    I Mr. Jitendra Narshibhai Patel (prop. M/S. Shiv Textiles) have taken Term Loan from BANK OF BARODA, NANPURA BRANCH AT SURAT CITY GUJARAT. The Term Loan was sanctioned under Restructured TUF Scheme on 21.08.2012. According to Restructured TUF Scheme and terms & condition of sanction letter application for Unique Identification Number (UID Number) for purpose of lodging Subsidy has to be made immediate after Disbursement of the Term Loan. The last date for application under the scheme is within 12 months from the date of sanction of the facilities.

    In spite of being banks responsibility for making application of the Restructured TUF I needed to take help of an consultant for making application for UID Number. Still the Bank Manager Mr. Gupta is refusing to sign the application for UID Number. He is posing excuse that he is not remembering any thing about the project and wants to visit the Factory Site. I would like to inform that the Bank Manager has already visited My factory site 3 time before giving such excuse. I am still ready for the factory visit but the Bank Manager is postponing his visit.

    My Loan Account Number is [protected]. I have been regular in paying my installments.

    I request the forum to take all the possible steps against the bank.

        I have booked a ticket via IRCTC using My BOB Debit card on 11th APril 2013 which i cancelled on 17th April. On IRCTC the refund status is showing as refunded via Receipt Number- [protected]. But till date I didn't get my money back and When I call Bank they say to contact IRCTC and IRCTC say to contact to bank. So please help me out getting my money back asap because I dont want to get stressed asap. The Transaction was via my BOB Debit Card having no- [protected]. the Payment Gateway was HDFC. So please help me out. The PNR Number was- [protected].

          Deduction of balance without booking
          I booked an irctc hotel room in katra on 30/03/2013 by my bob a.t.m. card of Rs.7345 but the transaction is failed during booking, my balance is deducted but room didn't booked i contacted the bank for complaint they registered the complaint & a complaint no. is given to me they said that the money will be back in few days but i have not received it yet .Every time when i call to the bank they did not give the satisfactory answer to me . Now i m feeling that i will never receive my money back .Please help me so i can get my money as fast as it can be .The details are as follows:-

            i have an over draft limit39,00,000 in bank,after npa bank told me to pay the money ,i pay 21,30,000rupees in my a/c .but they transfer my money from my account to bank a/c17,00,000 without my permission.after that i may 9 lac more in this a/c but when i told to manager to transfer my amount to my a/c .but they told after r.o permission .they wasted my time a lot and finished my family life and business ,when i send them R.t.i they send me a simple paper where date change from 31/12/2000 to 31/12/2009,and my money transfer to other people a/c many a time i send request letter by hand to banager but no action was taken .i have all the docs against bank

              Hi, my account no is [protected] in Hakikat Nagar branch,saharanpur. I tried to withdraw Rs 2000 from PNB atm at Sarojini Nagar ,New delhi. The transaction was not completed but money was debited from my account on March 11 2013 at 4:50:23 pm. The customer care is unresponsive and not picking up the phone. It is the second time I am having the same problem and in the first incident also i didnt get my money back. Even the branch is telling that they will take action after the march closing.During the transaction the slip didn't come out but I have message details on my phone.Whats the further procedure.

              They have misplaced by both the cheques.

                Banking — Debit of the money

                Sie, I have use my ATM of State Bank of Indor Raipur (branch code 30172) at Dehradun City , I had use Mobile ATM of Oriental Bank Of Commerce (Mobile ATM no. DA076931) Subhash Nagar Dehradun & could not physical recieved my ammount 4000 Rs.but the debit has been done with my account (Account no. [protected]) on date 15 March 2011. Till then I am daily trying to register my complaint on toll free no. [protected] but at the costumer care daily they told me that there is thechnical problem so i should try next time.
                I have request you to help me to credit my money which i could not recieved by the ATM.

                  The payment of rs.1250 was made on 31st december 2012 to http://www.aicte-cmat.in
                  from debit card no.[protected] debited from account no. [protected]
                  but at the time of payment there was server problem so payment is not reached to AICTE.

                  Complaint to BOB nagori garden bhilwara branch was filed on 10th january 2013 regarding the unsuccessful payment. 45 days time limit was given by bank but payment is not credited to my account,& additional 7 days time limit is also given,but still query is not solved.

                    i am Nadeem khan having account in bank of baroda, i credited money to my bank of baroda - mumbra (mumbai) account, but still its not credited. and i inquiry here in my creditor bank they show me details and inform me that it was send all ready but there system very slow. so i try to contact my bank (bank of baroda) but the MTNL Number registered by bank of baroda

But he denied it and asking for the bribe of 5000. As the present govt rule he has no right to do so. So please take appropriate steps. He has passed many loans to his relatives and unfair people. I am the first man dared against them . So don't neglect it .

                                when i use my net banking my user id passwoard show invalid. So we request you to please correct my name (KAMAL SHARMA ) in my bank account and solve my problem about net banking service. We shall be very thankful to you.

                                I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Kamal sharma Rohtak Branch.I had applied for Internet banking before two-three months.On 12th NOV. I have received Internet banking User ID, when I personally visited at branch for collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking shall enable USER ID for functioning within 48 hours.But unfortunately after 15 days my "BARODA CONNECT" has not activated.

                                In continously followup with Branch and your help line no. regarding non-activation of my "BARODA CONNECT" but everytime they give me assurance that it will be activated on next day as we already forward your details to concern dept. Last day I am again calling your help line no. regarding activativation my net banking passward. they give me a request no. My request no. is 330062. but my net banking passward not activated till now. I am sending you screen shot

                                    We have an account at your Raichur Branch in the Name of Diva Air and Resources (Raichur) Pvt Ltd vide a/c No [protected] and facing lots of problem while transcating net banking. most of the time we are unable to login and by chance we get login the enter option will not be highlighted.
                                    We have made several complaint to the branch but nothing has been worked out.
                                    So we are lodging this complaint, and if we do not receive any response within 48 hours, we will be closing the account without any delay.

                                      Salary pension account.
                                      My new debit card was issue in November . I called to customer care to know my card status it was issued or not. So that person had block my card without my permission on 30th December. Then after I got my card from my branch but it was blocked . So i have given my report to unblock my card on 1st January in branch but till now they did not unblock my card. So please I requesting to you please unblock my card as soon as possible........

                                        I AM HOLDING A SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO. [protected] WITH BIRATI BRANCH OF THE BANK SINCE 2006. I WENT TO THE BRANCH ON 08.12.2012 TO SUBMIT KYC DOCUMENTS FOR MY ACCOUNT. CONCERNED STAFF BEING ABSENT, I WAS ASKED BY ANOTHER STAFF OF THE BRANCH TO COME ON ANY OTHER DAY TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS. I WENT TO THE BANK AGAIN ON 12.12.2012. THIS TIME I WAS TOLD THAT THE LAST DAY OF SUBMISSION OF THE DOCUMENTS WAS 07.12.2012 AND HAS ALREADY EXPIRED. MY SIMPLE QUESTION IS THAT WHEN THE LAST DAY WAS ON 07.12.2012, WHY WAS NOT I TOLD OF IT ON 08.12.2012 ITSELF. THUS I COULD HAVE AVOIDED VISITING THE BRANCH ON 12.12.2012 UNNECESSARILY. WE ARE NOT INFORMED PROPERLY ABOUT THE CHANGES IN BANKING NORMS. THE BRANCH AUTHORITY JUST PASTE A PAPER DESCRIBING THE NORMS AND WASH THEIR HANDS OFF. I AM YET TO SUBMIT THE KYC DOCUMENTS.

                                        Bank of Baroda - A customer care lady with the name KAJAL is calling my dad and asking him to pay an amount back from 2013, threatening if nahi kia to apke kyandan k paas call jaega
                                        Whereas we do not have any card of BOB or payment due

                                        She is misbehaving over the call, continously calling is and using threatning tone

                                        If this does not get resolved i will have to take a legal action against the entire bank and would sue them for such pathetic and threatning behaviour
