां पर मेरे से कहा गया था कि आप अंदर कैसे आए क्या यहां केस लूटने आया है क्या जबकि मैं टेक गवर्नमेंट सर्वेंट अध्यापक हूं ₹50000 रुपए मेरी तनख्वाह मैं क्या कर लूंगा मैं तो उस अकाउंट को चालू करवा कर होम लोन के लिए अप्लाई करना चाहता हूं लेकिन आप के कर्मचारियों द्वारा की गई बदतमीजी के कारण में बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा से मेरे और मेरे मिलने वाले सभी लोगों के खाते बंद करुंगा और आगे से मेरे मिलने वालों स्कोर कभी भी bank of baroda में खाता खोलने की बात नहीं कहूंगा क्योंकि वहां पर कस्टमर के साथ दूर व्यवहार होता है अतः आप उस पर सख्त एक्शन लें नहीं तो मैं उस पर मानहानि का केस दायर करूंगा मेरा खाता संख्या [protected] शाखा खानपुर जिला झालावाड़ राजस्थान 32038

                                  बचत खाता खोलने गया था आधार कार्ड की ओरीजनल और पँन कार्ड की फोटोकॉपी मेरे पास थी । आधा घंटा फॉर्म भरने और थंब वँलीडिटी के बाद एक अफसर ने बताया ओरीजनल पँनकार्ड जब लाकर दिखाओगे तभी खाता खुलेगा । मैने तबतक फॉर्म वहीं रखने की रिक्वेस्ट की पर उन्होंने साफ ईन्कार किया

                                  बँकर्स को बँकिंग मत सिखाओ ।

                                  शायद कस्टमर बढाना नहीं चाहते।

                                    My self Ilyas Aiyyub patel from kavi.gujarat india.392170.

                                    Hope you fine but i am not happy because i am not getting cash from bank of baroda.
                                    I am your customer since 2002-03.
                                    My cheque book is over but how to i submit form for take new chequebook. Because here in my village so many account holders and so long que for cash deposit and take cash.
                                    And i am in line from 3 daye but before my number the bank is closed at 4 pm.
                                    the problem is that bank has no cash to give your account holders and here in kavi village only one bank and it is bank of baroda.Atm is inside the bank. Bank close atm also close with bank and Atm is working in 3-4 days in whole month. So request you take Atm back or locate it suitable place so people take advantage from Atm.

                                    Bank of baroda in kavi giving 2000 rs to account holders and only for 100-150 people than over cash..what is this ?
                                    I did not get even cash of 2000 rs because of not proper cash.
                                    Request to BOB please provide money to people and send mail to bank of baroda kavi gujarat for my cash and Cheque book request. I am tired from line.
                                    I waking up early morning 5 am and follow the que but i am coming return after 12 hours from bank without cash.i have no single rupee to use and i have 1 year kid.
                                    How to manage without money ????

                                        I have one check of v u nagar branch, ifsc: barb0vunaga & i have bob account is at motavaghchhipa branch, ifsc: barb0motava. I have just visited bob dharmaj for deposit this check into my account but one officer named omprakas refused to deposit it. I want to do that can i deposit this check from dharmaj branch or not??? If not then why it is printed on check "payable at par at all branches in india".
