I have taken education loan and according to government of India scheme for economically weaker section full subsidy should be provided by the GOI but in my case i have paid the interest during my study period no subsidy has been provided. whenever i asked to the bank managers about that problem they told me that when i will start repay my loan the interest amount i have paid will be deducted in total loan amount but now the new bank manager telling me some other story. so please resolve this problem asap so that i can repay my loan amount.

    Dear concern team,

    This is to inform you that today one incident happened with my family as a fraud transaction. today we have received fraud call from Bihar state mob. [protected] from Rohit sharma as a manager of bank of Baroda.

    He told me that your debit card has been blocked from bank side so would you request you to please provide me some details of your card and get this unblocked. after given details i have received sms for withdraw transaction which is amount of Rs.7156/-
    as per my opinion bank staff and fraud guys are sharing some details of customers so they can do very easily each transaction from bank of Baroda.

    please find the attached audio clip of fraud conversation .

    please take necessary action against fraud team and bank staff we looking for your revert and call.

      Today i had call to my home branch to talk about my atm card at that time person tolking on phone was not having sence of tolking and when i use to tolk with him he was just lafing jast like a drunked person and when i tolk i cant come now in branch because i m in pune now he started telling to other peoples that i m in pune and was making my fun and after that he told give me 5min. And he keep phone aside and iwas weating to over his 5min. Till 10min i was on line and again i call that time phone was busy now you can think why phone was busy. And it is not first time near about four to five time i had same exprince in branch. Baroda bank nandurbar

        I had ordered online to amazon and they did not deliver, but on contacting for several times, they send this pls resolve this issue.. This is the mail forwarded by them..

        Upon checking the details, i have found that the refund has been issued of rs 539 to your credit card/debit card account on 18th aug, 2016. Usually, the refund will be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days from the date of issuing the refund.

        As you have not yet received the amount, i would request you to please contact your bank with the reference number and ask them to locate the amount.

        The refund details are: authorization code for sale transaction 161712
        Refund reference # 74332746231623050298621

        Please follow the below steps:

        1. Contact the customer care service of your bank and ask to file charge dispute.

        2. File the transaction dispute as "refund never processed."

        3. On doing that, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

        4. If your bank is still unable to locate the refund even after filing transaction dispute, collect the transaction dispute number from your bank and send it to us as reply to this email.

        We will escalate this matter to the appropriate team and make sure that you receive the refund at the earliest.

            Feeling ashame to write and spoke to helpline regarding mpassbook is not fetching my sb a/c no [protected] after updated the mob app. All helpline, mails, bankers are helpless. Better to remove this app and should apologie for same only all staff of banks are driving us go through mob reviews still u dont feel shame very bad for a nationlise bank.

                I Went To Bank today i want a DD and i filled all the necessary details in it everything was ok but the employee don't make the DD i want to send the DD there was an urgent and when i said to manager to do something he says that I can't do anything...That's Really Great

                            I am customer of bank of baroda safdarjung branch .but i made deposit my cash in mayur vihar phase 1 branch 11/8/2016 at morninng i was going to deposit 12500 rupees but due to some mistake i had given them thousand rupees extra which was for my medicine .but when when i remebered that i had given 1000 rupees extra and return to inform them than they were acting that they dont know anything and also at started when they are counting yhe cash i it was 500 rupees 12 notes plz do something because its hard to earn money for the common man the account holder name =anju devi branch is with safdarjung hospital. and i am comlpaining about cash collecting office

                              My self dr. Noor mohammad from sadabad having saving, current acount and cc account in the sadabad branch bank. I am having so much transition in this bank last 5 to 6 month. I am a ayurvedic doctor. I am doing md (Ayu) so that i approach bank of baroda manager for education loan at sadabad branch last 2month. But branch manager not listling a single word. He is trying to make me fool.
                              He is not doing proper behaviour.
                              So please solve my problem.

                                  Ac number [protected] bank of baroda debited on[protected] rs. 2000
                                  On[protected] rs 2000 with summery ecs/uti mf txxr26346897/txxr26346897 and ecs/uti mf txxr26381634/txxr263 81634 respectively. and other ecs return charges till now.

                                  But account is not ecs enabled account and we have not received any request on behalf of customer.

                                  O please look in to matter and stop this ecs.

                                    It is informed that i have purchase your loan product rs 475000 on dated[protected] through your branch vikas bhawan shahjahanpur utter pradesh. Your respective branch vikas bhawan shahjahanpur deducting intrest amount regularly w. E. F. March 2016 in my loan accout but they are not deducting installment. So the loan amount are as it is stand in my account. Regarding this issue i met concerning branch manager many time but they are not taking neccessory action about this.

                                    I secured a max loan from Faircent: Rs 5L over 3 years with 16% interest rate for debt consolidation. The entire process was painless and rapid: from start to finish it was 5 business days I think. The web based application was smooth and easy and the times I communicated with Faircent via telephone was also painless. The payments are autodeducted, so if you are a control freak who likes to submit payments on your own schedule, then this isn't for you. However there are email notifications stating a payment is coming up and when the payment process begins. overall I cannot compliment this lending platform enough; they provided a real debt consolidation loan at competitive rates, something traditional banks won;t touch. Seriously, Citi offered me Rs. 4 L at 22% over 5 years, and I have average credit (690). I love love LOVE Faircent and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
