    My refund of Rs.22349/- from Amazon was initiated on the date 15.06.2022, but still not credited in my bank account. In this regard Amazon has provided me a refund reference no.[protected]
    I have talked to the bank helpline they didn't appropriately solved the problem. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      I have tried all the available helpline numbers but Unable to contact my branch at mahalakshmi nagar to discuss my problems and complaint. They have no updated numbers of branch even it's RO or ZO. What a jock in digital india?????

          I have my current account no [protected] with gnt market branch. i had applied for internet banking and mobile banking but neither my mobile number has been added nor my internet banking has been started..its has been more than 2 months i have been trying for this but they are not able to resolve the issue.. they have send this issue to higher authority but the peroblem is same..please its my request to solve this problem as soon as possible because i am suffering financial losses..my mobile no is [protected].

            I am a senior citizen of age 72. I am having pension account in BOI.
            On 16th Oct 21, i booked railway tkt but transaction failed and amount Rs.3468/- was deducted (I received this amount back). Again i booked anather tkt on same day for train departing on 10/1/22 wherein transaction was successful. But due to COVID grounds, the train dated 10/1/22 was cancelled thus i received message from railway that as train is cancelled, the payment of Rs.3320/- (against Rs.3468/-) will reflect in your account by 14/1/22. But till today i couldn't get money back.
            Secondly i swiped my card for hospital payment on 8/6/22. The amount of Rs.4000/- was debited to my account. As hospital has charged excess amount thus they reverted the entry of full amount. But said amount Rs.4000/- is also not credited to my account.
            I am very frustrated now about working of BOI. The said amount of Rs.4000/- and 3320/- are huge for me.
            Please look into matter seriously, and help me in getting justice considering my age.

              My name is Rohit balu kshirsagar and I had ordered (Pibox india Raspberry pi 4 8gb Easy cool 8 combo kit 4823w with pi4 8gb ) of Rs Amount of 8298 in Amazon on 13 may 2021 and after 24 feb 2022 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2 mar 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still did not get the money .Amazon sent this Reference number (36140) and told me fill charge dispute form but bank of india no give the solution.

                  Actually someone's else kcc loan is reflecting in my mother's cibil report .It is just a coincidence that names of the actual loan holder and of my mother is same.

                  I have contacted the branch manager regarding this and provided him enough proof that the kcc loan is not owned by my mother.

                  I have also raised a dispute in cibil department regarding this, they are saying that they have mailed to the bank of india head office but haven't received any response .

                  The cibil department also said that the bank can directly report/mail to them regarding this, then they will rectify the error.

                  But the bank manager is not helping us, please help us to remove the false kcc loan from my mother's cibil report as soon as possible.

                  Neither the bank nor the bank manager is cooperating with us.

                  Kinldly help us as soon as possible

                        I ordered 3 products from myntra and refund it and myntra credit the money in the account and also provide the reference number but the money was not come in my account after completion of 1 month. And bank was not check the status of money after providing the reference number also. First I think that myntra was not send the money so I complain against myntra in consumer form but after disposing of complain I found that myntra send the money in my account but the amount was not show in my balance so plz resolve the issue as soon as possible.                             I, Mrudula having an account in BOI basaveshwarnagar branch, my Aadhaar number[protected] has been linked to my bank account number ([protected]) according to the bank but according to the scholarship portal (ssp portal) it says that my Aadhaar number is not seeded. My scholarship is getting delayed because of this . Kindly consider this as a priority and update my Aadhaar card number in the concerned portal.

                                  Ketan Tomar this side. I have a bank account with BOI Sector 12 dwarka delhi Branch with Account number [protected]. Recently there has been fraud transition in my account. I have done the Cyber crime complaint also and I was told by BOI customer care to submit the complaint and fraud transaction document to the BOI branch. I have gone to the branch but they denied to take the complaint and asking me to go to Axis bank where the beneficiary account is. But Axis bank said that the complaint will be taken by the Debited account not by us and they were right. The branch manager of my BOI Bank branch Sector 12 dwarka delhi denied taking the complaint so I am complaint here about the matter. I also called Google Pay customer care they also told me to complaint with BOI Branch. Below I am mentioning the complete fraud that has happened with me. My Cyber complaint Acknowledge no. [protected]

                                  Scammer called my wife from [protected] telling that he have to pay money to her father. Her father usually used to receive payments like this so my wife trusted him and thats why she did not asked her father. Scammer asked if you are using Google pay then I can make the transfer. Then my wife asked me if I use Google pay because she do not use Google pay then I talked to him on conference and then from my number [protected]. We received call from the number [protected] and then he scammed us by making us transfer money to him by telling us that he has merchant account there you have to first transfer money to me then only I will be able to transfer you the money.
                                  We have done the transaction as he has taken us in Confidence by manipulating first my wife and then me also. He has made us transfer 50000 rs in 2 transfers by manipulating us and was asking more to transfer. After that we denied to transfer more.
                                  After that he has switched off his number and then we realised that we are scammed. This was first time we have been scammed so we were not having the knowledge. Please help us in getting our money back.

                                    Mera naam asha Singh hai mai apne gaon me sakhi samooh chalati hun Mera apki branch me joint account hai samooh ke naam se aaj maine apne account se 10000 rs withdraw Kiya aur cashier ne mujhe jaise hi paise diye turant branch me lunch ho gaya mujhe security guard ne paise count nahi karne diya jab maine bola ki mujhe apne paise count karna hai mai bahar nahi jaungi to wo mujhse battmizi karne laga aur mujhe branch se bahar nikal diya bola ki lunch ho gaya jis wajah se main branch se bahar nikal ayi aur maine apne paise purse me rakh liya aur ghar aa gayi Ghar akr jab paise count Kiya to paise 9000 rs hi nikla 1000 rs kam tha so please take action to security guard and branch manager also and return my thousand rupees

                                      Please note that I am unable to access internet banking with corporate ID from my A/c in Bank of India, in name of R.Kumar.
                                      I urgently need to transfer money for my Health issues and travelling but unable to do so due to faulty internet website since morning .pls pls help .
                                      When we input the username, password and the CAPTCHA code it shows error 155, application set up error, Please contact your Bank .
                                      I have contacted the BOI, local branch but the problem still persists.
                                      I need the online access urgently to transfer payments at the earliest.
                                      Kindly help to sort out the issues and oblige .
