    actually i dint used my atm card for few months so they blocked my card i contacted branch, they give me customer care no. i called there. they said that they unlocked my card after my request but even my card is blocked and when i contact bank, they tell me to contact custmer care and custmer care says that the card is unblocked but actually it is still not working. ayush jain akaltara (c.g.) mo. no.       This is to inform you toady I visited SBI ATM to take out the money and I try to made a transaction of 8500/-, but ATM machine shows unable to dispense.

      So I tried with other machine and first I took out 5000/- and then 3500/-

      After this I went to bank to deposit but I received a message saying total 17000/- has been debited which is wrong I only take out 8500/ from my account.

      I carry ATM of BOB ( Bank of Baroda) and I used ATM machine OF SBI situated at Sec-55 Noida.

      Here are my account details:

      I have tried to pay for dominos pizza online on 11-08-14 by my online
      banking. But each time the message of transaction failure was shown on
      screen. I tried three times but no order confirmation was done but my
      account got debited 3 times. what should i do to get back my money.

            Dear Sir, I have availed a Personal Loan of Rs. 50, 000/- vide A/C # [protected] from Bank of Baroda, Sector : 22 branch at Chandigarh. Due to some technical errors, regular installments from my saving account # [protected] were not recovered by the system (while the sufficient balance was available in my saving bank account) and my account was classified as Substandard from June, 2010 and Doubtful from September, 2010 which reflect in CIBIL report, get by me during December, 2013 for availing a housing loan from another bank. I have immediately contact at branch to issue me the clarification certificate in this regard to make my report score good but at first they have refused for the same. I was mentally harassed for this process, as my housing loan process was delayed and builder was issuing Reminders to pay my installment. It take approx. One week time then i decided to complaint at their Zonal office at Chandgiarh and was instruct from ZO to contact again at branch with manager and they have provide me normal certificate as a part of compliance without mentioning the errors. Once, again i have contacted at their ZO for the purpose and while contacting at branch this time, i was forced to pay due interest by signing the voucher to be recovered from my saving account for the same. However, the account was already settled during 18.05.2011. Due to need of clarification certificate, I agree for the same and they have issued me but charged wrong interest rate @ 17.25, however, while loan tenure, the rate of interest was only 13%. I request your good self to please help me to reimburse the loan interest charges of Rs. 2634/-, wrongly charged by the Bank of Baroda from my account. All supporting documents, i.e. CIBIL Report Page, copy of Saving Bank Account Statement, Copy of Loan Account Statement, Copy of Certificate, issued by Bank of Baroda are enclosed for your reference and justify my case.               Dear Sir/Madam,

              This is to inform you that, I am maintaining the above mentioned SB account with Punjab National Bank, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi.

              On 07.01.2014 at 13:50:07, I used my PNB Debit Card at your Bank of Baroda ATM at Vardhman Mayur Plaza, Mayur Vihar-3, Delhi-96, to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), but the machine disbursed only Rs.4, 000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) and my account had been debited by Rs.10, 000/-. I speak with your Guard and he is given me the BOB Customer Care number and I called that number, they inform me to logged the complaint with my banker, immediately I logged the complaint with PNB. Now I come to know that my complaint is closed by the bank. They inform me to make the complaint directly with BOB.

              You are requested to please look into the matter, and refund the excess amount debited by the Bank to my SB account as early as possible.

              Your early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

                  I was trying to pay a money from internet card using my Bank of Baroda visa card on 21/1/2014 for SAIL application form. I did 2 transaction and both transactions were failed. each transaction was rs.515 so total amt. debited from my a/c is 1030 and i didnt got that amt. Atm reciept shows the transaction is unable to process although the money got debited from my account. I haven’t got my money back and for that purpose I am trying to contact a customer care but i didnt got any response from thehr so i lodge my complain here. Please find details of 2 transaction.

                      Sir, i am a holder of debit card with 16 digit no:[protected]. Sir from past few days, my debit card is not working properly. Everytime, i visited any atm centre, i have to face a lot of inconvinence and embarassment. i have tried to cintact a lot of constumer care numbers, but not satisfying result is achieved. So i request you to please look into my problem and reply me as soon as possible so that i could use my debit card again. Thank you

                        I was trying to withdraw a money from ATM using my Bank of Baroda Debit card on 03/01/2014. I did 2 transaction and both transactions were failed. each transaction was rs.300 so total amt. debited from my a/c is 600 and i didnt got that amt. Atm reciept shows the transaction is unable to process although the money got debited from my account.                               i want to a vocational trainning loan by bank of baroda, i am following the process and went to BOB branch at panki road kalyanpur kanpur near petrol pump his bank manager s.k.dubey deny that have you a above 60 % so plz tell me that in vocational trainnings loan sercular on bob website do not mention if you have not above 60% you did not get vocational loan, sir please tell me right sujjestion and take action this type of facing the problum students.

                                I humbly draw your kind attention to the following matter . Pl. do needful.
                                Sub: TDS credit not given on fixed deposit for A.Y. 2011-12 in case of Kumudba Mahimansinh Gohil, C/226, Rajlaxmi Society, Old Padra Road, Vadodara- 390007. PAN No. ACDPG4751B vide Ref. No. [protected].

                                Bank of Baroda, IPCL Branch, IPCL Township, Vadodara, Pin. 391345 has deducted my TDS Rs. 5292 for A.Y. 2011-12 but it was not properly done by the bank so it is not reflected in 26AS so I could not get the refund from IT Department. I have informed the bank with details on 23rd May, 2013 but there is no replay from the bank. Please take my case as urgent and oblige me. I can produce all the document in original.

                                    two FDR matured on 06.11.2013 but the written amount not credited in my saving bank a/c. however i have already given 15G & PAN card every year . the written amount 61141+61141 should be credited but only 59400+60700 credited & manager already told me that there is no any TDS deduction and I am unable to provide any TDS certificate. I became very hurted by mentally and and i have spend a big amount for this query and I am going to take legal step, if the discrepancy not resolved. hoping you will take proper step to resolve this discrepancy.

Two month ago I lost my ATM password and i applied three time for INTERNET BANKING and reissue the ATM password but the branch officer did not send my application. I ever seen the absence and misbehaviour of staff in the branch they never came at time and not do work properly and delay work. I never see a bank like this.I am trying for the register my complain on the website but a error occur when i submited my complain. I hope you can do something in my favour.                                         I was trying to withdraw Rs4000 from Bank of Baroda ATM using my Bank of Baroda Debit card on27/10/2013.
