Recently, I have collected my CIBIL report and have found there is some report which is coming from Bank of Baroda. I did not have any account in this branch. Last 10-12 years ago, my plant people taking some loan from this bank and obviously I have signed as they are working with me.But there was no feedback from Bank to me defaulter's name till date. After getting my CIBIL report, I went to Branch office & meet with branch Manager but he was unable to trace the account number as well as the defaulter's name which has been reported in my report. Account number : DURHAL-50-14 & DURHAL-50-391. As per branch Manager, there is no number visible like the above it may be settle off or write off. If it is so, then why I am not communicated accordingly and my name is hanging in CIBIL. I want the account number and holder's name as well as status when it is settle off or write off and why Bank is not inform me not a single time.

On 05/12/15, one phone has come from BOB for taking my PAN number. I have also given immediately. After that there is no response came to me.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

After getting mail from this site.
One official of Bank of Baroda (Haldia) contacted with me by telephone and takes my PAN number.
I want the quick resolved of this issue and corrected my CIBIL report as early as possible.
There are so many activities are become lame.

After raising dispute, I have received a mail from CIBIL and in which I had advised to get in touch with the concern bank i.e. Bank of Baroda. After that there a call from bank manager about my PAN card number. I have given the number through telephone.
After that there is response from bank side.
I am clearly tell that I did not have any account.
I am instructed from CIBIL department to get in touch with BOB -Haldia for quick resolution.
Please find the below instruction From CIBIL department through Mail.
"We shall revert to you after we receive clarification from the Credit Institution.
While we will continue to follow up with the Credit Institutions requesting them to expedite their response, we request you to simultaneously also contact the above mentioned Credit Institution/(s) for faster resolution of your dispute.
Kindly quote the above mentioned Service Request Number in your future communication with us."

But from bank i.e. Bank of Baroda -Haldia branch, BM directly tells me that he has nothing to do about this matter and advice to take advocate or lawyer for CIBIL correction.

While CIBIL department is trying to resolve it, then why Bank is not coming to resolve it?
What is the rule of baking service to give harassment the general people?

This type of banking behaviour not acceptable.
why they are giving loans?
why they are settle off or write off loans?
why they are doing "LOAN MELA" in various location?

Incident start from here yes, when this url link is going to open there is a complaint regarding of 4400 INR deduction by a company (which seems fraud because mail to that company's id was not receiving mail) which asked me only debit card detail and there was no otp codr verification was asked which is asked for regular online transaction. After posting ths complaint I got a call from this no. +91-[protected] immediately. The person said he is calling to solve my problem his name is Ashish Verma. He asked about whole incident and asked me debit card detail which I gave and asked me pin too which I refused to answer. But He made me convinced to share d pin(and this is the most stupid thing I ever did) and even he started to share other bank debit card detail and I had to give him. After that day I got a call from company I ordered online a package and I cancelled the delivery and asked to refund, so hey informed I will get refund within 3 working days, but I got the refund just after this call. And as I got the refund I visited to atm and changed my atm pin. fter sometime I got a call from Ashish "ma'am i[censored] have done wid refund so how did u change ur atm pin as we need to update database as problem has been resolved asked the new pin again and asked me to forward refund credit msg by bank which I did. After that INR 11.4 debited ON 10:24:34 AM Dated[protected] 11400 debited ON 10:26:21 Dated[protected] And he made a call to me and my trust by sending a mail to me on 10:27 am on[protected] that was by bob asked not to change the pin till I will not get mail regarding confirmation of problem resolved. And me to forward all sms which are being received by me regarding debit. 5000 debited on 10:28:13 Dated[protected] 11400 debited ON 10:31:11 Dated[protected] And ten I checked my phone and made a call to him, he said it's server error, you will get all refund by 12 o'clock I waited and made a call when I didn't receive any amount. He asked to me to wait till 12 o'clock in night and said it's is happening due to server error so no need to worry. I did the same again and waited and then this happened so again 11400 debited ON 22:36:15 Dated[protected] And I asked him, he consoled me again and asked me to wait. 5500 debited on 02:37:45 dated[protected] 6840 debited on 02:40:22 dated[protected] 5000 debited on 2:43:22 dated[protected] 4500 debited on 02:43:43 dated[protected] In the morning when I woke up found all this debit has been happened and immediately made a call to Ashish so he asked to wait again as it is Sunday till Monday It will be solved. Just then I visited atm and changed my pin. It has been total deduction of 61052 INR by using my debit card detail. (from the momment a made a complaint about 4400 INR deduction from my a/c on consumercomplaint.in a guy called Ashish Vrma(as he said) made me convinced to tell all detail about my a/c no. card, cvm code and pin and it has been 61052.40 INR No. of this person is [protected]) I lost my trust by all this and have no guts to wait till tomorrow and making a complaint about whole scenario. I have changed my pin this morning. There are all attachment of sms received regarding debit by bob (first 3 images), then images of sms forwarded to Ashish (4th -6th images) and then mail received by Ashish(last 2 images). Please help me to get refund. I don't know this guy is right or not, if I will get refund I will delete m complaint back. Bank can check out that debit has not done by me (cctv footage or checking online portals that if transaction has been done for online shopping address will not be the same of mine) Please help me out it has been worst b'day of my life I will be too grateful.

      Got the refund by company
      but after sharing detail with executive I am financially exploited by 61052 INR deduction in so many parts
      Un known person call from mention mobile number such as [protected] and said regarding PF online payment purpose myself debit card details known step by step and deducted my bank account Rs 4000/ to MPESA & Rs 2000/ IDEAMONEY. So kindly request you arrange the refund said amount ASAP.
      Also inform you deposit myself SBI A/c - [protected], IFSC - SBIN0004744, which account debit from mobile no [protected] and arrest him immediately for future this incident not happen any body else.

        I do stay in abroad kampala, Uganda. I do banking with Bank Of baroda Saraspur Branch, Ahmedabad.Gujarat India. I have been inquiring about to provide me online banking service throught which i may be able to access my account when I am in abroad. I have sent Lot off mail to the managers and head of branch in Saraspur Bank Branch, Ahmedabad.Gujarat.India. I have an NRE account with them and I am using that account since i am in uganda. I asked them please help me and direct me but they are not giving a responsible answer. manager name is K.A.Thakor. Then I tried to check their service and I asked them that I wanna to do FD with big amount I have been started getting mail with immideat effect. I request you please help me and short my issue and suggest me the way to go through.

          Plz follow my comlaint, i diposite rupees 5000 rs in diposte machine on[protected] in this branch(2/1 To 2/4, B-Xxiv Samrala Road) its my own account branch, when i diposite a csah some problm accure a machine and my cash hold by machine and i get only a massge diclene diposte but i not get my cash back, , , , when i complaint and write a application for get my cash for rediposite, , but branch take lots of time for this complaint, , , , , i viste more time in branch but no any rply come for my tranjaction, , , , pls sir urgntly follow my complaint so i get my cash or diposte again

                Please do not share your account details or ATM details here or any site. As soon as i posted my complaint here, i received many fake calls, they asked me about details of my ATM card and and account. i was foolishly provide my information to one of them believing they are from bank. Money was deducted from my account. I immediately blocked my ATM card and saved some money. Please friends beware of online thieves. Do NOT Disclose your ATM Card information here or any fake call.

                    Money Deducted from bank account but showing as not paid Candidate I applied for VAO examination on 16.11.2015( will be held on 14.02.2016). I paid my fees through net banking service(IB) of Rs.81(Rs75 + Rs.6) it shows that transaction was success and i got sms for amount debited of Rs.81 ( BILLDESK[protected]/EBBR[protected]/BILLD NET BANKING. But still my application cannot generated. Again i tried to enter my TNPSC login ID the page was in payment option only. i made Complaint to TNPSC through mail BUT NO ANSWER, i made complaint again and again but there is no response from TNPSC.                       •On 28.09.15 as a token to keep the ATM card functional I tried to with draw one hundred rupees from the recycler machine inside the bank & amount deducted but cash not received .Immediately within minutes I informed the Senior Manager of the branch verbally who informed me to wait for one week, as automatically the money will be deposited to my account. • I, had to go to Delhi on official tour up to 17th. October, for which again I contacted the Senior Manager before leaving for tour outside and got the same reply. • After returning from the tour, on 28th. October’15, I enquired and found no refund of the money to my account for which the Chief Manager asked me to give a complain in a format and I complied the same. The Senior Manager informed me to come after 4 days. • It is to be mentioned here that the concerned clerk/Mr.Barik informed me that I should have given the complain same day, as they are maintaining the balance sheet even of ATMs and the situation was undecided. • I, then again visited the branch on 2nd. November, 2015 and found no deposit of my money. • After my inquiry the Senior Manager informed me that it under process and will be deposited but when he is not able to answer even he told me to write to head quarter of Bank Of Baroda. • While I inquired about the position of my application it was thrown at a corner and not yet processed though submitted on 28th.October 2015.                         I, Dr.Rajendra Panda, a senior citizen and in relation with BOB since more than 35 years(as I am retired from Central Health services and worked as DDO of branches) also have fixed deposit at the concerned branch, am to inform you that on 28.09.15 as a token to keep the ATM card functional I tried to with draw one hundred rupees from the recycler machine inside the bank premises & account debited but cash not received.

                          I have book online hotel from GOIBIBO via Bank of baroda Debit card on 19.10.2015.Transection amount Rs.11073.and same has been cancelled on same day.(BOB A/c NO [protected]-Bhairavnath branch, Ahmedabad.Inquire from GOIBIBO-They give the credit to BOB in two days till date Bank of baroda not given me a credit for same.nither giving the clearience that they have not received the credit so I can complain with GOIBIBO

                                I had done the trnsaction of 10000 on august 3rd.a/c no. [protected].transaction was failed in a canara bank atm in bh road, bhadravati, karnataka. But money was deducted from my account i have given a complaint in branch as well as well as complaint for cctv footage i have put an remainder mail as well. But 3 months have gone i dont see any help.

                                  Sir, Plz I m requesting you that take the action as fast as Possible because Bank of Baroda is not giving any response regarding this problem.I got tied of requesting the Manager of the Bank of Baroda..No one is doing anything about the serious problem of mine...So Sir,

                                        Sir i requested many times to the cocern branch to open the locked net banking but no action has been taken till date by the bank and customer care service. Also mail to GM but no sesponse is given by the GM office. Sir l am facing problems due to blocked net banking. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and to solve my problem.
