I took Education loan of Rs. 6 Lac on 26/09/08. I am regularly depositing my monthly installments and there is no overdue till today. As per govt. Rules/Circular “Central Scheme for Interest subsidy on Education Loan” Interest subsidy announced by HRD ministry from 2009-10. I am eligible for Interest subsidy which is provided for the period of moratorium i.e. Course period plus one year or six months after getting job, whichever is earlier. My course was completed in March’10 and got job on 11th July 2010. So as per rule I am eligible for interest subsidy from 1st July 2009 to 10th January 2011 (11/07/2010 + 6 month). The amount should be Approx. Rs. 1,00,000/-. Now long time has been happened but this amount is not credited in my A/C. Now I am bearing interest on that interest subsidy part also. Earlier on 24/04/12, I have given letter to branch manager re. this matter but I did not received any reply. Always oral answer was that we have put in system, whenever it will come, it will be credited in your account.plz help

    Respected Sir,
    I am Sanjeev S. Pacheriwala having a saving account in Bank of Baroda, Textile Market Branch, Surat. I also have various other accounts in other branches of Bank of Baroda. An amount of Rs.827 dates 28.03.12 has been charged in my account on cheque deposit of Rs. 500000. Such charge is not deducted by any other bank. I would like you to explain the reason for this charge and refund the amount wrongly debited in my account.

    I am waiting for a positive written reply from your side. Kindly do the need full at the earliest.

      Today 28the April i went bank of baroda sihor branch bhavnagar district i went for vehicle loan inquiry and manager told me we are not providing any loan and i m on leave for 10 days so its not possible.he was not providing me any information regarding loan and when i argue withe him he stood up went out from office nd.told.me.try withe anotheer bank.

          I am private employ. Working in a export house. My bank account is with Grater Kailash Bank of Baroda Branch. I have submitted my Salary cheque in Chandni Chonk Branch. (Mr Soni ) They are not clearing the cheque and told me to go in the same branch in Kailash Colony Branch for the Clarence of cheque. While in the banking sector over the world system is EDI ( Electronic Data Interchange) You guys say that your bank is first international bank but, i am sorry to say that you don't worth your words. Always i visit this bank i get frustrated with your services . I told the same condition to them SBI bank is Clearing other states and branches cheques. Mr Soni gave me comment (SBI is worst bank)

          I am extremely frustrated by this bank.

              Axis Bank — ATM CASH WITHDRAWALS

              I have my A/c in ICICI bank.
              on 7th september 2009 in my a/c showing one transacation
              which i was not done and it is showing that ttransacation done it in AXIS BANK by ATM morning 8.30 and it is done in KATRAJ atm centre
              i am staying in sinhagad road how could i went ther??????

                My Father in law (jagdish bawabhai Patel) Working in Custom department.he was expired as on 25.01.10. his pension nominee is my mother in law Nilaben jagdish patel. my Father in law (jagdish bawabhai Patel) pension file PPO No. is[protected]. pension creditted in Bank of Baroda, Pali Karambeli Br. Ta. Umargam ,Gujarat. but pension is not creditted since last five month.my mother in law Nilaben jagdish patel also provide life certificate in Bank. everytime banks manager and officer replied that pension is creditted on next month but till date not given a proper resollution. so, pls. see the matter and given a guidance and help on this case.

                  I am having saving bank account with bank of baroda , khetwadi branch, mumbai- 400 004. From past 2-3 days their banking system not working and they dont khnow when the system starts. This will happened in march ending when i required cash withdrawl. They were not responding properly with customer and they dont khnow how to speak with customer. This happened with me earlier also, they said that thier internal banking system not working.

                    I am a credit card holder of the Bank of Baroda. I have been trying to get a transaction done through my credit card but it did not proceeded. I have been trying to call all their customer care number as listed on their website and card itself. No phone no, even paid ones dont work. In addition to that, their complaint form does not process and give "internal servor error". This is lest expected from a bank which promises a lot.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      In response to the latest vacancy of Bank of Baroda for Clerk exam, I would like to draw ur attention that the minimum educational qualification for the IBPS clerk exam was 12th pass & now according to the latest vacancy of BOB they require only graduates. Then what abt the candidates who invested their money in IPBS but were only 12th pass? I think it is an unfair Justice to thousands of people.
                      i would like the BOB officials/Management to have their attention to this & reconsider the candidates who have cleared the IBPS examination with good marks but dont have a graduation/Degree.
                      There r many poor candidates who wont be able to do Graduation due to some Financial / other problems. They were only having one hope through IBPS n now that also going in vain.

                      Please take a not of this as it is Unfair to thousands of Candidates.

                      respected sir its not fine...agar bank me clerk k liye graduation hi chahiye tha to aakhir ibps ne intermediate aur highschool level k student ko kyu apply karwaya...acoording to me intermediate students & HS students is better than the graduation level students who quallified the ibps clerk exam...i also get 195 mark in gen catg but i m unable to apply the bank like BOB & DENA BANK bocz i m not graduate ...my graduation is completed on july 2012...plz sir justise about it...

                              Making a complaint against your bank, is it crime?
                              The Secretary to Regional Head, Mr Shende who was on telephone on Saturday 10th March 12 between 12.15 to 12.40 behaved rudely. He is very arrogant and least bothered about the problems of the customers used improper word ‘dadagiri’ instead of resolving the complaint. May be Shende ‘dada’ in your bank, let him enjoy the position.
                              Coming to the point, a board is displayed at ur Hadapsar branch ”passbook printer is not working” . When contacted the branch head, he told that the printer is not working and problem occurs often and no support from management.
                              The matter was appraised over telephone to Mr Shende, the concerned, who told that he will contact in 10 min. after getting the facts from the branch. Till 2.30 pm, there was no response, hence I asked why not responded, then Shende was telling that his Regional head was attending the meeting and he will respond and used the above improper words.
                              The fact has been appraised to office of the Chairman (Mr. Munagekar).
                              Misbehavior of Shende caused me disturbance which is not tolerable. The problem is un-resolved. R u going to take action against Shende.
                              Shall I now expect?

                                we are having current account in Bank of Baroda.

                                we have balance of Rs 5 Lakh from last 4-5 days in our account. when we go to bank for withdwar of Funds they said that they not have that much cash in there branch, so come tommorow. i again gone to bank next day. then also i got the same reason. now tommowor is sunday and i have to go again on monday.

                                i tried to put compaint on this link on there site https://bobinside.com/onlinecomplaints/complaintform.aspx but this link also not working,

                                i request all of you to close your account from such poor bank who are unable to arrange Rs 5 lakh in 4-5 days.
                                please close your account from bank of baroda.
                                My account with S.B.Marg branch, Mumbai.
                                Staff attitude in this branch is very rude and they always deals with customer like a illiterate . Not giving any guidance to customer. Recently my debit card was expired on 30.4.2012. They have received this card but not dispatched to my address and keeping with them. when i go for inquiry they handed over to me on 14.5.2012. Branch manager is always out of bank and never be available. Bank of baroda online complaint is not working. They deduct TDS on FDs without informing and prior giving F15 form like other banks giving in advance.

                                  1. The C.D. no. 2 is a widow and she lives alone at this time in her flat in Woodland, Kothrud, Pune 411 038; as her son the C.D. no. 5 has gone abroad on work.

                                  2. All of a sudden on 31st January 2012 at 11 am the C.D. no. 2 was visited two officers of the C.H. Bank. One of them was Lokya Naik, Chief Manager, Bank of Baroda (appeared to be a South Indian person mobile number [protected]) and other was a Maharashtrian gentleman with a name that sounded like Bharad.

                                  3. Before the C.D. no. 2 could get a grip of the situation, the said men entered her flat and started telling her that they had come for "Vasuli" of her loan. They insisted that she must repay the outstanding amount, otherwise the Bank will proceed to attach her flat. Not only that, they also threatened that the Bank will initiate action through the "Interpol" against the son of the C.D. no. 2 i.e. C.D. no. 5, who is presently in USA on work.

                                  4. The said two persons continued haranguing and badgering the C.D. no. 2 to pay at least some amount of the alleged outstanding before 31st March 2012. In this manner Shri. Naik and his companion kept harassing the C.D. no. 2 and refused to leave undtill (on the verge of an emotional breakdown) promised to contact them in ten days.

                                  5. The C.D. no. 2 was so agitated and upset by all the threats that after the C.H.'s officers left she fainted and had to be rushed to the doctor (by her daughters). It was discovered that the C.D. no. 2 who is not otherwise herpertensive, got high Blood pressure, which caused the faint. The C.D. no. 2 has attached her doctor's certificate.

                                  6. The action of the C.H. is highly objectionable and dangerous. More so considering that the matter is sub-judice. In fact, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has warned banks against intimidating borrowers in this manner.

                                  7. The C.D. no. 2 reserves her right to file criminal and other complaints in the relevent forums. However, as the matter is sub-judice, she considered it necessary to inform this Hon'ble forum about the highly illegal and objectionable behaviour of the C.H. and its officers.

                                  Bank of Baroda — HARRESHMENT BY THE BANK

                                  sir, my complain against bank of baroda credit cards.first the agent of the bank sold us cleverly& forcely credit card with telling any charge or late charge,service charge.our card no [protected].we used the card 5,000 in cash and 25,000 our card limit was 30,000.we deposited 1540 rupees on 20/12/2005, 2000 on 6/3/2007, 2000 on 9/7/2008, 1000 on 9/8/2008, 1000 on 1/11/2008, 1000 on 3/1/2009, 1000 on 1/4/2009, 1000 on 1/6/2009, 1000 on 22/7/2009, 1000 on 2/8/2009 til this date i paid 12,540 but the bank said you have to pay more than 1,00000.we requested them we had done settalment with the bank 39,000 rupees our balance money we had to pay now 27000.but after settellment on19th feb 2010 they again send a letter demanded 93 thousand rupees with many a service charge and late charge and bank is saying we are gonig to the court til 31 march. so sir i am belongs to lower middle class family and bank is doing harreshment with us on phone and letters.please sir save us of this financial harreshment.and do some thing immediatly against the bank. i,ll very thankful for you DEV ANAND
                                  You are right from your part but also your mistake is that you did not read the terms and conditions given in the booklet of the credit card. Every bank cares about its reputation and its not locally but centrally handled. You have taken really long time to pay back the amount you used through Credit Card. Also you could get the statement of the Credit Card to know your monthly interest or any charges you would be charged if you delay in any payment.
                                  Giving reason of the agent makes no sense here as these facilities are been outsourced. But Credit Card company makes sure of the terms and conditions are sent to you along with your card.
                                  You can of course try and claim for this issue as the charges put by them are more than your transaction. But its left to Consumer Court to get you the solution for this.
