    In my above account I had received two credits of Rs.35625.00 on 09.05.2022 stating NEFT/AXTB[protected]/NSCCL and NEFT/AXTB[protected]/NSCCL respectively. While trying to find out the actual remitter, your branch was helpless in view of no support from your Data centre

      Sir,

      I am unable to make a payment from my debit card. I had previously paid to the same service before twice. But I cannot understand why the issue is occurring this time.

      Date of incident : 25/08/2022

      After entering the card details for payment and proceeding, it shows :
      "Your card was declined. Please try another card, or choose a different form of payment."

      I contacted the payment platform, FastSpring, they suggested to contact the bank. They replied :
      "if the payment is still getting declined we strongly recommend you contact your financial institution to better understand why is getting declined."

      I urgently need to do the payment. I will be grateful for consideration.

        I am an existing customer of BOI from more a long time and used to give the very good business to the bank. Today 25Aug2022, I went to the bank to get an DD from my account and I have been gone through mentally harassment by the bank employees, they misbehaved, they deduct the processing fees which is 788.24 Rs but they declined to give me the DD. I had visited to the Branch Manager also but he said i can't help you go and file your complaint anywhere.
        I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME.

          Myself CHANCHAL GHOSH have savings account which no is [protected]. Account freeze from 18/07/2022. It is my salary account. Kindly unfreeze my account immediately. Visit branch and submitted fresh KYC copy, but account stll freeze. Please unfreeze savings account immediately.

            I am retired chief manager and my pf no is
            152059.I have 2 QIC at gotri road Vadodara br. I want to extend these tdr for 3 years. But system does not allow. Branch lodged a complain in helpdesk on 17/05/2022 but till today issues not resolved. System shows a message non employee can not open under this scheme. Already more than 3 months has elapsed please look into this matter

              My rs.880 is on hold and some other charges also got deducted from my accountfrom 1 july 2022 to 22 august 2022, in statement also nothing is mentioned properly .
              So verify it and try to refund the hold amount and some other charges which has been deducted from my account as soon as possible.

                  HARRASHMENT FROM BANK OF INDIA STAFF:
                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a very old customer of Bank of India, Deolali Camp Branch. I am a handicapped person staying my mother who is 84 years old. I have taken Term Loan as well as a Car Loan from this bank and the installments were debited from my business account. But because of the banks fault in terms of Software malfunctioning, Staff negligence as well as wrong information from the staff, my account became NPA (though all the fees of my students was being deposited in my business account). This was not informed to me and all of a sudden, I received a Court Notice for settlement of my dues. NO WRITTEN INFORMATION OR NOTICE REGARDING THE NON PAYMENT OF MY INSTALLMENTS OR MY ACCOUNT NPA STATUS, HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME FROM THE BANK TILL DATE. DIRECTLY THE COURT NOTICE OF MY NAME WAS GIVEN TO MY 84 YRS OLD MOTHER BY NORMAL POST, because of which her health was affected badly.
                  I visited the bank today i.e. 20/8/2022 and complained to the chief manager regarding the above. But she was in support of her staff and was not ready to listen to our grievances at all and was ready to seize my vehicle on the spot. If that had happened, I being a handicapped person would have to suffered a lot.
                  She was forcing me to pay the current balance + one month installments equivalent to an amount of Rs.100000/- immediately about which I was unaware. Now I will have to make arrangements by taking loan from my friends and relatives etc. All this has put me and my mother in tremendous mental trauma and affected our health.
                  Secondly, as per the courts order, I was directed to appear in the court on 13/8/2022 but the letter itself was signed by the authorized signatory on 13/8/2022 and was received by me on 18/8/2022 which created a panic situation in my house.
                  I request your honor to please go through the documents attached which proves the truth of details written above and take appropriate action against the bank staff.

                      Hi,

                      I HAD a account with Bank Of India - [protected]. I had given a cheque numbered '239077' to NEELKANTH INFRATECH of Rs 3500000 on 06-August-2022. It came for clearance on 09-August-2022 but was returned due to reason - 'Advice not received'. I then paid the bearer the same amount through RTGS and the transaction was closed. Now all of a sudden I see an attempt for the clearance of the same cheque again on 19-August-2022. Now the cheque bounced with reason - 'Insufficient funds' and Rs 590 were charged due to 'INW CHEQ RET CHARGES' although no one sent the cheque for clearance again.
                      Again there is an attempt on 20-Aug-2022 and again there is deduction of Rs 590. I wish to understand what is happening here. I visited my home branch - GHANSOLI (IFSC code BKID0000129) and was told to go to the recipient's branch. Is there no safeguard for your own customer. Also, earlier the cheque was returned due to non-receipt of mandate even when there was sufficient balance, now then why is the cheque not checked for a mandate on 19-Aug-2022.

                      I have closed the account because I had no other option to protect my money. Thanks for the marvelous customer service. Keep it up.

                        Dear sir/ Madam

                        Kindly note that I am not happy with your bank in terms of the service provided. Already for opening of the account it took more than 3 months now again for debit card it is taking quite a lot. In this case I find really difficult to reach the bank every now and then for my transaction. Please do the needful as soon as possible

On 17.08.2022 i tried to transfer Rs.15800/- to another account through IMPS Using bank of india mobile app. When i try to pay, the transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my account and did not reverted to my account even after 48 hours is completed.                               I have created a NPS tier-1 account with Bank of India as a POP. I have received a PRAN after NPS registration but it is in freeze state due to kyc verification pending at bank. I have raised this issue one month back with the bank officials but there is no concrete action taken by them and still my Tier 1 account is in freeze status. I have also shared the steps provided by NPS officials to verify kyc by bank but still no action taken by the bank .Please look into the issue as earliest as possible.

                                  I have filed an applicaton on dated 02/06/2022 with copy of 26as and income certificate that the branch has deducted tds of rs 12696.00 on interest income but on the other hand in my 26as, its reflect only rs. 6233.00. The tds of q1 to qiii is not reflect in 26as. My account is with bank of india branch barkat nagar jaipur rajasthan india and my account id is[protected].

                                      I am going to BOI branch In Dugri for more than 3 4 times .. each with a gap of about 5 days. And everytime I go to Open my bank account, the employer says that "the sir is not there, his signatures are important for your account open" evwry time she says that he "will come after 4 5 days" this is going for weeks now. But that employee never comes? Is she making an excuse? Does she not want to open my bank savings account?? Why is this seeming like an excuse.

                                        Everytime unnecessary charges are being deducted .sometime atm charges,
                                        sms charges, mandate charges, below 500 then money deducted
                                        what are all these ?
                                        as it is student saving account and zero balance account so why are all these charges are being deducted?
