I am an ex - employee of bank of india and a senior citizen i had been enjoying the special rate of interest until 03.4.18. When the bank refused to offer me the legitimate rate of interest. Later i approached my pension ac. Branch bhupendra bose avenue branch in kolkata who tried to open a term deposit ac
But unable to award me my legitimate interest rate.
I request for proper judgement as i might not be deprived of my legitimate...

I m a account holder in your bank with cc limit. Your branch is giving worst service to their customers, and due to this many account holders have transfered theri account to other banks. I m also planning to do so... They have bounced my many cheques and whenever i asked reason, they replied me that its not our fault its from upper level... Means they...

My registered mail id was wrongly updated by bank in my account. Now when i am trying to change it online via internet banking service i am not allowed to do so. An error message displays saying please contact your branch. After that i tried calling your customer care number several times but before call being transferred to your executive it gets disconnected with a thank you for calling boi message. I need to update my registered mail id...

My money has not come back yet.

Main bahut problem mein hu,
Please mere paise refund kar dijiye,

Bank wale bhi mana kar rahe he,
Bank wale keh rahe he ki paise ab refund nahi hoge,
Mene bank mein bhi 4-5 baar complaint kar di he lekin wo kuch nahi kar rahe he.

On 01/05/18 at 09:06:48 time i used my atm card xxxx xxxx xxxx 4793 at chaurasia trading, deoria, u. P. With tid :- up049196 for amount rs. 2, 000/- (Two thousand only.). But the transaction was failed and the amount was debited from my account. Till 06/05/18 i didn't get the refund amount....
