Hello sir i deposit 10500 at jail road hari nagar new delhi ATM At 6.10.15 23.56 suddenly i got receipt the transaction is decline due to invalid pin. but the rupees didnt come outside. after that i trying withdraw the money same message s repeat wht happen to my account my account is with tilak ng branch my saving account no is[protected].pls help me where is my money. i deposit late night bcs in morning there s EMI of 9713 has reserved again car loan from HDFC.

    I Amit Kumar Yadav, have account in Bank of Baroda (Ramapur, pratapgargh, UP, IFSC code: BARB0RAMPRA) a/c. [protected]. I withdraw RS. 3000 money date 27 jul 2015 from ATM but did'n get money from ATM and money is deducted from my account. I called bank of baroda customer care service regarding this they told me wait for 7 days your money will be refunded but did'n get any money from that. after 7 day I called him again they told me wait for 7 days and result was same. After 15 days ellapses I called again they told me that go to your branch office to ask to Branch manager to send email regarding this to bank of baroda debit card department as suggested by customer care service officer I emailed debit card department by Branch manager multiple times but the result was same and I still did not get any money refunded in my account regarding this.

      My net banking user ID is KKP230453 and I have received from the BOB, Pondicherry branch new password some fifteen days back. My SB account no. is [protected]. Till date neither the password is activated nor the Net banking account is unlocked. Every time I log in with user ID, the message "Account locked. Contact your local branch" is displayed. Hence do the needful at your end to activate and open my net banking account. Local branch has already been contacted about this . THIS IS THE SECOND REMINDER SENT.             Hello Sir / Madam, On 16th Sep 2015 i have deposited Rs.[protected] * 3 notes+15*500+1*100) on my account no. [protected] in the name of mohammed sadiq mulla Bank of Baroda Vohrvaad branch, Godhra - 389001 through cash deposit machine which has installed in the bank. When i deposit the amount no credit the amount in my a/c, when i asked bank officer they said some time the problem occours you don't worry the money will credited in your account in 2-3 working days. Now 13 days have been gone i am going to bank everyday they said we have send the complaint it will credited in your account very soon.               Sir I applied 200000 / loan through DUDA my file is right now in Bank of Baroda Ashok Nagar Allahabad Branch there Branch Manager mr. Ashok Kumar Saying That This Loan is not possible while i am giving as a guranter my father pension which comes from BSNL but why branch manager is not agree to sanction my loan amount of Rs 2 laks only my file is by name of ANIL KUMAR VISHWAKARMA if this not possible then why taken interview for this pupose every one making fool us.                 I'm not a member of this branch or this bank and I'm really greatful for that. I'm from Mumbai & Called the customer care number a while back to find out the contact number of a branch in Uttar Pradesh as there were numbers mentioned on any site. After a about 3 mins the call got through, only to find out that "we cannot share the details of a branch with non-customers. Please visit nearest branch! ". If i had to visit a branch, please explain as to why i would make a call to you? Inspite of several requests, she still dint share the details as to why they couldn't share the details, but weirdly her reply was "There are many branches all over & we do not have the contact numbers of all the branches." WOW! Amazing "Customer care" i must say... However, after logging on to the site to make a complaint, is where i found out the contact number of the particular branch. So to find out any details we need to reach the level of making a complaint. Great service by customer care.

                        Hi BOB, This is Nikita Sharma with BOB Account Number - [protected] This is regarding the issue faced with my BOB ATM on 18th Jan 2015 and I want to raise a severe concern and issue regarding the same. I went to withdraw Rs.1000 from ICICI BANK ATM located in Sarita Vihar and the ATM had an issue and the amount was not withdrawn. The moment I left the ATM within 10 Seconds I got a messege that Rs 10000 has been withdrawn from your account which actually didn't happened as I didn't withdraw any cash. To raise this issue immediately, I called BOB but the call was not getting connected. I tried the toll free number n number of times but it didn't got connected. Finally after 2 hrs or so I got a chance to talk to one of the BOB REPRESENTATIVE and conveyed this issue. The representative provided me an enquiry number as I clearly told the issue and further the representative advised that it was a fault from banks end and the same amount will be reversed after 7 days. So I waited Again after 7 days I called the customer care number to get an updated status as the amount was not reversed till then. Another representative again informed that it will get reversed in another 7 days. So I again waited Again after 7 days I did a follow-up and this time it was told by the BOB representative that I have lodged an Incorrect Complain giving an explanation that they were under the impression that the issue is with ICICI Bank and we are raising the concern to BOB. I actually fail to understand the explanation from BOB representative. I mean why I would raise an issue with ICICI bank to BOB, My Account is with BOB, The Amount which got debited was BOB, Message was from BOB, Initially the issue was understood from BOB Representative and advised the money will be reversed after 7 days. All the above doesn’t signify that the complain was not incorrect. Now yesterday I got a call from Bank and they are providing an explanation that what they can do in this matter as it was incorrectly raised and I need to raise another complain explaining the whole issue again and then it will be processed. This is not at all done and this is something I do not expect from BOB as a customer. The issue is from bank’s end they are blaming me for the same. And the real scenario is that its been almost a month that my amount is not reversed and the bank is just spinning their wheels. I have and till now also facing a lot of trouble due to this and BOB is not taking quick and appropriate actions regarding m issue which is disturbing me. Also is BOB is going to provide me the trouble I am facing because of the Money which is mne. Also will BOB will be responsible on the loss Interest loss I incurred with Rs. 10000 less in my Bank Account. I have faced this issue in the past as well where some amount was again debited and I faced a lot of trouble then also to get the money back. If this is the service I am getting from BOB, then I should look to Close the Account from here as this behavior is really unacceptable.                             I, Foram H Atara. I have joint SB a/c in Bank of Baroda bank the a/c no. [protected]. I’m really disappointed from your services. On 1st July 2015, I went to withdraw money but due to some technical problem i didn’t get my money. So i rushed to nearest branch to do complain and i gave written report to branch officer as per his instructions. After 20 days i got answer of my complain report that my transaction was successful and my money got debited from my account but in reality i didn’t get any payment. After this as per branch manager instruction again i did complaint but i didn’t get any proper answer of my complaint. I request you to do investigation of my problem and give me solution. After one day i saw in my account transaction slip that their is two wrong transaction of Rs. 5000 each. i have received one transaction amount immediately but not received one more wrong transaction amount. So, I complained at Customer care of bob after that i not received my money back than i went to bank branch and do complaint their but they are not giving me right answers. some time they say money returns in my account but not show in balance and some time they say to be wait. sir i do my first complaint on 24 june and today is 14 August and till now i dont received my money back.
