Dear sir
It is informed that i have purchase your loan product rs 475000 on dated[protected] through your branch vikas bhawan shahjahanpur utter pradesh. Your respective branch vikas bhawan shahjahanpur deducting intrest amount regularly w. E. F. March 2016 in my loan accout but they are not deducting installment. So the loan amount are as it is stand in my account. Regarding this issue i met concerning branch manager many time but they are not taking neccessory action about this.
O it is requested to kindly look the matter and adjust the same as per bank norm's.

I secured a max loan from Faircent: Rs 5L over 3 years with 16% interest rate for debt consolidation. The entire process was painless and rapid: from start to finish it was 5 business days I think. The web based application was smooth and easy and the times I communicated with Faircent via telephone was also painless. The payments are autodeducted, so if you are a control freak who likes to submit payments on your own schedule, then this isn't for you. However there are email notifications stating a payment is coming up and when the payment process begins. overall I cannot compliment this lending platform enough; they provided a real debt consolidation loan at competitive rates, something traditional banks won;t touch. Seriously, Citi offered me Rs. 4 L at 22% over 5 years, and I have average credit (690). I love love LOVE Faircent and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

      I am having my saving/current account no. [protected] in your branch. I did pos transaction for fee at sikkim manipal university from my atm card ([protected]) on 05.08.16 at that time rs.2000 got deducted from my account but the merchant did not get the money nor did i get my money refunded. I have already contacted the merchant but issue not got resolved. I have given online complaint (Ticket no.[protected]) but my problem is not resolved. I request to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        Sir, my account no is [protected]. I am from virar and my account is in dahisar(mumbai) branch. Earlier on 20 July 2016 at around 7:30 PM in the evening first i tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from ATM id ANM9002 in virar below the bank of india, but the transaction failed with error and and i try with oter machin which is beside with this machin ATM id was MNM9002 and i debit 10, 000 and i got this one but i try agin to withraw 10, 000 but i get message you dont have sufficient amout your amount is3275 actually 20, 000 is debited from my account befor that entire transaction my balance was 23, 275 and iget only 10, 000 .I had reciept also but member from bank is told me to complaint online and after 10 days i call them and they told me your transaction was done successfully and complaint was resolve. After that i met the bank manager and thay told me your transaction was successfully done and i cant do anything such type of responce they gave me they dont provide any solution for this also.Please return my 10, 000 as soon as posible and if you want to communicate with bank of india regarding ATM transaction detail do this but return my mony some how.

                  I applied to NEFT(Amount 8.80 Lac) BOB Lambhua Branch to UCO Bank Sultanpur Branch on date 01/08/016 at 4:30 pm,
                  I requested to Mr Suraj Ms Sarita to complete my NEFT but they misbehaved with me due to which I became verymuch hurted.
                  They also spoke that they may complete that process but that will not do it.
                  They abused also.
                  Please take proper action in this incident to improve their etiquette.
                  Please mind it also that I am a handicapped person.

                            We visited the bob tatabad branch last month for requesting a locker. Initially we were told that the locker was available in the forenoon but after taking all valuables to the bank on the same day afternoon we were denied the locker stating that "bank has another big customer than us for the requested locker" by mr nimal of tatabad branch. Though being a loyal customer for over 25 years on current acount and having 4 sb accounts with your branch we have experienced such a bad treatment from your office. However we have closed out fds from our accounts and will move out of your bank at the earliest and transfer our 25 yrs old current account to other branch. Though you have other good office staffs we have concern and complaint only on this staff (Mr nimal).

                                    I mr. Pragnesh himatlal mistry from ahmedabad like to inform you that i having my account no.[protected] of maningar branch
                                    Further i like to inform that on dtd[protected], a person name mr. Bhupatsinh parmar has stolen rs. 30000 with cheque no. 000045. He has wrongly copy my signature and transfer in his account. And surprsingly that rs. 30000 amount has been deposited by you bank from maninagar branch.
                                    I wrote many letters to the manager of maninagar branch. But he is not giving me satisfactorily reply and says that go the police station. And i have also applied in police station of my maninagar area. I have shown him a cheque with whom he has done wrong. I am wandering again and again in your bank (Maninagar branch) since one and a half years. But nobody including bank manager giving any satisfactory reply to me.
