Dear Maharastra bank team,
On the date of 26/07/2021 I withdraw amt of 10000 from the SBI bank atm in vijay nagar lucknow krishna Nagar. Unfortunately due to server issue my transaction has been faild . But amt 10000 has been debited from my my account. I called toll free no but still my amt was not created in may account.

      Subject-Regarding a complain against the facilities and charges taken by Cheating from the customer without his or her permission and keeping totally blind to the customer while debiting the charges.

      Requesting you to have a special look on my problems and helping me if I am right.

      Respected Sir,
      Myself Jagtap mayureshwar Sanjay owner proprietor of Shri SaiRaj traders, from Ap Malegaon, Tal-Baramati, Dist-Pune, Pin-413115. I open my new current account in the the Bank of Maharashtra in Malegaon Branch, which is in Malegaon Bk, Tal-Baramati, Dist-Pune, Pin- 413115.
      Startup businesses started by the young generation in our country and state like Maharashtra think's Bank of Maharashtra as the first choice for the secure business banking and a trust of seal among all other banks in Maharashtra and India.The facilities provided for the Current accounts also much better than other banks as compared.
      But in my situation this is not do so, I am sorry to say to you sir that the Bank of Maharashtra and the branch of the Malegaon Bk, have a spoil the entire thinking and the trust of customer holding just a current account with no transactions yet has penalty charge by the bank which is not affordable to the customer like me, having astartup business.
      In my situation, I have attached the copy of bank statement from the day of opening my current account to the day before.
      My problem is very simple to understand sir, I open an current account in Bank of Maharashtra in Malegaon Bk branch, as a normal deposit for current account is 5, 000 Rs, so I paid 5, 500 Rs as the deposit. Firstly bank gave me the checkbook which is changed 250 Rs and the current account charge for month that is 150 Rs. I am ok with this changers. But suddenly my balance came below 5, 000 Rs and I was totally unwear about this. There was not a single text message on my text mobile by giving the correct number to the bank branch Malegaon Bk, also there was not a single mail on my mail ad that your's money is been debited from your bank account.
      So, Bank totally kept unwear about this and started debiting 800 Rs plus 150 Rs as gst for 800 Rs totally 950 Rs each month as fine for maintaining minimum balance in my account.Now my balance is 1, 724 Rs from 5, 500.This is the cheating done with me.This is how Bank Of Maharashtra Cheated with me.
      For normal startup business like me think’s for a single penny to, and has value of each and every single rupee this loss of 3, 776 Rs, which cannot be affordable to startup businessman in ruler town.
      So I request you to help me in this situation.

        I am SB account holder of Nanded Phata Branch (1745) Pune account [protected]. I has availed Education loan from Branch [protected].
        The loan is closed with interest. Interest subvention amount Rs 49737 received by branch on 24/09/2020 which is kept under hold in SB. As loan account is closed I requested branch head to make the amount available by removing hold. I repeated requested branch head fo this. Finally I have given letter on 14/07/2021 . Still there is no response from branch

                I have ordered a color club 1 women yoga shorts on 2/7/2021.It was to be recieved on 7 july - 9 july 2021.But i have not received my product.
                Amazon initiated the refund on 10/7/2021 and it was expected to come within 4 business days
                Amazon gave me the reference id # 30005411871183153129391 but bank of maharastra bank has still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                    On Saturday, 10th July, 2021 at 14.24 p.m. I will be told to pour petrol Sardar Singh HPCL Dealer at Aurangabad in my Swift ZXI (MH04 DW[protected] Rs. Asked to pour petrol. The person at the pump poured petrol of Rs.1990 and debit amount Rs.19900.03 through my debit card through POS. Its txn. id is. [protected].
                    As soon as I saw this, he called the supervisor. He called owner Tanveer Chhabda. After seeing the payment slip, they made a Void Sale through POS. Whose transaction no. [protected]. But this amount has not been credited to my account till today. I will touch with Tanveer about this. He said he had contacted Pine Lab and ICICI Bank to lodge a complaint.
                    But today four days completed amount not credit in my account.

                      Name of the Applicant/Client:- Smt. Sushila Ramchand Tulsani, having account in the Bank of Maharashtra, Nerul Branch -400706,
                      Description:- Cheque vide no. 015911 dated : 12.04.2014 transferred of Rupees Forty Five Lacs after consideration for sale of my permanent residents in Nerul E-1/11/B-2, Shivneri Apts., Sector 8, Phase 2. Thento, the expired validity to get information replied by the banking authority in the year of April 2020 and submitted us the scanned certified copy of deposited slip and vide instrument. Further same grievance were mentioned in the office of RBI Ombudsman Scheme and replied same under Sec. 9(3) of the Act, the information couldn't be resolved due to lapse of prieods. Thereto, the private complaint and reminder have lodged in the office of Assistant Police Commissioner, Nerul Police Station.
                      Resolution:- The above mentioned complaints is still pending for giving information about scanned footage, experts report from the deposited slip compare with vide instruments and how instruments of holder in due course endorsed intial by bearer and later with multiple signatories got transferred in third party account.
                      Therefore from this proper forum and taking any appropriate step to provide or seek justice from such substantial evidence been submitting in the same office.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I purchased a mobile phone from Amazon named ONE PLUS 7T worth Rs.35, 149.00 on 09.12.2019 and made the payment immediately through net banking of Bank of Maharashtra.

                              Due to some reason I cancelled the order within 2 hours. I got confirmation from amazon that the order was cancelled successfully. Following which Amazon initiated my refund on 11.12.2019. For the same Amazon had also provided me with reference no.[protected].

                              I have been following up with Amazon through phone and Bank of Maharashtra through phone and by physically visiting the branch since last 18 months. But I have still not received the refund. There has been actions taken by bank to track the amount, but bank is also unable to find out where the amount is. And amazon keeps telling me to file Charge Dispute Form at the bank and bank representatives say that there is not such form like that.

                              I am totally confused and dont know how will I get the refund.

                              Please help!

                                I have debited 24, 385.18 Rs from my account on 11th june at 8:27 pm but the transaction is got failed and not refunded. I have submitted a complaint form on 15th june for not refunding my money, today’s date is 21 june but still I not get my money yet. Please solve this issue and give me as refunded my money because I have to use this money for my college admission . Pls do it fast

                                      I pay online payment to amzon product by using my debit card on the date of 19/5/2021 and after payment completion. But amazon cancalled my product some reason. I got message from amzon is your refund will be transfered to your accont on the date of 24/5/2021 but did get any refund. I contact to amzon service centure they suggest to contact Back.

                                      Please return my refund as soon as possible

                                        On 20th may 2021 I had done transaction of rs.2660 against mahavitaran bill on gpay platform.
