It is to bring to your notice that Govt. Of India has launched a scheme for development of warehouse (Agriculture Marketing Infrastructure Scheme ) in the scheme the Subsidy was to be granted by Nabard on the project cost.
Under the scheme I Women agricultural farmer borrower has taken loan from the Nationalised Bank of INDIA Bank Of Baroda Branch REWA (M.P.) on 2010-11 of Rupees 49.00 Lac. for Unit – I and Rupees 21.00 Lac. For Unit- II for constructing a warehouse of capacity 5000 M.T.At Vill. Bansa Devin Tola Post Govindhgarh Dist. REWA (M.P.) and today I Agriculture farmer has to face many problem because I have not given the Amount which had been asked by the Bank officer and Nabard Officers for the release of final subsidy, due to which I have only received half of the subsidy and that to has also been recalled by Nabard without genuine reason on the other hand politicians/Businessman do have warehouses in the district and they have received complete subsidy amount. And in my project the following bank is totally disc -operating charging interest @ Base Rate + 5.% + 2.% Panel interest and in the Bank circular they have mentioned to charge @ Base rate + 0.50.% (Under priority sector Indirect Agriculture Loan), the Bank has charged interest on the subsidy portion which is violation of the scheme as in the scheme it was mention no interest should be charged on the subsidy portion for all of the issues I have contacted all of the Bank Senior Officers and Banking Ombudsman but they have not taken up the issue.
And today due to Harassment of women agriculture farmer I am not able to get the benefit of Subsidy in my project which was to be granted by Government of India (Ministry of Agriculture.)
For the following issues I have filled a Writ Petition on Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh for the Judgement and my financial condition is so pathetic because the crops of the Madhya Pradesh are getting destroyed from the last two years I am not able to get the business of the warehouse.
On the other hand following bank has recalled the complete loan amount given me notice of Sarfaesi and had taken possession of the warehouse before the judgement of the Hon’ble High court of Madhya Pradesh.
This is also to brought to your notice that The Department MADHYA PRADESH WAREHOUSING & LOGESTIC CORPORATION which hires the Godown works under the political pressure and through corruption, as the politicians/business do have warehouses in the district Rewa their godown is filled up by the department first and we the genuine farmer did not able to get the chance to get our warehouse filled.
As there would be many more Agricultural farmer in the Society who are facing such type of problem and attempting suicide.
It’s a humble request to you sir to pay attention on this serious issue and take action on my request hope to get all possible relief from you will wait for your reply.

    It is humbly submitted that i am having a current bank account with your bank in the above mentioned branch it is to said with sorrow that the cashier working at the said branch is very cruel and is not having good behaviou his response is always abusive and careless, whenever we go at the said branch for any transactions at the said branch the cashier behaves in very absurd way does not give proper response and be busy in his own work. when we said him to kindly pay good response then he always abuses and says that get close your bank account with our bank there are a lot of banks we do not need customers.

    it is not the one time then he behaved in the said manner but its his routine behaviour After being bothered a lot we made his complained at the branch but no action had been taken which is increasing his abusive nature consequently causing damage to the image of Bank.


    therefore, kindly take immediate action at this alarming situation.

      I tried to withdraw 10'000 cash on 1st July 2015 but due to technical issue i did't get payment but it was debited from my account. so immediately i went to bank of baroda branch and complaint about my problem. they said give us in written so did all the formalities and they said it will credited within 24 hours in your account. on next i went bank of baroda branch and i show it is not credited in my account so i asked bank manager of that branch and he said we can't do anything because in report it came it is withdrawal by account holder but in reality i din't get. I hope you can do the justice for me as because it is not small amount for me.

            on date 10/01/2016 i visited to Bank of Baroda ATM to withdraws 4000 money, ATM Showed Transaction failed and return the slip of transaction failed.
            i came back jus ta Minute later, I got message alert that 4000 rupees deducted from my account Balance. i registered a complaint on the same date by help of Bank of Baroda help line number .

            I registered a complaint with help of Bank of Borada help line number 18001024455, that my Rs.4000 deducted from Bank of Borada ATM ( ATM ID 1FNBH031), i want them back Customer Representative told me"Please wait for 7 working days your Money will be refunded". Complaint no 201601101326 Date of money deduction and complaint 10/01/2016. After 7 or 8 days later of complaint i called Customer Represented to know the status of the Complaint they told me "Sir wait for some more days(3 to 4) your complaint still under process, your money will be refunded Surely" Today 24/01/2016 i called him back to know status then Customer Representative told me"Sir your Complaint is resolve but not showing any result, Actually sir your complaint is registered wrongly On behave of OTHER ATM it's system mistake, We are going to re-enter your complaint for refunding the money WAIT FOR 7 more working days". My 4000 money deducted on 10/01/2016 i registered complaint on the same Day today 24/01/2016 my money not refunded by Bank of Borada

                      My account number 039201/876, I have received call from India first insurance company that bank has closed auto debit system regarding insurance. And I had called to inquire about its true or false and I also called in your branch but they aren't giving any proper response. And your customer care toll free number operator said that they cannot give any information regarding this and that I have to visit the branch.
                      I am busy with my work and cannot go to the branch.
                      I am confused what to do and no response given by your side. What should I do now?
                      Shall I continue with you or leave ur bank? Maybe you don't want customers like me?

                      And I want my FFD accounts statements from start to end and I doubt about the interest given by you on my FFD. It's been more than a year that I'm trying to get the statement but there's no response from you.
                      My branch staff is full support regarding statement but they are confused and not sending by your service branch.

                      I am a cancer patient.
                      Can I continue with your bank or leave it?

                        My name is Mathew joseph a/c no [protected] card no [protected] since my debit card is blocked for online payment, I have contacted my branch office they asked me to call the customer care, when phoned the customer care 1st time they told to login the official site, and again in that it was written that my ATM card for online payment is blocked kindly call the customer care, when again I phoned the customer care they asked me to contact the branch office, when I again went to branch office they asked me to call the customer care, please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible .

                                        When i went to open bank account in mahavir enclave branch of Bank Of Baroda I was asked to show my form from one of the employ . After that he told that all my documents are right but they won't be able to admit as bank working hours has been ended . Then he told me to come tomorrow after 10:00 AM . The next day when I Showed my documents for verification the lady sitting their said my form can not be considered as photocopy of my Adhar card is not clear . I attached Adhar card as address proof . So I went to the manager and asked him why my form can not be submitted . he told me that such types of forms get rejected by RBI . When I told him that yesterday one of their employ told me that my form is complete and now you are asking for colored print of my adhar card . The manager showed no apology for their misbehave abd told me to come again the next day . that is why my time was wasted and the branch have serious behaviour problem dealing with their customers . Strict action must be taken against them for their attitude and misguidance of customers . letter of apology should be given by all three employs of Bank of Baroda branch .
