I have received msg from boi, that is

Boi - rs 47.79 debited (Trf) in your ac xx7470 on[protected]. Avl bal 466.98 pls link aadhaar to a/c, if not linked.

Another msg today
Boi - rs 17.70 debited (Trf) in your ac xx7470 on[protected]. Avl bal 514.77 pls link aadhaar to a/c, if not linked.

Why this deduction is done, although i am managing balance ₹500.00
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Every time facing problem regarding start token, net banking, online transaction etc., & BIO branch not able to solve the problem even with in a month after strong follow up with branch.
Bank me se 1000 rupey nikal liye bank me koi sun nhi rha or bank waale bol rhe he ab nhi milenge jisne nikale h usse baat Karoo. [protected] .

    I am having term deposit with bank of india b r s nagar ludhiana branch under auto renrewal. Matured on 11.01.2018 and 12.01.2018.
    On 22.01.2018 i got fdrs closed to get the benefits of senior citizen intt.

    Intt for the period 11.01.2018 to 22.01.2018 has not been paid to me.
    I have sent letter dt. 24.01.2018 and reminder 06.02.2018 under copy to zonal manager, ludhiana, but till date i have not received interest/resposne. I have also spoken on phone to the branch manager twice.
    I request to look into the matter and advise the branch.

    I have salary account with bank of india sandor vasai ..
    Some one withdrew rs. 25000/ from my account on 11.02.2018. I have lodged the complaint with police station as well as with the said branch. There is no communication yet when they are settling the account.

      18 numbers of negotiable instruments were deposited in boi for rs.362912 deposited on various dates but no credit has been given. Despite online complaints[protected] and 1-[protected]
      in addition to various visits the credit has not been given for last 7 years.

        Dear sir,

        We are customer of your bank vide account number with the branch ramchandra nagar indore, we exported our first shipment of chemicals to italy with invoice no for which the shipping bill number dt 30.09.2017.

        As asked by the bank of india export branch of palasia indore, we had already submitted all the documents required for bank realisation certificate in january. But we are still not able to get our brc even after regular follow ups with the bank palasia branch past three months.

        We have contacted your officer in the branch mr neeraj regarding this as he uploaded our brc and he has also forwarded the complaint to your customer care department (Sd1572672). But the customer care department is not responding even after repetitive follow up with them. We are in need of e brc as early as possible.

        Sir we request you to please resolve my issue and help me get the brc as early as possible.

        I am an iit graduate and it was my first export with your bank but it has been very disappointing as i am not receiving any support and help from the bank. The bank officials in the branch are only catering to the big customers and sometimes even after waiting for long they asked me to come back later as they were busy with other customers.

        Please do the needful and oblige.

        I have account holder of bank of india, vasna, ahmedabad, gujrat branch.. i have saving account and use paytm wallet.. sine 2 years. but in march month i not add money in my wallet.. failed.. display.. in other bank card i easily done add money.. so what reason. i done my kyc and also link aadhar card properly. pl. solved urgently.
        I m 70 years old and suffering with heart disease.i was need of money for medical treatment.and I affected by paralysis without money. But manager denied withdrawal of money without cheque.
        I also said for rtgs for other bank.
        But he didn't help me.
        So please punish him.
        People in bank dont understand what does itmean by Star Token Login ?

        They tell me account is active...Worst services I have seen in my Life !

          Boi-rs.60 debited (Trf) in your account xx2567... But why the hell you people deducted my money... I am student, i cant afford such deductions from my saving account... Previously also such trf deductions take place... I want my money back... Otherwise i am going to close my account with boi & i will also tell my collegues to do the same... Its my money..

              With due respect, i would like to apprise your honorable self that i have a loan from your esteem bank bearing loan number [protected]. I had a very big financial constraints for last few years with some unavoidable circumstances. Which i have mentioned to your esteem branch office earlier at guwahati assam india.

              My intention of clearings my dues are clear i hope that can be understood by my payment structure.

              But your esteem officers have started theathening me as well as blackmailing me if i don't pay 6lacs by today then it will taken under possession whereas my overdue is approximately 2lacs..in recent times i provided 2.5 lacs to your bank. My intentions are clear that i am willing to pay back your loan.

              This is totally done by the manager on personal grudge but i don't know why he is doing this.? What wrong i did to him...?
              Or to capitalised on the financial year end?
              Your respected manager said that he won't let my plot me mine. It will be taken away by any means..

              Your respected people have started using the identity of honorable district magistrate too for possession which is not at all legitimate to bring in the identity of a government official to forcefully occupy my plot.

              So they started working in that way.

              Bank is basically to help people not to harassed or take advantage of any ones financial constraints.

              But your esteem organization taking full advantage of it in guwahati by sending a third party to my plot for taking possession and awaring my neighbors about it. Who gave your bank the right to disrespect my image in front of my neighbors.?

              This is how your bank operates at guwahati assam india.

              I request your honorable self to kindly looked into the matter with genuinity not with your target fulfilling schemes...

              In fact from january 2018 till march 2018, i have been able to repay 3.5 lacs to the esteem bank under my financial constraints still your officials are blackmailing me and theathening me with consequences.

                I have transferred money from my boi account to idfc account in evening about 7 pm. My account number is [protected]. Amount was 4000 but its not transferred yet what is the issue plz transfer the money customer care of bank of india dosen't pick up the phone when they picked they even not talked nicely and hung up my phone i am calling since half an hour they are not picking the call

                  trf debited without any reason

                  26 march 8:22 am my phone got a message from boi was to telling me 17.70 rs debited (Trf) from my a/c. 30 march friday 7:15 pm it occured again as (Trf) 120.00 debited my a/c very pathetic to know peoples money is has no guard.ac no. [protected]. Please resolve it asap. I called customer number numerous times but always hung up by them and got nothing to solved. Help me......

                  Bank of india customer care number bogus, vahiat. 1 hour tak ring bajti hai koi answer nahi deta. Customer ko faltu samajte hai.. 1 month se mera paytm wallet me add money nahi ho raha hai.. Meri branch vasna, ahmedabad, gujrat hai.. Kit ni bar complaint ki. Lekin koi solution nahi. Paytm wallo ne kaha bank of india me se sabse jyada complaiont aati hari.. Bank ka problem hai.. Bank kuch karti hi nahi..

                    I was doing an online transaction and its information are :

                    The problem is that the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful. I was booking a flight ticket as ticket booking got cancelled but the money was deducted. It happened twice and money got deducted both of the time.

                    Sir i also filled your refund form since this incident and i haven't got the refund yet. So, i will be very grateful of you if you look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      While withdrawing 1000 you are deducting 300.
                      While swiping 100 you are deducting 800.
                      What the hell are you doing? # you.
                      Return my 1100 as soon as possible you #.
                      If you continue to do like this then no body will open an account in boi.
                      Earlier you are not doing this why now?
                      Am savings for a purpose damned.
                      What is trf? Always i get message that trf has been done.
                      In this way how can i trust on u?

                        I'd like to inform you that i feel this bank is safer and more secure than any other bank. But as compare in this month there are several times my balance deducted in my account. And this time i got a cheque from a consultancy agency so i fill this bank will clear the cheque soon but they failed and my account has been debited is rupees of 295. I don't know why?

                            Going cashless, and u deduct trf for simple purchase from bakery. Are u kidding. U take this for granted. Next time i get such deduction i am going to take serious action. I know u are protected by many bureaucratic protocols which i myself signed to. Its not about the amount, its how u play 2 faces.
                            I am a student and can not afford such deductions. Its hard earned money from part time jobs. Show some decency.

                              I run a software company. I purchased a software teamviewer from germany. This software is used for giving support to our clients. The payment has to be done in euro. When i contacted the main branch, as suggested by my home branch, they are telling to have a import export license. I purchase a software once in a year, why there is need of this license. I also purchased this software in jan.2016, but at that time there was no need of this license.

                                  Sir, i had availed siteloan under star home loan tl of rs 5, 99, 000/- in march 2006. I had promptly paid till today all the instmt without any fault. I've paid rs 1203092/ till today and went for closure, but mgr refused to close the loan saying commrcl roi is to be charged. Now after 12 yrs they are informing us. It is a burden for us to pay the extra comm roi and why we were not given any information regarding this, we would have made effort to close earlier. Actually the bank is charging 12.7% presently. Your roi on loan for comm property is 11.95%. So i request yourselves to solve our problem and allow to close the loan. We could not construct the house as the area is underdeveloped and no basic amenties were there. My contact no [protected]

                                    Two months back i have requested for unblock my startoken, its very strange its remain same. I cant come to bank bcoz i`m reside at other place.

                                    Kindly suggest me alternative to unblock my startoken account.

                                      Pathetic customer helpline no service. Every time i call i almost need to be online waiting for custoner care atleast for 20 min and after that the call get disconnected automatically.

                                      I requested for cheque book, its almost 8 days no updates, no information, nothing.

                                      If they dont want to provide services how people will come to you.

                                      Better you shut down the bank.

                                      Really disappointed.
                                      Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
