Refund of rs. 692/- has been made by amazon on 31st march 2019 regarding a product
"the reference number of the refund is ref - 74332749091909034638260.
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response
Is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir ...on 24 March I m sending money to my friend ...but ...not received by him ...and that money not even in my account ... I raise dispute but then also...i don't get any call or any help for anybody ... I want my money in my account ...
I was booking a ticket on IRCTC app but the transaction got failed and money also deducted from my BOB card.
I complained about this to IRCTC care and they confirmed that the money is refunded from their side.
Kindly do something about this matter.

    I transfer Rs.15000/- to the beneficiary of bank of India as on 01apr 2019 at 2316 hrs. UPI Ref no.[protected] but it's not credited to the beneficiary's account & my account will debited by 15000/- So kindly credited this amount to my account as soon as possible. Thank you

      I am having a PPF Account No. 2738PPF533 in Bank of Baroda, Bhulka Bhawan Branch, Surat. I requested for change of above account to Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi Branch. One month has passed but Surat Branch is not responding to my request. I also sent one email to them. But still no reply.

        I have paid rs 126 on phonepe upi account [protected]@ybl via message from the requester

        Swiggy order number is #[protected] but order is cancelled but money of rs126 is cut

        Two times i have made payments of rs126 but first time order is cancelled. So, i did my payment again second time by bob card but money is deducted twice

        I have contacted both phonepe and bob customer service

              Refund of rupees 242 and 19 was processed by flipkart on 22nd march but yet it's not transferred to my account. I complained to flipkart but they said refund paid from them you confirm from your bank.

              They send me refund update:. We would like to confirm that the refund of rs.19/- and rs.242/- was initiated by the seller to your bobaroda debit card on 22 mar 19 and it should have been credited by now.

                Respected sir, . My online refund of rs 2345 it's credited IRCTC 03 april 2019 they give me reference no of transaction provide by BOB all details bellow. Maximum Timeline reflect this amount is over but its not credited my bank account sir, I am call BOB customer care but they don't know how to check .how check my refund status? Pls guide me

                    I placed an order on amazon.in on 31st of march of rs 4875 using upi but then i cancelled my order. According to amazon they initiated payment on the same day they also gave me refund reference number that is - refund reference #[protected]. I also tried visiting bank but they denied that they got payment. Again i contacted amazon they suggested me to contact bank again it is almost 9 days now what im supposed to do

                        It is to brought to your notice that an amount of Rs.3759/- initiated by amazon on dt. 31.03.2019.
                        I am Having authorization code (Reference number) - 74332749091909035602000 and Transaction Id 4SJ2A0HKOYC has not been transferred to my saving account no. [protected] till date whereas the mail i received from amazon clearly mentioned that i will receive the amount by 31.03.2019.
                        A screenshot of the same has also been attached with this mail.
                        I contacted amazon regarding this matter and they sent me a mail clearly mentioning to file a 'file transaction dispute as 'return never processed'.
                        I am attaching a screenshot of the same also for your reference. So, kindly do the needful at the earliest so that the amount will be transferred in my account at the earliest without any further inconvenience to me.

                          Not able to understand why my atm card gets blocked when kyc was up dated after three visits to bank at sector 62 noida up it is high to mention that i have submit kyc three times and card was activated for only two days it stands blocked now i want to know else i have to do for running the card and how many times i have to visit the bank my acctt no.[protected]

                              I am extremely disappointed with bank of baroda services i had informed to customer care employees so many times but no one would help me out.                                   I am an old customer with bob and i am very disappointed and insecure with the kind of service given.

                                  Without my request or any intimation, a debit card was dispatched to my old address. Luckily, the owner contacted me and informed me that he received my debit card and he discarded it as he was not sure who it belonged to until he spoke to the landlord and realized i use to live there.
                                  I don't understand even after getting my registered address changed, how come it was dispatched to that address.

                                  Soon after this incident i called customer care and reported this incident but i was asked to get in touch with the home branch as they couldn't do anything about this. When i visited the branch and informed this to them, they started arguing with me that this is not possible. Finally, they asked me to fill up a form to request a new debit card. I did the same but it is been almost 2 months and i haven't got my debit card yet.

                                  Now, i have a few questions that needs to be answered:
                                  1. How come a debit card was dispatched to an old address?
                                  2. Why the person delivering the debit card handed it over to someone without confirming that person's identity?
                                  3. Why was my address not updated with your so-called debit card department as branch confirmed that my address has been changed with the branch?
                                  4. Why even after requesting again it has not been delivered yet?

                                  I don't know if someone will answer these questions or read this entire story but i want to let you know that i am very insecure to deal with bob. I am going to take it on social media to make everyone aware of kind of pathetic service bob offers.

                                    I bought 3 products from amazon and flipkart on 13 march and 18 march. Pricing rupees 2130, 400, 2599. And got refunded too soon on time but still bank did not transferred them into my account.. I m raising dispute to free my stucked money n reflect into my account. As bank employees excuses that its not cheque work that they r responsible for or could help me in for n thats very irresponsible n non professional response..
