For last many days, I have been to BOB ATM every time its out of service, either out of cash or maintenance service. I have noticed that BOB ATM service is worst service ever in Banking Sector.Unfortunately I am a customer of Bank of Baroda.Please try to Fix this problem.Yesterday I went to Anad same thing happen and today in Baroda, I have been to 3 ATM of BOB same display message again. It's rediculious. Shame on u Management and technical team.

        My registered BOB online complaint no is 70842. I am not receiving OTP since 3 months even after changing mobile no. I cant spend daily one or two hour to do unfruitful discussion with local branch to resolve this error as logically its not in their hand. Hope BOB will wake up and would have some respect of Customer Service Satifaction like thing.

          Dear Team, I'm really very sad with the kind of services I receive from Bank of Baroda. Since its a Govt bank hopes are really very low... Its my suggestion either hire good educated people in your contact center or close down your customer care set-up. They are super Rude people who cant help you and on top of that they definitely create more problem. I called to block my card since i lost it and people were busy in transferring the call without even listnening to m properly. Firstly I called saying I don't have my card number and account number and if you can help me in getting the card number so that I can get this block... the lady on the other side was sooo rude I cant even explain it to you. Fine if bank of Baroda does not have proper system to check this facility (though private bank does have), even then there is a way of talking to someone. Finally when I was back home I searched and got the account and called you call center again and the person with whom I spoke then simply took my account number said card is blocked and disconnected the call... and the way he said that I wasn't convinced whether the card was blocked or not... I had to call again and again to check if get the card blocked, to cross check whether its been done properly or not, to confirm if any fraud activity is done or not. The only good thing is that I don't have much funds in your account and the calls are recorded on my cell phone. I don't know if you can do anything about this bad customer experience or you even want to do anything about it.             A DD No. 160374 Dated 13.5.14 for Rs. 1, 20, 000 (on lakh twenty thousand) issued by HDFC Bank was submitted to Bank of Baroda Nasik Road Branch on 17.5.14 for credit to my Account No [protected]. But till 6.6.14 the said cheque has not been credited to my Account. On Enquiry I was told that cheque has been submitted for clearance but due to some technical problems at clearing house the cheque has not been cleared . This is causing embarrasing situation for me.               I, Mrs. Vani Shende, is an a/c holder of your Nandanvan Branch, Nagpur (Maharashtra) having a/c No. [protected]. On 31st May, 2014 at 06.47 p.m. I got sms from your Bank, stating that my Cheque No. 18, for Rs. 91, 773/- is returned unpaid due to a/c blocked. On contacting Nandanvan Branch on 02.06.2014 (on 1st June, - Sunday) early in morning, I for the first time came to know that due to non submission of KYC documents, my account was blocked. I must quote here that the above a/c is a Salary A/c. and most of my transactions are done through either by ATM or by Internet Banking and that I don't have to go to Bank physically for a long period. On[protected] I use my debit card for purchasing Petrol for Rs. 261.23 and on 30th May, 2014 My Salary of Rs. 31, 018/- were credited to my account. Both the transactions were confirmed/communicated to me by SMS by Bank of Baroda on my registered Mobile No. [protected] but none of them mentioned about fulfilling KYC Norms or that my account will be blocked. Earlier on[protected] I personally visited the Branch to change my residential address alongwith Address proof & Photo copy of PAN. and accordingly, my New Address was changed in your Banks Record and New passbook was also issued to me on same date. Then also I was not intimated about KYC. On[protected], when I recd. SMS reg. cheque returned, it was shock to me and rushed to Bank on immediate working day. I contacted Branch Manager Mr. Somkuwar. But he simply showed the enlarged xerox copy of Paper Advertisement of 'DAINIK SAKAL' a Marathi daily which does not have many readers in Nagpur. He expected that I must have come across this Advertisement. When we asked him why the bank did not inform the customers through SMS or mail address which were already provided and registered with Bank, he told that it is not possible to communicate through SMS to reach all their a/c holders. Because of this, my Credit Society, to which I repaid my o/s loan by Cheque of your Bank, could not encash and it not only fined me of Rs. 150/- towards C.D. charges but also 1 month's interest Rs. 765/- (on o/s amount of Rs. 91773/-) Moreover even Bank of Baroda, Nandanvan Branch charged Rs. 112/- towards outward return charges and deducted the same from my Account. Does it mean that you can block customer's account any time and also recover penalty for that for which customer is not responsible? Is that xerox of Address proof & Aadhar Card is so important than our financial transactions when it was taken by the Bank at the time of opening of A/c and in my case while changing residential address in your record? In this whole process, I don't find myself guilty and the burden of financial fine raised by Bank as well as my Financer-Society is unjust and must be indemnified by Bank of Baroda immediately.as the lack of communication is done on your part. You claim that Bank of Baroda - India's International Bank - Global bank with a network of branches in India, and an international presence in 24 countries. but it is sad to say that you cannot communicate with your own customers through electronic media, and you speak about international presence in 24 countries. Very ironic. I hope that you can understand the pains through which I underwent and I expect possible rectification at your end.                 My name is Bhushan Ghate. I've an account with your bank [protected]. I tried to withdraw money from ATM which was declined. I didn't get Rs. 1500. I called to Customer Service and spoke to Abhilasha Tiwari (Agent) she transferred call to floor Supervisor. I don't remember her name but she escalated the case and I got compliant number [protected]. She said I'll get money as soon as possible. Next day again I called up and spoke to Stupid Agent Mr. AALAM he was very rude I was not listning me at all and refused me and said he would not transfer the call, after so many request and long time he transferrer the call to Supervisor Mr. SUDHIR. Mr. Sudhir was speaking Hindi language very funny. When asked him the problem he did not reply me and said he is unable to listen my voice however, He was actually listning properly and hung up the call. Is it proper Service ? Supervisor not speak English Agent is rude Already had word with Supervisor but they said I haven't spoken with the Supervisor. I was requesting to Agent Mr. AALAM but he did not transfer the call. Really I pissed off with the Service. I am going to destroy my card now. I never faced any problem with other banks before. Still I have the same issue. When I informed the Agent Mr.ALAM he simply said do Whatever. So worst Service I ever seen in my life. If possible then please take Strictly action.

                            Ac No [protected] The reason for hold was not intimated properly and when we called [protected] (caller tune makes you feel that you have dialed a wrong number), informed that they have received a letter from bank who made the credit twice the amount 150K. Besides the business party have to pay the outstanding of 800K. Our credibility with our suppliers were affected and the charges for cheque returning should not be debited on our account. For others mistake we cant pay and to be settled in a day or two.

The Cheque bearing No. 678524 dated 20.03.14 was paid against bill for electricity charges to PGVCL was amounting Rs. 500/- Five hundred only. PGVCL had deposited to the Bank of Baroda Tagore Road Branch. for clearing and the amount withdrawn from my aforesaid account of SBI was Rs. 5000/-Five thousand. So the difference of Rs. 4500/- should be refunded to me with the interest for one month as it being the Fault of Your Bank while transacting from my A/c. to PGVCL A/c. In fact PGVCL has received Rs, 500/- and the receipt for the same was given to me and My suscribers account that is Rs. 500/- only so the MISTAKE IS DONE BY YOUR BANK . Do need ful and oblige
