    Sir/madam, Greetings. I am a saving bank account holder of BOB. My account is with University campus Branch, Fathegunj, Vadodara-390001 bearing account no. [protected]. Right now I am in Pune, Mahrashtar, on vacation and staying in Viman nagar area, where a branch of BOB is located. I an having debit card, using for withdrawal of cash. The ATM of Vimannagar Branch was under repair since last Two weeks, and the access in not available. so, I withdrew the amount as under from using ATM of another branch as under:- ( as there was no alternate ). BANK OF INDIA RS.5000 HSFC RS.6500 CO OP. BANK RS.10, 000 For these transaction the bank had deducted/recovered/ levied the charges @ rs.22.60 or so, every time, for no fault of customer and non availabilities of services of BOB ATM at Vimannagar Branch. hence the total amount of Rs. 67.80 ps., or so, recovered as bank charges shall be credited to my bank account as given above under the intimation. you may verify the details I have mentioned with your BOB Viman -nagar Branch, Pune.       I have deposite the 2(TWO)cheque on 28.dec 2015 in morning near by 10:22am.n it should be clear by 29.dec 2015 inbetween time till 16:00-20:00. I have issued check to other partis on 29.dec 2015. so the complain is this that my check is still in unclear n which cheque i issued is hitting on my account.n which cheque is given is returning by bank.n i have talk to br.manager n he given me sr. number but they also saying talk to clearing department.(agar sab ek dusre ka nam lenge toh work kaise hoga n how my problem will solve.)ye cheque return charges by bank is 300+ tax n whcih cheque i issued it take 300 so nr by 700 rs per check i have to pay. this is bank fault so please do the needfull help. and this problem came 2nd time to me. the br.manager given me a telephone number to talk to them and i talk to the number:-[protected].they told its clearing problem. n write a letter to manager n they give me a 700 rs per cheque in such a situation but this is 2nd time the cheque is returning.the bank pay me my all retuening charge but the image which i ahve created to other partise what happen to that.. to i m saing that if my cheque is not cleare the how the hitting cheque is coming to bank its also get let naaaaaa.please do he needful halp.

          Below complaint no raised with Bank of Baroda [protected] and[protected]. I had placed an order through Flipkart on 10th Dec 2015, payment was done through Bank of Baroda Debit Card .Since the delivery of the product was expected to take long time, i had cancelled the order and requested for refund.Iam chasing with bank but they had not yet credited my amount.

                  After getting my CIBIL report, I came to know that there is two account having number DURHAL-50-14 & DURHAL-50-391 reflected in my account.Already I meet with branch manager of BOB (Haldia) and convinced that there is no account in your bank. Initially bank official told me that there is no account accessible by them which is reflected in my CIBIL report. But from a reliable sources, I came know that presently, they have discovered the above two account which has been settle off or write off 4-5 years ago between actual defaulter and bank official. My question is if it is settle off or write off without my knowledge, then why bank official not withdraw my name from CIBIL? Why delay is happening in this resolution process for which people like was suffering last couple of years.
                  Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Still now, no response has come from Bank of Baroda - Haldia.
                  CIBIL statement to me :-
                  "While we will continue to follow up with the Credit Institutions requesting them to expedite their response, we request you to simultaneously also contact the above mentioned Credit Institution/(s) for faster resolution of your dispute."

                  From CIBIL department, I am instructed that I have to get in touch with BOB Haldia about the two account which is reflected in my CIBIL report. But branch manager of Bank of Baroda clearly tells to me that as It is settle off and write off case. He has nothing to do it. And advice me to take consultant/lawyer for correcting CIBIL report.


                  I have a question to all banking service department that why they are doing settle off or write off with actual loan-holder without informing guarantor? why they are reporting to CIBIL without given information to the people who have no account? I have strong objection about this write off or settle off process for which others general people are suffering?

                    Dear Sir, i had done transaction on 12-12-15 @12 am at ATM (Bank of India) cash withdraw for Rs. 5000/- but i had recd message that insufficient cash available so i canceled that transaction and make anther transaction for Rs. 4000/- and i have recd Rs. 4000/- but when i saw mini statement then its showing RS. 5000/- also got debited.

                      My net banking got blocked. To get it unblock I tried all available option such as phone banking, debit card unlocking, mailed to bank, contact to branch. But after of about 45 days of suffering not able to get any resolution. Even newly requested password also not working. Fed up with such poor service. Kindly help

                        I am paying examination fee to UPTTE by our debit card no.xxxx xxxx xxxx 7786 to State Bank of India for Rs. 412.59 on 16 Decembr 2015 at about 22:17: 50 hour. But server problem ( due to Internet problem by BSNL) of State Bank Of India, payment is not done to State Bank of India, but the amount mentioned above is deduct in my Saving A/c . Please return & credit the amount of Rs. 412.59 in my Saving Account no.222601xxxxx443 of Bank of Baroda, Fatehganj Faizabad Branch.

                            I have tried depositing money in bank of Baroda branch in St Johns Bangalore but the machine has accepted my amount and the transaction was declined and I filed a complaint and its been 15 days that I haven't been refunded.I have deposited 10000

                            The amount has been deposited with the sum of Rupees 11000/- with the branch at M.I. Road, Jaipur dated 29-02-16, Time 13:25 but transaction has declined and shows error 072, Complain id is [protected].

                              I booked train tickets online on Saturday through make my trip.but the transaction didn't go through and 6, 084 rupees got deducted from my account twice...and its been 3 working days still it hasn't been refunded..                                 Dear Sirs, Two day ago i have received a call ([protected] mobile) from bank of baroda branch Amarwasi Bhilwara, He had informed me that mrs Seema Meena wife of Dhanna lal meena have a loan on KCC from BOB branch on 2010, but till date not returned rs 30000/- so tBank was going to FIR in court against my wife seema, I told him that my wife seema had not any loan from your branch, so you confirm me, that whom had made forgery and how draw a loan without any documents of seema, as photo, id proof and agriculture land etc, So kindly please you should be enquiry in this issue and disposal this matter although we will go to court and police.                                   Sub: Deduction of ATM balance twice Dear Sir/Ma'am, I, Mr. DHRUVKUMAR BHARATKUMAR PATEL, having my A/c no. [protected] and ATM Card No. [protected] would like to bring to your notice that while trying to withdraw Rs. 7, 000 at NR. INCOME TAX BLD AHMEDABAD from BOB ATM at 7:47 PM as on 08.12.2015 my transaction got declined and I got receipt for the same but at the same time my balance was also deducted from the account. I have launched complaint using contact number [protected] and got compliant number[protected]. Your customer care representative intimated me the time period of 7 working days for resolving such problem. Further, I would like to submit that till now the balance shows Rs. 14, 000 lesser (Rs. 7, 000 being withdrawn by me after such failure on same date at 7:49 PM) and no further communication from your end through any mode I have received for such false deduction. It is my humble request to concerned authority to look into the matter and resolve the compliant as the time period being asked by bank is longer and the funds which are blocked may breach my commitments.                                     Dear sir/madam, i have saving account in bob, honey park road branch, surat. I had issued one non cts cheque for deposit in my husband's icici bank account, but after 15 days the cheque amount was not credited to benificaries account.. At last i requested to stop cheque payment in bob and same stop pay charges was debited from my account. But again bob had debited 342 rs. Charges from my account for reason of insufficient balance in account. I have submitted this written complaint application to my honey park road branch. But till after 3 days they have not resolved and reverse my cut ammount to my account.

                                        This happened on 2nd December 2015 around 11. p.m. BOB- Alkapuri, Vadoadara, Gujarat. HAd gone there to encash self cheque. there were hardly any people. 1)I was rudely talked by person distributing token and not told the process of cheque process. Ignored. 2) then I went to cash teller, I was told to collect amount from counter number --- teller number 4 3) after a long wait I saw the cheque coming to Teller number 4. I went to him iwas asked to wait . I waited even after ling time he did not call me. 4) one of the male members also was making me uncomfortable when I went for help and assistance in the locker and fixed deposit area cabin. All this can be verified if he ever called on Camera. then the peon told the person why are you not calling, only then I went there by my self and he told. No no I shouted. when I was sitting write in front the counter. and I can hear the shout. 4) went to MR. Darji. the person in charge for complaint. he was laughing, and did not guide me to any written or online complaint. (MR. Darji knows the name of the person wh was there at the counter number 4) he was manager in charge and branch manager was not there. He said I cannot do anything. Let it happen next time. We will see. you wait for next time. how insensitive. I amtrying to complain you are fearless . and underestimating cause we came an talked about it. Media, newspaper, God nothing they are afraid of. Making a woman wait unnecccessarily . No sorry, no nothing. No assurance. how inhuman. Sorry I wished I cud do a media trial immediately. Penny [protected]- Vadodara, Gujarat.
