Due to some urgency Rs 100000/- (Rupees one lakh) is required as a Loan & so I was going with hopefully to the manager of Bank of Baroda, Shantipur Branch, Nadia, WB. I am employee of state government of West Bengal & my salary a/c are in the same branch. But manager of this branch haven't any courtesy to me & he is not saying clearly that the loan is to be granted or not..

      Website: I am complaining to bank of Baroda for their branches troubling the customer and not attending prope

      I had to take money from client in jammu.so he gave me a cheque of SELF for rs 10000.but 2 bob. BRanches in Amritsar, Punjab refused me to cash the cheque.one branch is at court road, Amritsar, and second branch outside Lahori Gate, amritsar.i had called on toll free no twice just to confirm about the procedure for cheque.i have been told that my cheque can be cashed if it's below the amount of 50000 rs.my cheque value is for only rs 10000.i am a business man nd I have daily work in bank.so please it's a request not to trouble your customers.the both branches didnt attended me well and I was said clearly that my cheque would not be cashed.it can be cashed in the same branch where the account holder has the account or only account holder can come and get his cheque cashed.i was told that this RBI rule that third party cheques can not be cashed but even I am updated with RBI guidelines and almost every bank cashes cheque worth rs 50000 for third party to.i have even attached the photo of cheque.
      Please resolve my query and action should be taken against both branches for troubling and wasting my time.for any details my contact number is [protected].

        Dear Concern,

        I have saving account in Bank of Baroda Heera Bagh Branch Dayal Bagh Uttar Pradesh.
        It is really not shocking for me that branch doesn`t have passbook entry machine last 1 year. when we contact them every time they told machine is not working. If we need accounts statement they charged amount from my account. If machine was available with them they did`t charged.I think branch prosperously not give facility to customer.

When i will going to withdraw some amount from bank of baroda atm located at sardarnagar branch atm there have connectivity problems always. The nr. Saibaba temple located atm also facing problems so many times. Please solve this problems otherwise we will close our saving account.

            I withdrawal rupees 2500 on 25.08.2016 which got deducted from my account but I have not got the amount. Also complained about the same to branch n customer care also And yesterday also same happened dated 7.10.2016 that I withdrawal about of rupees 10000 which I don't get n deducted from my account I there for request you to see my complaint n resolve it as soon as possible thanks in advance

            I used my pincode but atm machine showed me that I've entered a wrong pin.Later i made a call on toll free number the executive said you will be charged ₹.150 for the new pin. Why can't they send me my pin to my e-mail id. [protected]@gmail.com

                Dear sir,
                I am gulshan kapoor having account in bank of baroda (Ifsc code barb0jawfar) account no [protected].
                On 10 sept 2016, i tried to withdraw amount of rs 500 from bank of baroda atm in dabua colony and i didn't get any money back from the atm machine and i got message of rs 9523 deduction from my account. Then i registered a complaint for the same on 11 sept on customer support. On 12 sept, i visited the branch & talked to the branch manager and tell him the incident, first he was not believing in the incident, later on he took out the cctv footage of that atm & i with bank manager have seen the complete footage of my transaction of atm and he believed that there was no transaction happened from my account. He made me sure that he will take this complaint ahead and will return my money back.
                About 1 month have passed, & i didn't get any feedback from them. I used to go to the bank branch and asked them about my money, they are misbehaving now. Branch manager said that he has send cctv footage to the higher authorities and will do something. But near about 1 month have passed and i didn't get my money. The branch is really working very slow. Please do the needful as i need my money back.

                  As the account holder I always received the harsh behaviour by the public servant ( Mrs Padma )who is working with the Bank of Baroda Jawahar Nagar Goregaon west branch, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This Lady is always arguing with the customers, like you should arrange the notes and then come to deposit, The incident happens on 4th Oct 2016 at 9:10 am,

                  I took a token no to deposit the money, the no was from N series, as per the bank system the N series is for the customer who is having account in another state or district and for the Home branch account holder it is S series, I had waited for 20 mins, then I started realizing that the customer who comes after me does their transaction and left, when i ask the private security guard who was their at the token machine and this is the guy who is issuing token to the customer( As this is not his Job, his ob is to secure the bank and the customer leaving his job he is doing this Job) when my turn will come as N series is very slow moving and only S series is moving he said N series is for Outside account holder and S eries is the home branch account holder, i told him as i am the home branch account holder but having N series he said now you have to take S series token, but i said you should mention in your token machine that home account holder and outside account holder, he started arguing with me at that moment this Lady (Mrs Padma who is the public servant working in the branch) jump into argument defending the security guard and started arguing with me that you should choose home account i ask here where it was mention in the token machine she showed me that you should click the senior citizen button, as i am not the senior citizen how will i know that as per the bank rule senior citizen is home branch account and she started arguing with me and you she know and then i had change the token, after that i had wait for another 20 mins to 25 mins to come my turn as this lady not waited their she went to cashier and ask her go slow on the token so that it take another 20 to 25 mins for my turn their were hardly 4 people before me, this way she had harassed me, and mean while she playing around on her phone and attaining on the phone during her duty time, I was late for my work because of which i was mentally harassed but for them it is their routine job. At the same time another public servant (lady) is also having argument with other customer, within that period of 1 hour their were almost 4 arguments in the bank,
                  The public servant is treating public like [censored].

                    Orop arear of group y is being paid instead of group x sergeant. Bob jawaja. A/c no. [protected]. So many complaints have been given but there is no response from anywhere. My colleagues get proper arear from other banks like sbi, pnb, banks. Now also i received same wrong arear as second installment. Please advise as i already left the hope. My worrying factor is vii pay commission that also will get affected.

                          Respected head officers,
                          Behavior of hathras branch chakki bazar is so rude.
                          Today at 11 o clock in d morning i went to deposit money at this brach.
                          They asked me to i'd card photocopy i gave to them (Which is very clear ever words if well seen) but the asked me for other one.. And on this issue the cashier hemraz bina used vulger words to me & call the police.. All bank staff is in favour of that cahier..
                          Please, please take some strict action.
                          I m so disappointed n sad...
                          Bank is from us.. Not from employee..
                          Bcoz of customers bank works.
                          Plz sir its a humble request to take care of customers & take strict action for that cashier (Hemraz bina)

                          Bank of Baroda the worst bank i have ever noticed just 4days ago i hve deposited a good cash and moved Delhi to Mumbai and here when i put my debit in atm machine it shows barred and no helpline fellows recieving it

Due to branch mistake I am facing financial loss. I am retired school teacher. It is wrost service by your bank and yourself says that its international bank of India. I have signed copy of that form. At this age I am not able to visit branch frequently..

                                    My saving account bank of baroda branch nagori garden bhilwara my account not minimum balnce to dedected my rupees in account. so my dedecut amount recevied my accout by bank.

                                      Hello my name is Mandeep kaur . I have account in bank of baroda in hoshiarpur.My account is active, but I can't do any transaction form account. After contact with branch manager of Chandigarh (sector 17 b, Chandigarh ) they told me that due to some security reason they stop transaction from my account without my permission . I am facing so many problems due to this .They are not listening me and don't doing any cooperation with me I am in Chd without money how can I do my work .they are not issuing me new ATM card . Now tell me what can I do.

                                        On 31/08/2016 I have open current account in bank of baroda borivali east branch 15000/-deposited I am given to cheque to my party 2000/-and those are bounce on date 19/09/2016 they are still not active my account and today date 28/09/2016 still not recived my debit card also and manager sharma told mi its server problem I am not able to solve this issue pls take action against prashant mohite [protected]/[protected]
