Dear sir,
We have a problem. We are doing business with your suki bank of baroda bank for more than 5 year and during this past time, we didn’t have any complaint or problem with the services that you provide and how your employee provide them but we are very sorry to inform you that last week when we visited your bank for cashing some checks, your desk clerk (Basanti mondal), manager () and stuff (Abhijit dey) and a person manoj ghosh was very rude to me.
When we have visit the bank this stuff miss - beahabear with every customer not work properly. They sit down free hand on the chair, smoke inside the bank or eating tobacco and bank was open 4pm but they have closed 2.30pm and do not work customer. The stuff name of abhijit dey, and manoj ghosh they will not work properly and another stuff work properly but they not give them work properly.
We have not happy in this stuff so please transfer the 3 person (Bank manager, stuff abhijit dey, and clerk basanti mondal and manoj ghosh). Please sir do a hard action or step otherwise we have decided that we are leaving in this bank or closing the account because abhijit dey and manoj ghosh was give us heavy pressure if he know in this letter or matter.
We honestly don’t know if iwe have somehow done something wrong or if they was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat clients and customers and we strongly protest it. We hope you will take notice of this misfortune and transfer them other bank. We need another stuff in bank.
We hope you will take care of this matter and we won’t have to face the same problem again or we will consider our other options including leaving the bank and closing our accounts.

    Refund of rs. 11690/- has been made by amazon on 27th of march 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
    "the reference number of the refund is ref - 75503729087028176170095.
    But, the refund has not been received yet.
    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      I was booking a ticket on IRCTC app but the transaction got failed and the amount of 340.98 INR also deducted from my BOB card.I waited for 7-10 working days if the refund credited to my account but nothing done.
      After that i complained about this to IRCTC care and they take about a week and confirmed that the money is refunded from their side.
      They also provide me the details of RRN no. related to that transaction which I'm attaching with this complaint.
      Kindly do something about this matter.

          A refund of rs799 had been made by amazon on 30/01/2019 with refund reference number#[protected] agains canceling an order which i had ordered through the amazon.in but the refund has not been received yet in my bank of baroda account number [protected]. I used upi's vpa - [protected]@barodampay to make the payment.
          I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

            I have done two transactions with the paypal through bob debit card i have cancelled due to some reason the refund is already been initiated by the seller and it has been already 15 days but not received the refund of it please try to look forward to it.

            I transferred amount Rs.18000 to Indian bank[protected] from my bob account ([protected]) on 01-April-2019 at 12.20pm using IMPS. But that transaction is failed due to technical error (IMPS Ref No:[protected]. i am not yet refund the amount. A copy of screen shot is attached for your kind reference.

            ATM at shere punjab is a useless machine. Buttons r spoilt n not working at all or v slow.no ac or ventilation is there.feel v suffocated n struggling with the buttons.no security guard at all throughout the day.

              Amazon had initiated my refund on 27 march 2019 and amount should be credited to my account by 02 april 2019 but till i have not recieved my refund amount. And today when i asked for file dispute form in bank they directly said we are not having any form. They treated very worstly bank.                 I ordered an item from amazon on 9th march 2019. Due to some reason, i had to return it and amazon issued a refund against it on 19th march 2019.
                On contacting bank of baroda customer care, they asked me to wait for 14 days for the amount to reflect in my account.
                After 15 days i contacted the customer care again to know the refund status. I provided them with the refund reference number issued by the bank (Given to me from amazon) is with me but the bank denies any such amount.

Once i get my money back I will definitely close my account with Bank of Baroda. Please help me.

                                I am venkatesh i have a savings account with bank of baroda bank i transferred rs.2400 to bank of baroda from my axis. But i got credited only 1839 remains 560.70 not came in that they mentioned lien amount. I am not informed anything about lien amount 560.70 and this is very huge amount for people like me.                                   सेवा में, . श्री मान बेंक अधिकारी महोदय सुनेल (झालावाड़) विषय - बैंक खाते से गलत लेनदेन महोदय, . विनम्र निवेधन है की बैंक खाता संख्या [protected] दिनांक - 31/12/2018 को हमारे खाते से अनादिकरत व्यवहार किया गया है हम फिनो पेमेंट्स मिनी बैंक से गरीब और मजदूर लोगो के पैसे निकालते है गरीब लोगो को सहायत पहुचाते है पैसे निकालने की वजह से हमारे खाते में TRANSACTION ज्यादा हो जाते है और STATAMENT ज्यादा हो जाते है TRANSACTION ज्यादा होने की दशा में जो चार्ज बनता है वही काटा जाये ! STATAMENT में upi / IMPS/NEFT/AEPS का चार्ज भी जोड़ा गया है जो की बिलकुल मुफ्त है LFCEV चार्ज के अंतर्गत DEBIT कार्ड के माध्यम से 50 से अधिक बार पैसे निकालने पे कुछ चार्ज ही कटता है LFCEV CHARGE में ATM CARD से 50 TRANSACTION फ्री होते है और LFCEV CHARGE 50 TRANSACTION से ज्यादा पे लागु होता है हम आपके गलत व्यवहार से बिलकुल भी संतुष्ट नही है ज्यादा पैसे काटकर हमें खाता बंद करने पर मजबूर नही करे अन्यथा मजबूरन हमे बैंक ऑफ बरोदा से खाता बंद करवाकर दूसरी बैंक में खुलवाना पड़ेगा ! दिनांक 31/12/[protected] और 3298 ) = 4868 /- रूपये कटे गए है और दिनांक – 28/03/2019 को (1212 और 10292 ) = 11, 504 रूपये दोनों तारीखों पर हमारे गलत पैसे कटे है महोदय से निवेधन है की हमारे पैसे 4868 + 11, 292 = 16372 रूपये हमे वापस खाते में प्रधान करने का कष्ट करे ! और हमने बैंक की शिकायत NATIONAL CUSUMER CARE[protected] पे की है जिसका complain number – 1233091 है . . प्रार्थी – राहुल राठौर .. खाता संख्या -[protected] . ब्रांच – सुनेल जिला -झालावाड़ राज-राजस्थान . मोबाइल - [protected]

                                      I have applied for credit card which is approved and dispatched normally but due to some modification in address, it was returned back to h. O. But it tooks 1 month for updation (Beside they told it will took only 5-6 days). Now after 1 month when it re-dispatched again they made name error due to which courier company refused to deliver to me.

                                      Now again they will take more 1 month to re-dispatch.
                                      I recomend never apply credit card with bank of baroda. Worst service everseen.

                                        A refund amount 588 has been made by amazon on 18th of march 2019 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
