I payed my order from amazon through my b. O. B rupay debit card, in first try it showed a text message that transaction is cancelled, so i used my card again and i succesfully paid, after 6 minutes the same amount got deducted from my account again. I called bank customer care service and they told me that in 5 working days you wil get your money back in your account, but that did not happened so i visited my bank of baroda branch and they told me that they can not do anything in this. I need my money back i need that money very urgently. Please help.

    Sir,
    I am a customer of bob since 2014, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.4366.00 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason.
    I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
    Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason from more than 6 month.

      Respected sir

      I Would like to inform you that since 29th Feb 2020 i am not getting any response from online complaint services as well from branch. My complaint was I had deposit the 8, 000 rupees in cash deposit machine and suddenly electricity was gone and machine was not able to count the money and also i did not received any receipt from cash deposit machine. I had chat with costumer care executive and he told me that, just wait for 24 hours your money will be credited, if not they call again about problem and complaint.I had complaint on 2-march-2020 and my complaint number DBFN[protected],

      I waited up to 9th march and next day i received massages from bank ( The complaint was resolved but it was not resolved because my money was not credited). Then again i called to costumer care regarding the same issue and they said go to the branch and give written complaint. After two to three days i received again message from bank and massages was that your problem has been resolved but it wasn't. Through that massage, there was link and i had open that link and checked the problem was not resolved and i called again to costumer care and talked to care executive for that he told me to wait up to 48 hrs. Then i waited up to 18 march at 12:46 after that i called again to costumer care and talked with floor supervisor and she wort my complaint and she said that, she will sand this complaint to higher authorities and still complaint was not resolved. Then again i called to costumer care on 21-march and talked to floor supervisor and i repeat the same story about my problem and they said they send the complaint to higher authorities. After the long time there was no solution and problem was not resolved so, i am requesting to consider this problem is very serious and try to resolve ASAP.

                I have transferred money in wrong bank account. On 20th march i transferred 5000 in bob bank account but two digits got interchanged. I am very sad and i really need this money back. This was my whole month salary. I have all the details with me but i do not know what to do. How can i contact the person where this amount has reached. I am really helpless

                  I have account with number [protected] and i have updated my passbook on 21st march 2020 after 9th august 2019 and i found some suspicious transactions on my account with title pgdr paytm and there were lots of transactions from[protected] to[protected] with total sum of rs 71525 deducted from account using these transactions. I haven't received any message of these transactions on my registered mobile number. I was unaware of these transactions and i haven't used my account on paytm so how it is possible that these transactions happened and sum of rs 71525 is lost. When i talked to branch manager mr. Gaurav dogra he didn't cooperate on this issue and he asked me to leave the bank and said do whatever you want to do. We didn't have time to see these things. He was not considering that i haven't done these transactions and these are fraud transactions. Even one officer also said aise to roz ate h hmare tmne khud kharch kia hga ye paisa. I was shocked to see this attitude. As i have lost my money from one of the most secure place govt. Bank bob account and these people are not interested to cooperate and making fun of me. I urge bank of baroda higher officials and cyber crime team to look into this issue and help me getting back my lost amount. I doubt that bob has hand in this as i have not used my account much i rarely deposit or withdraw money from this account.

                    I ordered a phone from amazon nd due to some reason i cancelled it and amazon initiated the money on 4th march with refund reference number # 6uhqsti50000k6rkmjo9. But till now it will not credited in my account. The time period of refunding money from amazon is 3-5 working days. But bank told me that it's refunding time period is 14 working days so now it left but my money is not credited in my account. And now bank want to take more time. I talked to customer service but they said me they take more time. My amount is large for me so please take action

                      A refund has been made by amazon on 7th of march regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet.                                     Dear sir,

                                    This is to inform bank of baroda and dena bank that i have been trying to ask of physical pin generation for the cards of bank of baroda in respect of saving account numbers of dena bank.. This has been going on since past 30 days.. But i hv not received any physical pins so far..

                                    As i am settled in dubai the atm pins cant be generated here in dubai for international debit cards of bank of baroda.

                                    When i contacted the bank manager of dena bank in bhandup west he is hardly aware of the things.. Its your duty to rectify these technical issues to facilitate the working of debit cards smoothly.. I cant physically just go to the bank for every problem as i am settled in dubai..

                                    Please rectify this problem as fast as possible abd i can get the physical pins for my cards.

                                    Please revert on this major problem.. Regret to inform that if these things keep continuing i will have to change my entire accounts from dena bank.

                                    This is also emailed with continous calls with the bank and nobody bothers to pick up as usual..

                                    Please rectify this problem immediately.. I am attaching the apllications for my account nos and debit catds numbets for all 3 accounts.
