Irctc says amount has been refunded on dated 06/04/2018,

Order no [protected],
Booking ref no-[protected]
Refund amount-1045/-
Contact your card issuing bank.
But bank not interested my problem & not talk to me.
So i request to you please look at the matter.

    I was withdrawal an amount of rs.10, 000/- on dtd.07.01.2018 through canara bank atm (Atm id[protected]. I've not received the cash through atm but amount was debited account & not yet refunded.

      I would like to draw your attention toward the problem of no sitting arrangements in bank of india branch bakhtawar pur delhi-110036. Customers face inconvenient in the branch.. There are no facility of sitting and drinking water...in this situation senior citizens feel uncomfortable.
      Please look into the matter seriously and i hope you will do best for this requirements for the customers...

        No refund for failed transaction since 10 days, made a complaint on phone to them and through there site still no response

        Their customer no cannot be connected tried for 2 days & waited for more than 10 hrs combined

        Very frustrated

            I am an ex - employee of bank of india and a senior citizen i had been enjoying the special rate of interest until 03.4.18. When the bank refused to offer me the legitimate rate of interest. Later i approached my pension ac. Branch bhupendra bose avenue branch in kolkata who tried to open a term deposit ac
            But unable to award me my legitimate interest rate.
            I request for proper judgement as i might not be deprived of my legitimate right

              Sir, i propriter of m/s mamta genral stores bilaspur c. G
              I m a account holder in your bank with cc limit. Your branch is giving worst service to their customers, and due to this many account holders have transfered theri account to other banks. I m also planning to do so... They have bounced my many cheques and whenever i asked reason, they replied me that its not our fault its from upper level... Means they dont even bother to verify and dont keep any power to satisfy us. My account [protected] showed me 201149/- on[protected] and today cheque of 200000/- have been bounced. They gave me reason as... Intrest has been debited so sir your branch was debiting intrest on 26-27 of every month and without information you have debited intrest and sir now who will be responsible for cheque bouncing and the goodwill i have lost. I m very disappointed with your bank and within 8-10 days i m going to transfer my account to other bank. And if your are responsible person and you know your duties so sir please give me proper answer for this bounced chequed. Or talk to me regarding more complains of your branch. I will show you the real face of bank of india

                My registered mail id was wrongly updated by bank in my account. Now when i am trying to change it online via internet banking service i am not allowed to do so. An error message displays saying please contact your branch. After that i tried calling your customer care number several times but before call being transferred to your executive it gets disconnected with a thank you for calling boi message. I need to update my registered mail id urgently. Please do the needful to resolve my issue before i escalate it to higher authorities \ nodal officer \ banking ombudsmen.

                      I m complaining about 1 transaction which i have done ON 21-March by bank of india ATM because of problem of ATM machine my amount was debited from my ac i m costumer vijiya bank i m done so many mail to my bank also and BOI bank also, BOI said that transaction is successful after asked about cctv footage but there is no reply for that ...i didn't received my cash till today i m waiting for the refund...there is no one can help me to get my amount back ...please help me out from this problem ..

                                    An esteemed online marketing place has refunded my money on 12.04.18 but the amount didn't reflect in my account till now. I have filled all the complaint form in the bank of india branch (As well as in their online portal) 12 days back but all are in vain. The reference number is 74332748103810278313669.

                                    A confirmation mail sent by amazon is as follows:
                                    This is to confirm that refund for amount 7565.99 has been successfully processed on 12-apr-18 and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                                    Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

                                    Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.                                       मेरा नाम पारस मणि s/o मुन्नी लाल मेरा अकाउंट नंबर [protected] जिसका ifsc कोड bkid0007032 है जिसके कार्ड नंबर [protected] से कल दिनांक 10/05/2018 को भीम ऐप्स के माध्यम से union bank of india के अपने ही दूसरे अकाउंट में जिसका अकाउंट नंबर [protected] व ifsc code - ubin0532061मे ₹1000 ट्रांसफर कर रहा था और ट्रांजैक्शन फेल हो गया और मेरे अकाउंट से ₹1000 कट गए एक बार तो ऐसा हुआ की ट्रांजैक्शन फेल होने पर मेरे ही अकाउंट में मेरे ₹1000 क्रेडिट कर दिए गए लेकिन ट्रांजैक्शन फेल हुआ था जिसके लिए मैंने फिर से भीम ऐप्स से फिर से ट्रांसफर किया लेकिन फिर ट्रांजैक्शन फेल हो गया और मेरे अकाउंट से ₹1000 कट गए फिर ना तो ट्रांजैक्शन सक्सेस हुआ और ना ही मेरे अकाउंट में मेरे पैसे क्रेडिट हुए। जिसका ट्रांजैक्शन रेफरल id no.[protected] है। अब transaction status me deemed transaction दिखा रहा है।

                                        Dear sir in my branch eka, dist. Firozabad. They do not scan my singnature with my school account [protected]. I submit her form in january 2018. But 4 month after eka branch dist. Firozabad, uttar predesh. They not change condidate name and not scan my singnature with my school account. And not clear my cheque. Sir please solve this problem kindly. Thanks.
