Subject : Complaint against Bank of MAharashtra, Dharampet , Nagpur branch. Pleast take strict action.
Respected Sir,
I am the customer for this bank since last 30 years and having salary account with it. I never made any mistakes as of now in transaction either in my office or bank. But Last few incidents with this bank were shocking and it completely lost my confidence over me.
I request you to take strict action against this branch and suspend the manager of this bank and appoint someone who will make the staff learned and disciplined. The incident happened with me is something like as follows:
1. I submitted the LOAN cheque with number 322586 in this branch. This was urgent for me that’s why I chose for loan. Bank gave me the acknowledgement that they received the cheque.
2. The cheque was lost by bank. They were not able to find that cheque till date. Once bank staff realized that its there mistake they were suddenly becomes rude to me and my family.
3. I have 4 accounts belong to whole family of mine with this branch. Whenever I went for inquiry for this they were instead of helping us they started backfiring on me saying that I did some mistake and the cheque was not submitted at all to the bank!
4. They used (especially ladies staff ) to throw jokes, tonts,tweeters and sometimes even mimicry whenever any of my family member either my wife,daughter,son (over phone) tried to inquire about it.
5. Then we put pressure on them complaining nodal officer. Finally they gave me certificate that they are responsible for losing the cheque. But that’s all, they still didnt say a word apolozising about the events happened. The staff is still in disciplined like that.
6. Instead they denied saying bank cant help more that that when we pointed that this is loan cheque and bank should approach whoever other party who has issued the cheque. And reply to that there answer was again very rude and lewd.
7. I personally think that when there is issue with staff its captain who should held responsible for that and please suspend or take strict action against manager and whole staff of this branch.
Wanted to point that the nodal officer/staff of region like Mr Murtaza, Mr. Dongre were so kind and helpful.

Salary Account — Misplace of Cheque

Hello Sir/Madam
I have deposited my cheque on 4th of December 2008, but it is already 10th December, still my account has not been credited, please let me know regarding this.

Respected Sir,

I complent Mr. Gulabrao More Main Branch Jalgaon Office he is all ready working bank of maharashtra as a Div. Manager But he is also working in BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD., His dauther Sonali more as a( ADVISOR) in biral sun life but working is Mr. Gulabrao More, he is hareshment the customer bank of maharashtra 1 to 2 policy, he is login 2 to 3 policy branch manager taluka place branchs, branch managers, i complent to bank of maharashtra is LIC policy selling but mr. more is biral sun life i am confused so please reply me as early as posibble this matter,

Bank of Maharashtra — Bad behavior

Iam haveing my Saveings A/c in the Bank of Maharashatra, University of Pune Extension Branch, Pune-411016, A/c No is [protected],
I had applied for an ATM card, and recived the same after 2 months but its Pin no. is not working, i had complined several times to the bank manager, Every day he use to call be but always said he is help less, said he dont have staff to help me out, till date he didnt help me for the ATM card. Moreover the service of the bank is so poor that they never fill the pass books, I think ist the right of the consumer to get the Pass book updated. The bank Manager on complaining says that he dont have Staff. and cant do anything,Now the manager is suggesting to close my A/C.
hope you will understand my problem and help me out.

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    Today my mother Mrs.Madhuri Narayan Cheulkar(Age 62) went to Bank of Maharashtra, Kalyan Branch for submitting life form of my father Mr.Narayan Rajaram Cheulkar(Age 67) who is bedridden since 2006.
    After submitting form Bank's staff told my mother that they need extra signature of Doctor where my father used thumb as a signature. But there is nowhere mentioned in the form about this extra signature. Also Doctor has provided certificate regarding patient's condition and his unavailability.
    Then why this staff is asking for the signature of Doctor?
    Why they are not providing complete information to customer so that old people will face less problem attending bank for transaction?

    Please do the needful.

        Today i visited bank of mahararashtra borivali west branch. I want banks offical confirmation on debit mandate form reqd to submitt in ICICI bank. Bank has to give confirmation sign on hard coyp saying account details are wright.
        But bank of maharashtra charges Rs 54 for giving confirmation and asked customer to bring zerox for keeping in their record.
        Is it customer centric activity ?
        Why customer has to pay money for getting sign of paper for account confirmation ?

        Sub : Kindly apologies for the delay of EMI in my housing loan,
        Required an attention towards your valuable customers.

        Respected Sir,
        I Mr. K.S. Jeevanandan, account no. NRE 14, NRO-5, in your bank and I have taken a housing loan in the year of 2003. I am very happy with your banking for the past many years and I have been having a very good communication with the bank manager, assistant manager, and all your staff members and I have been visiting your bank once in a year regularly without fail.

        I have been paying my EMI without any delay for the past many years. Due to the money transfer I am not able to transfer my EMI directly from Jakarta to your bank. Due to this problem I have asked my father to deposit the cash every month.

        Earlier I used to get a reply from the bank my EMI due date, Bank statement, foreign currency deposited date, draft received date from Mr. Jitesh, Bank of Maharastra, Shenoy Nagar Branch, Chennai-30.

        Recent past two there years I have been getting any email, any correspondence from your bank.

        My father Mr.K.R.Surendran – (mobile – [protected]) retired person from the government department, I have asked him to deposit EMI regularly without any fail. Recently my father he has forgotten to pay the EMI.

        The delay was not intimated by bank to the customer email, no calls, no communication at all from the bank, but I have been charged 4000/- for the delay of EMI. ( Kindly give an explanation for the charge of 4000/-)
        (my email address, my father mobile are the same for the past 10 years )

        I kindly request the bank to consider my requisition and do the needful for your valuable customer having account in your bank for the 12 years.

        non-receipt of cash through ATm
        My account no. is [protected] with Bank Of Maharashtra. My ATM card no. is [protected] withdrew Rs.400 (Rs.200x 2times) from VIJAYA bank ATM at Sapna sangeeta, Indore . but I am sorry to say that I didn't receive the cash but the amount has been debited from my account. Please try to refund the said amount and credit to my account.

          you can go to bank of maharashtra's online site & lodge your complaint over there by specifying your account number & date of opening of account, etc. If you dont get solution there after also you can straight way lodge complain to apex body of banks i.e. Reserve bank of India on their site.
          You can even lodge complaint in consumer court & demand answer and even get compensation from bank of maharashtra if you demand for that.
          The atitude of bank staff are real not good...
          Please register your grievances/feedback through proper channel.

            We pledged for the home loan 1 and half year earlier(Jan 2008).
            They told us to open the account, we did so by opening a joint account.
            We had good transaction for the due course of time.
            We also have good track record with other financial firms in the city.
            We shown all the required documents for home loan to the manager on 10th June 2009
            Now he say's you need to wait for atleast three years for your home loan proposal.
            Our house is old and can't be guaranteed in Rainy season, if any untoward incident happens then Bank of Maharashtra, Kopargaon will be solely responsible for it.

            Please take a decisive action and let us know as early as possible (preferentially contact us by the mean of postal service.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am feeling very bad that i have used bom's atm to withdraw the money from padmavati atm center of bom. One note of rs. 500 is with ink shraded on it. I complained it to the senior person at bom - agri hi tech branch, sinhagad rd, near big bazar. Instead of listening to me, he just refused and raised his hands up with the comment that this is responsibility of outsourced system who takes care of money filling at atm branches and i need to rush to padmavati branch to replace the note. I am doubtful about bom service. I hope atleast i will recieve the call from bom side.

              Respected sir,

              I m grate trust on u r bank, we have 5 to 6 a/c in bank of maharashtra, because it is raealy "one bank one family bank"

              But today dt 18-02-10 i got very bad experience with mr rajan joshi

              Who is on branch manager post, he has no manners to talk withcostemer, my a/c in bank of maharashtra, new mahadwar road, kolhapur

              I expect it will not happen in futer,

                My son went to Kalyan Main branch of Bank of Maharashtra 2 months back for collecting the Form for BoM's Mahasaraswati RD Scheme. In spite of telling repeatedly that we have no account with you, the form provider didn't give any KYC Form along with the application form. I presumed that there may be mistake on part of the person. I said its OK. When my son went to PARNAKA Branch for opening an account, he gave me all those forms. When he went for submitting those forms, the person in charge didn't tell him about the annexures completely. My son himself took the copies of documents. After verification of form he asked about the original documents for verification. This was the second time when he went to branch. Then my son went again home & provided the original documents for verification. By this time, the person knew about the matter very well. Then he told that there is one more annexure for this form that is the bonafide certificate issued by the head of the institution in favor of the person in whose name the account is going to be opened. This was the third time when my son went to the branch in an hour & still the account was not opened. He wasn't even prepared to peep into the matter. The said person also told me that a savings account is also required to be opened for the RD Account purpose. Was the person not able to tell all the required documents in one instance? This happened on 19/01/2009.
                There is also one more complaint about the same branch but on different date i.e. on 29/01/2009. The person in-charge about whom I have discussed earlier told me that you will get an ATM cum debit card free along with the SB Account. Thus while making an application for SB Account I presumed that all the auxillary services i.e. ATM cum debit Card, Internet Banking, SMS Banking, Mobile Banking will be allowed to me as I have opened the account. Also the details regarding the said services were asked in the SB Account opening Form itself. But when I asked about the debit card on 29/01/2009, the counter in charge behaved badly with him & told that the application form for the said services is different & you are required to apply for them in the different form. The previous person did not tell me that there is a different procedure for applying for the said services. I have also handed over the letter to directly debit SB Account for the sums to be deposited in the Mahasaraswati RD Account & that lady agreed that there is no need to fill up another form for the said service & there is no other procedure to be adopted. But when I personally went to collect the pass book on 03/02/2009, the person told me that you are required to fill up another form for the direct debit service.                 Pleaseput iformation about procedural docuements needed to open account (offline).This will increase convenience for new customers who want to open account with specifyinq rural, urban areas.
                i am a staff member and is deprived of my TA bills during my tenure at Soegaon, halting allowance on transfer to Mahi jalgaon and Shrirampur i have written to concerned authorities many times but in vain can any one help
                The branch Manager of BOM Washim Branch is not customer friendly. There are so much complaints about his attitude towards customer. he is not accepting the letters or applications of public. He is avoiding to give response to costomer requirements. He calls the customer on the days when he planned to out of office. The Cental office of BOM has to look in to the matter.
                Please register your grievances/feedback through proper channel.

                  I have a savings account no. [protected] and [protected] with Bank of Maharashtra, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth Colony branch, pune 411037.I applied for facility to use internet banking in October 2008. In spite of several visits to the bank I am unable to get this facility due only to lithargic attitude of the officers. I am a senior citizen and find it difficult to check and update my account by personally visiting the bank. There are often long queues for getting passbook updates.Mostly either there is no internet or printer is out of order. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I am holding 2 saving a/c's with your bank, Mumbai - Mulund east branch...
                  Now had requested for internet banking. but it is rediculous service.
                  People donot answer the call. phone keep on ringing..

                  This afternoon i ask to acitvate my internet banking, & they said i use my net banking after 1hr, but after 2hrs also i m not able to operate my internet banking, it says your wrong password.

                  Trying to call customer care number no use keeep on ringing.

                  Respected Sir,

                  My mother Smt. Kalpana R. Pawar having saving a/c- (200xxxxx72-4) in your Nerul Branch with ATM Card. On the date, 27th Feb 2010, I Mr. Swapnil Pawar, went the nearest ATM machine of SBI Bank to withdraw the amt money of rupees 7000/-. I have entered the pin no & a/c details correctly and entered amt i.e. 7000/- . Then the processing msg was display on the screen but till the long it wasnt happened, I was not receive any cash. Then it displays me another msg i.e. "THE SERVICE IS TEMPORORY UNAVAILABLE etc...".For long time I was waiting for any process but didnt happen any thing. so I went to your to ATM Machine located at Nerul (Near to the Nerul Branch). After submitting all details, I have entered the amount to withdraw but it the msg showd me as insufficient amt. I took the mini statement of the A/c, in which it shows that Rs 7000/- was deducted from the a/c as withdrawal. So I immediately went to the earlier ATM machine to launch a complaint about this. I took xerox of the complaint also with the sign of the watchman as witness.This incident happened on the date 27th Feb 2010, the time between 18:02 to 18:27.

                  Please do the needful in the issue to get my money back.
