Subject : Complaint against Bank of MAharashtra, Dharampet , Nagpur branch. Pleast take strict action.
Respected Sir,
I am the customer for this bank since last 30 years and having salary account with it. I never made any mistakes as of now in transaction either in my office or bank. But Last few incidents with this bank were shocking and it completely lost my confidence over me.
I request you to take strict action against this branch and suspend the manager of this bank and appoint someone who will make the staff learned and disciplined. The incident happened with me is something like as follows:
1. I submitted the LOAN cheque with number 322586 in this branch. This was urgent for me that’s why I chose for loan. Bank gave me the acknowledgement that they received the cheque.
2. The cheque was lost by bank. They were not able to find that cheque till date. Once bank staff realized that its there mistake they were suddenly becomes rude to me and my family.
3. I have 4 accounts belong to whole family of mine with this branch. Whenever I went for inquiry for this they were instead of helping us they started backfiring on me saying that I did some mistake and the cheque was not submitted at all to the bank!
4. They used (especially ladies staff ) to throw jokes, tonts,tweeters and sometimes even mimicry whenever any of my family member either my wife,daughter,son (over phone) tried to inquire about it.
5. Then we put pressure on them complaining nodal officer. Finally they gave me certificate that they are responsible for losing the cheque. But that’s all, they still didnt say a word apolozising about the events happened. The staff is still in disciplined like that.
6. Instead they denied saying bank cant help more that that when we pointed that this is loan cheque and bank should approach whoever other party who has issued the cheque. And reply to that there answer was again very rude and lewd.
7. I personally think that when there is issue with staff its captain who should held responsible for that and please suspend or take strict action against manager and whole staff of this branch.
Wanted to point that the nodal officer/staff of region like Mr Murtaza, Mr. Dongre were so kind and helpful.

with due respect i arvin pattnaik an account holder in bank of maharastra have written this to inform tht the timings o[censored]r bank that is 10- 2.30 pm is very less due which there is and always been transaction problem, which i myslelf have faced manytime.i am a student so i do hve my college and class during ur working hours so it is not possible for any student to do his/her transaction at this kind of short period.so please increase the timing frm 10-5 pm at least so tht there wont be any problem for which i will be very grateful to u ..
