    Dear sir / madam Thanks for your statement and may i know the reason for this charges, service charges 39.71 and service tax 47.56, also late payment 300 in the month of June-2015 statement also. I don't receive the statement, and any notification from your side. I several times reported and request to Coimbatore branch office last two and half years as like i need hard copy also i need unbilled message notification to my mobile phone, still my request not granted. because i cant access my internet facility during my work hours. i request you again please revise my this late payment charges and unnecessary service charges, also unnecessary service tax from my account. Last year statement also i received same unnecessary service and service taxes i paid around 1000 INR (6 months), i fed up by requesting this amount so please refund this paid amount for service charge ans tax Thanks and regards Also i didn't receive the message of purchased notification so please check and re active my mobile alerts for purchase and specially unbilled amount please arrange my needful ASAP. i hope and wish this time will get a good solution from your side Aries Abdul Bari [protected]

      I am holding a loan account no [protected] with bank of Baroda, Sanand branch. I do not wish to continue this loan anymore. I went to bank to repay loan and get property mortgage released. The banker is denying to release property papers. I submitted my request in writing but still they are not replying.

        Hello Sir

        I am Karri Trinadha Rao, account number [protected], residing in Yellamanchailli, Vishakapantham. I am holding the account in Yellamanchalli Branch, IFSC codem BARB0ELAMAN. When I visited the branch today to check my balance and put all my records in my account book, they forcefully asked me to change my book despite of there were few pages left in the book. They are just doing this to other also and deducting the acount 70/- (seventy rupees from account).

        There are lot of banks in that rural area, but nobody does this and the way the BOB staff is approaching is really hurtful. I have been constumer to this branch for long time, but this is something new happening. They are just forcing people rather than giving appropriate answers.

        There is also no customer care relation officer in front desk, who could give appropriate answer and BM does not like to speak to customer also.

        Please look into this. Hoping for appropriate results.

          New Delhi/ Dated:- 10th July 2015. To M/s. Bank of Baroda, Northern Zone, New Delhi-110001. Subject:- Difficulty faced by undersigned during making ATM Transaction. Dear Sir, I am to bring to your kind notice that while making ATM transaction (vide Debit Card No. [protected]) for withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/- from my Saving Account No. [protected] of Bank of Baroda, Nirman-Bhawan Branch, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi-110011, on 07th July 2015 (SEQ No.9785, Record-No.9785, I had been remained struck-up for about one hour, at said ATM Counter at said ATM. The reason was that the ATM machine had been displaying the message on the screen that “please wait, your transaction is being processed”, continuously for the period of approximately an hour and at the same time no key of the ATM was working, including ‘cancel’ key. Therefore, I would have had no other option, but to stay in the ATM cabin for an hour, as the ATM machine could complete my transaction of withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/- at any time. I contacted with the said Branch Manager, Mr. Choudhary and informed him about my problem, but he had also showed his inability to help me in that matter. Moreover, there was no Security-Guard available at the said ATM Cabin. I entered my complaint in the Complaint Register kept therein (at pg.no.146 of their Complaint-Register). Due to the above reasons, I have had to cancel some of my urgent official and personal appointments/commitments and also have had to face mental-torture/tension for an hour. I, therefore, request you to please send me your comments in the above matter, before I take any further action in the matter.                   Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the fraud debit that occurred in my BOB Account. I am Ketan Tomar and I have joint saving account (with Mohinder Singh Tomar) in Bank Of Baroda, Sadar Bazar, Delhi - 6 branch. On updating my bank passbook, I observed following six fraud debit card transactions has been made by someone against my BOB account (Account No. [protected]) in spite of the fact that debit card was with me at that time. Fraud Online Purchased made through my debit card details:- Date Description Debit Amount (Rs.) 4 Jun 2015 PRCR/CONFORAMA/SAINT OUEN 7, 304.74 4 Jun 2015 PRCR/CONFORAMA/SAINT OUEN 13, 141.23 11 Jun 2015 PRCR/RATP 75/PARIS 2, 077.88 11 Jun 2015 PRCR/ORCHIDEE/PANTIN 7, 368.38 11 Jun 2015 PRCR/ORCHIDEE/PANTIN 7, 368.38 12 Jun 2015 PRCR/LE VICTOR HUGO/PANTIN 7, 368.38 Total amount debited : Rs. 44, 628.99 Moreover, I haven’t received any SMS/OTP on my registered mobile number when these fraud transactions were made. And, I never used my BOB debit card for any online purchase/ shopping. After this, I get my BOB debit card blocked. Further, I have lodged FIR in Keshav Puram police station regarding the same. I am also submitting the scanned copy of Police Complaint proof for your reference. Please find it attached herewith the email. They promise to keep you posted with the properties of your interest but they wont. Don’t use their paid service. I am form chennai and I am writing this within 2 weeks after registering for paid service with them. I have paid Rs3000. My money is lost and also my happiness. I am frustrated with the fake promises of assisted property. Assisted property is cheat. I was first contacted by Kavitha who forced me to use paid service. After so much hesitation and promises from Kavitha I have accepted to go with paid service. I have been allocated Priya Nair as my property manager and the properties she shared is only 9 in 1 week from the date of my activation(29th August 2013) . Out of the 9 properties 7 are not at all as per my requirements and 2 are fairly acceptable in few standards and not completely acceptable. Hence I have raised a complaint on thursday (5th Sep 2013) to close my paid service and refund my amount. After a while Jenifer called me (claiming she is the new property manager) and asked for a extended time till tuesday (10th Sep 2013) within which she has promised me to share atleast 4 properties which I can go for site visit, but she too failed to meet the deadline. I have given an extended time starting thursday (5th Sep 2013) to tuesday (10th Sep 2013). Thursday around 6:15Pm I have got a call that a property has been shared. Since it was too late, I have asked for more properties so that I can plan a site visit on tuesday. But to my surprise I havent got any property or even a call regarding my requests. So again I have raised a complaint on 10th Sep 2013 to process my refund and close my account. Till now no one bothers to call me or refund my amount. everyday I call them to ask status but they will simply say its in process and tell that I will be getting call the next day.Again no one will call you back. Customer service supervisor name is Murali. Whenever you call they will not attend your call or tell you that the manager is in meeting or your complaint has been escalated and its in process. Their customer care number and email id are useless thru which you cant get the desired result.They will never respond to your complaint.                                   I have given a request letter / application to my Bank of Baroda branch (Kathiraon branch Varanasi) for issue me a checkbook on 1st Jun’15. I am waiting this checkbook but still can’t get. I have also apply checkbook online from my internet banking on 9th Jun’15 but as per acknowledgement, check is not allow from my account. I have required checkbook. Please resolve the issue.

                                    Hello sir, my name is Meghna Goswami and i've a savings bank account in BOB halvad (morbi dist.) branch. On 10/06/2015, 60, 000 was debited from my account without my knowledge from cheque#25, but my chequebook was already stolen maybe 15 days ago and I had it reported in BOB dhrangadhra branch gujarat. I called for stop payment but they told me to go to the branch but I wasn't able to afford. I called to the BOB call centre no. aswell. The cheque wasn't even signed. And I wrote the application to the BOB halvad branch on 11/06/2015. I went to the branch too on 16 jun maybe but they didn't listened to me but told me about chequebook deletion which I didn't knew before and nobody ever told me before. And they're talking unneccessary. Theft occured at home my mother stole my chequebook without my knowledge nd i did reported the bank about it but they did nothing And i'm not being notified about my debit card application status
