Complaint marked as Resolved I registered a complaint with help of Bank of Borada help line number 18001024455, that my Rs.4000 deducted from Bank of Borada ATM ( ATM ID 1FNBH031), i want them back Customer Representative told me"Please wait for 7 working days your Money will be refunded".

Date of money deduction and complaint 10/01/2016.
After 7 or 8 days later of complaint i called Customer Represented to know the status of the Complaint they told me "Sir wait for some more days(3 to 4) your complaint still under process, your money will be refunded Surely"
Today 24/01/2016 i called him back to know status then Customer Representative told me"Sir your Complaint is resolve but not showing any result, Actually sir your complaint is registered wrongly On behave of OTHER ATM it's system mistake, We are going to re-enter your complaint for refunding the money WAIT FOR 7 more working days".
My 4000 money deducted on 10/01/2016 i registered complaint on the same Day
today 24/01/2016 my money not refunded by Bank of Borada
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
