Due to lockdown, i tried to pay my electricity bill online via phonepe app but for some reason transaction got failed and amount of rs.1823/- got deducted from my bank account. Phone has already initiated my refund of march 29, 2020 and expected it to get reflected to my bank account before 7the april but still my bank account did not credited with refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved No steps were taken even I complained them via emails.Today my amount got credited after 22 days of payment initiation, Slightly disappointed but atlast it got credited so I am quite happy.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
