CHarges for giving acoount confirmation

Today i visited bank of mahararashtra borivali west branch. I want banks offical confirmation on debit mandate form reqd to submitt in ICICI bank. Bank has to give confirmation sign on hard coyp saying account details are wright.
But bank of maharashtra charges Rs 54 for giving confirmation and asked customer to bring zerox for keeping in their record.
Is it customer centric activity ?
Why customer has to pay money for...

deny to give atmand pasbook of my accoun

sir my account no is [protected] in bank of maharashtra, bambhori, jalgaon, maharashtra branch.after 3 months also they havent given me passbook or atm..i have called numbes of time to them, but they havent replyed.so please take some action...

Home loan

We pledged for the home loan 1 and half year earlier(Jan 2008).
They told us to open the account, we did so by opening a joint account.
We had good transaction for the due course of time.
We also have good track record with other financial firms in the city.
We shown all the required documents for home loan to the manager on 10th June 2009
Now he say's you need to wait for atleast three years for your...

Complaint against poor support and indifferent attitude of bom staff.

Dear sir/madam,

I am feeling very bad that i have used bom's atm to withdraw the money from padmavati atm center of bom. One note of rs. 500 is with ink shraded on it. I complained it to the senior person at bom - agri hi tech branch, sinhagad rd, near big bazar. Instead of listening to me, he just refused and raised his hands up with the comment that this is responsibility of outsourced system who takes care of money...

Attitude of bank staff

My son went to Kalyan Main branch of Bank of Maharashtra 2 months back for collecting the Form for BoM's Mahasaraswati RD Scheme. In spite of telling repeatedly that we have no account with you, the form provider didn't give any KYC Form along with the application form. I presumed that there may be mistake on part of the person. I said its OK. When my son went to PARNAKA Branch for opening an account, he gave me all those forms....

internet banking

I have a savings account no. [protected] and [protected] with Bank of Maharashtra, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth Colony branch, pune 411037.I applied for facility to use internet banking in October 2008.
