      I HAD ISSUED A CHEQUE no.001278 FOR AN AMOUNT OF Rs 23447.00 WHICH WAS RETURNED BY YOU ie BANK OF BARODA TWICE IN SPITE OF SUFFIECIENT CLEAR BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT AT THAT TIME. A LOT OF INCONVIENIENCE HAS BEEN CAUSED TO OUR PARTY DUE TO NEGLIGIENRCE ON YOUR PART. I HAVE SUFFERED HEAVY LOSS AS THE DISCOUNT I GET ON MY PURCHASE WILL NO LONGER BE GIVEN TO ME & THE PARTY HAS LOST FAITH IN ME & REFUSES TO DEAL WITH ME IN CREDIT ANYMORE INSPITE OF NO FAULT OF ME. THERE IS NO WAY BANK OF BARODA CAN REPAIR THE DAMAGE DONE BY IT BUT THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS PRODUCE A APOLGY LETTER TO ME & MY PARTY SEPARATELY ALONG WITH THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE CHARGES YOU HAVE LEVIED ME & WHICH MY PARTY"S BANK HAS LEVIED HIM & THE LOSS I HAVE BEARED OF THE DISCOUNT THAT I WONT GET ON MY PURCHASE.         Respected Sir, I am having Savings Bank Account with Bank of Baroda, Patel Nagar Branch, Ramadevi, Kanpur with net banking facility. While using the net banking through mistake wrong password has been entered, therefore the facility has been blocked and for unlocking the facility I have been directed to contact customer care centre. Accordingly I have contacted the customer care and complaint has been launched and the customer care service centre has directed me to contact the concerned branch of Bank of Baroda. Thereafter I have contact the concerned branch of Bank of Baroda and requested to unlock the net banking facilities given to my S.B. Account and provide the transaction password to enable me to operate the net banking facilities. However I am sorry to inform you that the official who is dealing with the subject has not given any co-operation to settle my complaint and not provided any formalities for enabling the net banking facilities. He behaved in a very rude manner and told me to contact the customer care service centre. Further he is not performing his office work instead he is dealing with the personal matters to the people who visit during office hours. On account of the above I am in very great difficulties and not able to operate my account through net banking. Thereafter I approached the Customer Care Service Centre more than five times. In the circumstances, I request you to solve my problems so as to enable me to avail the facilities and also inform the concerned Branch Manager to take appropriate action in the matter.           Dear Sir, Rs.15000 was deducted(debited) from my account([protected]) on 11/11/14. I had not use my Debit card on that day even for single transaction on not done any bank transaction on that day. My debit card was also with me during whole day so how the money was deducted??i had complaint to Rajpipla Branch for this concern but still they can't able to give me satisfactory account the last three transaction listed for 15000(DEBITED/CREDITED/DEBITED) was not done by me and my Debit card was also with me for whole day. so how anyone can with draw my Rs. through ATM. PLEASE GIVE ME JUSTIFICATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR SUCH BAD SERVICE OF BOB. I WILL COMPLAIN TO POLICE ALSO IF THE RECTIFICATION WAS NOT SOLVED. Regards, Jimit Shah

            i have saving account in Gopiganj Branch of Bank of Baroda. I withdrew INR10000 from PNB ATM using my BOB ATM card but due to server problem transaction failed but my money is cut & system is showing that i got money but I actually never got money.I filed the complaint in Branch but they initially refused to file a complaint but after requesting so many time they wrote my complaint. After 3 month, I was given a video clip of ATM which was very unclear so we were not able to find what actually happened after transaction failed. Bank is not doing any further help in getting our money back.

                        I HAD "AN OBC" CHEQUE OF "RAJ BANK-JAMNAGAR" BECAUSE MY HOMEBRANCH IS IN SURAT ATHWALINES BRANCH (ISFC:- BARBOATHWAL). THEN I DEPOSITE IT ON 28/09/2014 IN GONDAL (DIST:-RAJKOT), BUT THEY DON'T CLEAR IT AND CALL ME TO TAKE AWAY THAT CHEQUE FROM THEIR BRANCH. THEY RETURN MY CHEQUE TO ME WITHOUT STAMPING "ALL CLEARING CANCELLATION STAMP" SO BOB OF SURAT DOESN'T ACCEPT IT . IN ADDITION TO IT BOB OF SURAT TOLD ME THAT THET CHEQUE CAN BE DEPOSITED IN ANY BRANCH AND I HAVE THEIR RECORDED MOBILE CONVERSATION WITH GONDAL BOB CLEARING SECTION ALSO. AFTER THAT WHEN I RETURNED TO GONDAL AND CONTACT THE BRANCH MANAGER (MR. A.K.SINHA), THEY GIVE ME VERY ROUGHLY ANSWER WITH "HIGH .ATTITUDE" THAT "OBC" CHEQUE CANNOT BE DEPOSITED IN ANY BRANCH EXCEPT HOME BRANCH. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN RECEIPT FOR IT THEN THEY MISS BEHAVED WITH ME AND TOLD SECURITY TO TOOK ME OUT.

                                  i am user of Bank of Baroda account no is[protected] and branch is Fatehgarh, Farrukhabad(u.p.) . i have visited my home branch many times for the checking of my account balance but any member was not ready to tell my account balance not even print my paasbook.When i have go to manager he replied that if you not satisfied with this bank then you should switch with another bank. now it is very embarrassing for me to continue with this bank with this response.

                                    Sir, My name is Rishi chhabra, I have account in Bank of Baroda in janakpuri, and my office at Dwarka sector-12, New Delhi, and the BANK OF BARODA, SECTOR-12 NEAR TO MY OFFICE, THAT IS WHY I GO THERE, when i go in the bank (SECTOR-12, DWARKA, NEW DELHI) for NEFT / RTGS in the bank, the staff of bank talk me very rudely, i am fed up, because once i had debated with bank employee in the Bank sector-12, Dwarka, new delhi, because he was not doing my work and talking me rudely and saying that, you have no account in our branch, and i said i have a account in your bank, he said you have account in the BANK OF BARODA, but the branch are not same, nothing happens if your account in same bank, branch should be the same, ONE DAY I HAVE TO UPDATE THE PASSBOOK, I WENT IN SECTOR 12 DWARKA BRANCH FOR UPDATING THE PASSBOOK, the same men was sitting there and he dilibertely teared my passbook and execuses that you have foled the passbook that is why this happend, i have the proof, i can show the passbook, he delibertely wrongly mentioned the account no and pulled the passbook very badly now they do not do my work, they make excuses all time, sometime they said, get the permission from the senior manager, sometimes they said server is not working they said go and complaint against me to the senior manager I have not seen any senior manager there as yet, because the room was always empty, where seniror manager sits they said i will not do your work do what you want to do
