I am holder of bank of india and regular customer of you. Please that complain hence to be recorded with a mazor disputed on my account balance record dated on[protected] my account balance has recorded 1, 25, 757.89 rs on my bank pass book and till[protected] recorded 86, 391, 15rs
But the statement has been given by bank to me date on april 2018. I had enclose both statment and bank pass book entry please see and correct it.

    I am sahajaddin molla. I have a bank of account number-[protected]. I am withdrawal money from sbi mini atm 10000 rupee, on 19 april. But 10000 rupee debited my account, though transaction was failed and money was not withdrawal. The transaction id is [protected]. My contact number is [protected]. So please enquire and refund the amount as soon as possible.

    I added Rs 750 to my paytm from my debit card but i didnt get the amount to my paytm and the amount has been deducted from my a/c the date was 20.04.2018 i complained about it the complain refrence no.POS[protected] but didnt get any progress

      Excess gst/bank charges rs.6600/- charged in place 3000 /- appoximate as agreed by bank manager majith mandi amritsar against bank grantee made on dated 27.12.17 it should be around 3000 as charged by my other friend.
      We have discuss the matter with manager and he have reversed rs.1600 but matter is pending to reverse balance charges

      It should be reversed in my account no [protected] boi majith mandi, amritsar

        Gouri Kant Jha, am a customer of BOI/ PATNA main branch of a/c no. [protected].           Subject: no facility available at the airport lounge despite of being charged an extra fee of approximately inr 1700 (Annually) while issuing the international credit card.

          Dear sir,

          This is with reference to my international credit card # [protected], which was issued to me by charging a heavy annual fee of approximately inr 1700.

          As a part of benefits, i was told that i can use this card internationally at any airport and there would be a lounge facility that would be available for this card.

          I was at netaji subhash chandra bose airport (Kolkata) on april 21, 2018 where i decided to finally avail the benefits of the card. I am very disappointed with the experience that i've had, where in i was explicitly told by the staff, that this card is not eligible for a lounge facility.

          The staff clearly mentioned that there is no such facility available on cards like these and i clearly felt humiliated because of the benefits that i wanted to use as a part of the card facility mentioned by boi.

          I'd also like to inform you that this action makes me feel cheated and i don't wish to continue with this card and services whatsoever. Kindly refund the amount that i have paid for getting this card issued and cancel this card for me.

          I hope to receive a revert and a quick action being taken for my request.

              My father ram gehani a pensioner expired on 7/3/18 at the age of 92. He served the customs dept till superannuation. He was drawing pension from bank of india s. V. Road. Andheri west mumbai 400058. Sb account no [protected].

              After his death i submitted the letter and death certificate to the bank for discontinuing the pension immediately. I visited the branch twice i. E on 4th april and on 19th april but without any results.

                  I was doing an online imps transaction and its information are :

                  The problem is that the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was not goes to beneficial account.
                  I also contact that beneficial axis bank but there is no amount showing.

                  Sir almost 24 hours has passed since this incident and i haven't got the refund yet. So, i will be very grateful

                      I had transfered 500rs from my paytm wallet to my account of bank of india but money deducted and not transfered to my bank account. i had conversation with paytm executive, they told me that we had transferred your money please visit your bank branch or file a complaint to your bank.
                      But the customer executive didnot attend my call. mdrchod 4times maine 30min wait kiya ki abto customer care wale call uthayege. par nhi... mdrchod hogye hai ye bank wale

                        I had transferred my account [protected] from gomia to bokaro thermal. And also i had applied for a atm card, and after my card has issued and after 2 months they still says for wait sometime, so please take some action towards this bank regarding my bank account. After i transferred my account, i applied for debit card and there after 1 months they says please do kyc, do i done and again i wait for 2 months but still they are not providing my atm card.                           I have submitted a project loan file from KVIC-BOKARO-JD, DLTFC approved my loan of 10 lacs for tailoring & preparation of readymade garments then DLTFC approved & send my file to my bank branch BOI Kathara &after one month the sanction was rejected & returned to DLTFC, Please help me for regarding registering my complain against bank manager. But 6/12/17 they debited loan record for [protected] @rs. 369 first than on 29/01/2018 they debited rs.1000 and right now on 14/04/2018 they debited from my car loan account rs. -6620 as trf and on 15/04/2018 rs.1004 which is my saving they debited it also as a trf amount. Please return my all amount

                              Fraudulent transaction from savings account and not yet received from bank of india.
                              On 11th february 2018 25, 000 rupees was withdrawn from my savings account through atm card clone. I have given written complain to the bank (Bangli naka branch, vasai west) already submitted all the required evidences and its been a 2 months i have not received the amount yet.

                              Dear Sir this is about Bahadurgarh haryana branch their is only 2 staff person available at branch on today 18 april without manegar, I don't understand how they are operating this branch and their are cash deposite form is available in English and Punjabi only

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I had booked ticket on irctc via debit card on jan 15th 2018 the amount was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. The transaction id for the debited amount is [protected]. The entry printed on passbook is medr/irctc /324788/
                                  It had been more than two months. No refund was initiated. The manager of the bank is also not cooperating...
                                  Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  The debited amount is Rs 3927.44
                                  pls pls help me same thing happened with me i have done transaction with amazon on 27 oct 2017 they have refunded money of rs 750 and they have provided the transaction number to 75260827300016037237787 i have called 100 times to bank after waiting for 1 hour they disconnect the call pls help me when i m going to bank they are saying they doesnt know how to lodge complaint i have lost all the hopes pls help if anybody can or provide me the mail id of boi
                                  It happened to me many times. But now i want my money back.

                                    I visited paud road branch, pune, of your bank with request to transfer my fixed deposit account from city (Belbag) branch to aud road branch. Branch manager suryakant ukarnde refused to accept my request and asked me to go to the city branch.in other bank branches of other banks such facility is provided. With great persuasion he agreed to help by taking an application from me.
                                    I say that if paud road branch pune is located in my colony where i reside bank of india must render me help by transferring my fixed deposit account from city branch to paud road branch, when i am requesting branch manager of paud road branch. Refusal to do this disgusting and speaks of clerical approach of the bank.

                                      My account is in frozen state since 1st april 2018. I have funds in it, the same i can see through net banking but i can't use it. Everytime i try to make a transaction, a message is displayed to me saying, insufficient funds.
                                      Neither can i use the debit card nor can i transfer the funds through net banking.

                                      I would like to know, why cannot i access my own account. Why can't i pay my bills through my own money.
                                      I have written a complaint to the bank manager. I have written a grievance in the system. No response till date.

                                        I took agricultural loan from bank of india katakkada branch, trivandrum, kerala on 19/5/2016 (Jayasree r. Account number: [protected]) for rs. 70, 000 by giving gold as guarantee. I withdrew the gold on 3/5/2017 by remitting rs. 74, 698 (7% interest). At that time they said after taking 4% interest (Entrusted for agricultural loan) excess amount will be credited to my account after 6 months or before 31/3/2018. But the amount has not...
