On 13 the Nov 2016 at 12.15 pm, Bank of Baroda, kalyani Nahar Branch, Pune is not accepting exchange of old currency note saying we will only allow withdrawal of cash for existing account holders and will not allow exchange of Rs 4000/- .this is clear violation of RBI rules. When all other banks are cooperating and helping public why BOB is acting against interest of common man. Request you to please take action against bank for such behaviour .
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have deducted money from bank of Baroda ATM with my other bank card. The machine has malfunctioned but money was deducted.

    मेरा खाता bob की जहांगीर नगर शाखा मे है।मेरी खाता संख्या [protected] है । दिनांक[protected] को मैं bank मे पैसे जमा करने के लिये शाम 3 बजे पहुँचा, और लाइन मे लग गया । एक घंटे बाद लगभग शाम 4 बजे जब मेरा नम्बर आने वाला था तो पैसे जमा करना बंद कर दिया और कहने लगे बैंक बंद हो गया। हमें बेहद अभद्रता पूर्ण व्यवहार करते हुए बैंक से बाहर धक्का दे कर दरवाजा बंद कर लिया।
    आप से निवेदन है की अपने कर्मचारियों को कम से कम ग्राहकों से सभ्य व्यवहार करना अवश्य सिखायेंगे ।

      I am using my ATM card at PNB bank atm on dated 29.10.2016 at bhiwani payment not recived but payment deduct my Account. i have register complaint at tollfree customer care on 2 times vide compliant no[protected] &[protected] on dated 2.11.16 but no solution my compliant
      I, Senior Citizen (AGE 80 Yrs.) SHOBHA DEVI request yr honour to issue me a cheque book of 20/30 leafs.

      My A/c. No.is [protected] in the branch of maujpur, delhi.

      Thanks in anticipation for early action, because it is very urgently needed as i should stand with cashless money.

          Today i went to the BOB bank where i have to deposit some but the employee rejected my money and said this is not your branch where im depositing money and from morning i was standing out of the bank and the manager didn't me and he was shouting on me and there is also no notice written out of bank . i am from kanpur and the branch is vikas nagar and i dont knw the manger's name . it is very painful standing 4...5 hours . manager doesnt have manner how to speak to who so ever is requesting him

            Hi,
            I went to Bank of Badoda, SB Road Pune yesterday they refused to replace old currency(I have 1500 RS only) without account statement. However there is no such rule in RBI scheme. Misbehaved employee and manager with me and asked security guard to out me. Pathatic employee. Finally manager told me complain to any I don't fear.
            Is this guy is King of Bank of Badoda.
            Please take strict action on these employees.

              I am a citizen of india not holding any big post or a renowned businessmen... But felt today very ashamed when
              1. A common man was suffering outside and renowned people were given 100 rupees bunch in bulk.
              2. Mr ashok birla and miss kirti was talking very badly to customers in ssi branch of bhilwara. My pen card was not updated yet and i was not given any notification regarding this earlier.

                  I am hiren gohil. i have account in sbi[protected],
                  On 8th nov, 2016 20:58 i withdrawal 200 bob atm, bhagatalao surat main, but there was problem in received amount 2000 in 1000rs 2 notes in there 1 of note that note number is 3dq 066365 damages in the sense of that note sellotaped on front of left hand side corner. so what can i do further procedure & that branch not received my call last 2 days, also that i complained in sbi where as my account & also via mail. i hope you will take action of my complain & be sure when you put cash in atm check the all notes.

                  Kindly as soon as possible revert me.

                        Sir I would like to bring a serious issue in your notice. Sir on 7th November 2016 ko meri Maa ko ek person ne [protected] is number se 3:29pm pe call kiya tha aur usne apni pahchaan batayi ki wo Bank of Baroda ka senior Manager hai. Usni Meri Maa ko bataya ki “Aap ka Bank of Baroda me Account hai aur Aapka ATM koi aur person use kar raha hai. Aap Jaldi se mujhe Aapka ATM card Number aur ATM Pin Batao, Agar Aap abhi nahi bataogi to aapke account se sare paise nikal jayenge aur iski jimmedari bank ki nahi hogi, Aap Bank me aake hamko blame mat karna ki bank ne hame bataya nahi.” Meri Maa educated nahi hai sir usne us person ko sari details dar ki wajah se bata di. Aur us person ne Meri Maa aur Pita ji ke (Joint account se) Rs.49160/- Nikal liye. Jab is fraud ki jaankari mujhe mili to maine immediately phone banking me phone karke ATM card block karwa diya. Uske baad maine Local Police Station (Agripada Police Station Mumbai-400011) me complaint ki. Banking hours khatam ho jane ki wajah se 7th November 2016 ki main waha pe complaint nahi kar paya but 8th November 2016 ko maine Bank Of Baroda ke Jacob Circle(Satrasta Mumbai-400011) Branch me jake waha pe bhi complaint ki. Waha pe mujhe bataya gaya ki aapko paise wapas nahi mil sakte hai. Mujhe local police ne bhi bataya ki paise nahi milte hai wapas aise cases me.

                        Sir Rs.49160 hamare liye bahut badi amount hai. Itne paise jama karne me hame 8 mahine lag gaye. Ye paise ham hamari ghar ki shaadi ke liye istimaal karne wale the. Lekin sir sirf 3 min me hamari mehnat ki kamai jo hamne paise paise karke jama kiye the wo kisi ne 3 min me uda liye. Sir aap hi hamari aakhir ummeed hai agar aap is case me hamari kuch help kar de to bahut meharbani hogi. Sir aapko batana chahata hu ki jis person ne call kiya tha uska number ([protected]) abhi bhi chalu hai aur wo kisi aur ko bhi apna shikaar bana sakta hai. Sir Please meri request hai ki jaldi se jaldi us person ko arrest karwa dijiye, warna koi aur bhi masoom citizen uska shikaar ho jayega. Sir Please bank ko boliye ki hamare paise hame wapas de dijiye. Aapki is help se hamari bahut help ho jayegi. Aap se main aur mera pura parivaar bahut ummeed laga kar baith hai. Sir Please kuch help kijiye. Aap local Police ko instruction dijiye ki iss case ko gambhirata se le. Sir aap sabhi banko ko ye boliye ki wo apne customer ki details ki security achhi tarah se kare. Kyuki kahi na kahi bank ki security week hone ki wajah se customer ki details galat hatho me pahuchi. Bank apne database ki security increase kare. Kahi na kahi bank ki securiy ka issue hai. Database galat hatho me chala gaya hai. sir please kuch help jarur kijiye. Mujhe pata hai aapka ek ek second bahut important hai but sare hamare liye bhi wo paise bahut important hai. Ummed aap hi hai ab. Please help Us.

                            Today PNB IPO was listed but still my amount not unhold.

                            This problem will occur same time in all the IPO's

                            Due to this reason, I cannot invest this money in another IPO or elsewhere.

                            If i compare to any other bank then the amount release on the same day when shares allocated. when i complaining BOB head office then they are not giving any logically answer.

                                I Sunila Devi w/o Omprakash have saving account in bank of Baroda, fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh. My A/c no. is [protected].
                                Today on 07.11.16 around 11:30 am an lady called from mob. No.84o4980989 and told i am calling from bank of baroda, your ATM Card has been blocked if you want to unblock the card give me pin no. I was not aware of thies security. I told pin no. And OTP received through SMS. Within few minutes i got the massage. 5+5+4 total 24 thousands has been transferred from my account.
                                I meet to BOB Branch manager he blocked the card and told money will not recover.
                                It is requested to take necessary action.

                                This bank staff thinks that the account holder is free so they use to demand more and more thing to be done by account holder so they have less work to do it goes like this they made a homelaw of writting behind cheque account detail as well it had written in slip attach with the cheque itself no where else ask to write behind cheque in other bank

                                        I am very sorry to inform you that despite i have given post dated cheques to your branch towards my emi on my above housing loan account, i am receiving repetitive phone calls and messages on my mobile for payment of emi from vk-bobsms and dm-bobmsg.

                                        I feel this is an "insult & mental torture / harrassement" to me by bank of baroda. why i should not make complaint to police / bank ombudsman against your bank for harrasement?
                                        I have already complained against the above harassment on your bank site. but there is no response by bank of baroda.

                                        Have i made mistake by taking home loan from bank of baroda? so bob is punishing by sending messages and calls?

                                        In view of above harassment, kindly advise me why i should not close housing loan account of bank of baroda and shift to some other good bank where i will treated with respect.

                                        I tried to withdraw cash from atm on 28 Oct, but on the atm screen it was showing trans declined but amount deducted then I tried in few other atm but result was same.
