I HAD a account with Bank Of India - [protected]. I had given a cheque numbered '239077' to NEELKANTH INFRATECH of Rs 3500000 on 06-August-2022. It came for clearance on 09-August-2022 but was returned due to reason - 'Advice not received'. I then paid the bearer the same amount through RTGS and the transaction was closed. Now all of a sudden I see an attempt for the clearance of the same cheque again on 19-August-2022....

Kindly note that I am not happy with your bank in terms of the service provided. Already for opening of the account it took more than 3 months now again for debit card it is taking quite a lot. In this case I find really difficult to reach the bank every now and then for my transaction. Please do the needful as soon as possible...

I have tried to withdraw a money rs5500/- with my Andhra bank debit card (union Bank of India ) in bank of India ATM, Amount was debited from my bank account but Amount not dispensed out, i have given written complaint on 08.08.2022 in bank, still i didn't got any credit so please help me on this 5500 is my family maintenance purpose...

I am a account holder in bank of india. On 17.08.2022 i tried to transfer Rs.15800/- to another account through IMPS Using bank of india mobile app. When i try to pay, the transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my account and did not reverted to my account even after 48 hours is completed. I have created a NPS tier-1 account with Bank of India as a POP. I have received a PRAN after NPS registration but it is in freeze state due to kyc verification pending at bank. I have raised this issue one month back with the bank officials but there is no concrete action taken by them and still my Tier 1 account is in freeze status. I have filed an applicaton on dated 02/06/2022 with copy of 26as and income certificate that the branch has deducted tds of rs 12696.00 on interest income but on the other hand in my 26as, its reflect only rs. 6233.00. I am going to BOI branch In Dugri for more than 3 4 times .. each with a gap of about 5 days. And everytime I go to Open my bank account, the employer says that "the sir is not there, his signatures are important for your account open" evwry time she says that he "will come after 4 5 days" this is going for weeks now. But that employee never comes? Is she making an excuse? Does she not want to open my bank savings account?? Why is this seeming...

Everytime unnecessary charges are being deducted .sometime atm charges,
sms charges, mandate charges, below 500 then money deducted
what are all these ?
as it is student saving account and zero balance account so why are all these charges are being deducted?...

My father got scammed by one of the person claiming to be a courier executive. He kept on asking for debit card or credit card details and when my father said he dont have any card. He said okay after sometime he got message that paytm money has been deducted of rs 17170 and transferred to Bank of India acc no. [protected]. Please help

Sir, even after getting the installment on time from my account, your branch has deducted the recharge of 295 from my account 2 times....

Recently 10days back BBMP drainage work was going on infront of our Bank of India, Jb Nagar premises. They have completed the work and went without covering the drainage .

So many senior citizens are regular visitors to our branch for them easy access to our branch is problem .

Kindly look into the matter...

It is very horrific..why the NACH RTN charges 295 are being deducted 3 times in a week . Don't even answer calls..Bank of India Ring road Jalgaon...

I have withdrawn from other ATM machine on 23 July 2021. Two times 2000 rupees means 4000 rupees has been deducted from my account but not received money. Raised online complain and received complain reference number "ATM[protected]" after there was no action. Visited home branch repeatedly regarding this issue. Still issue is not resolved....

Today i got the message of total 233.94 debited (Trf) from my account.
Why and what is trf?
I want my money back.
Please credit me the amount debited as soon as possible.

I’m waiting more than one hour the employee does not answer me and I request him but he misbehaved me in public...
