On 04.05.2017 i made on line payment of rs 12299 to bharat matrimony.com from my debit card in the ac of h 6556488 abhinav rajawat. But the company has not sent me the receipt of this payment. Please immediately confirm whether this payment is received by bharatmatrimony.com made on 04.05.2017 from my saving bank ac.

I had paid an amount of 11000, on Feb 2 for AssistedMatrimony Service.
On seeing the service is very poor and not as per the commitment, I had emailed them asking for cancellation immediately
Till now no action is taken, on regular followup and complaint they had dint
answerd my calls and no action is taken.

As promised, the Elite matrimony relationship manager sent me matching profiles every week. While one or two were not a good fit, the rest were fine and based on my preferences. But that's not my complaint, I wanted an extension for some time to evaluate and meet up with the last few prospects as I'm travelling to Europe soon. They have not accepted that saying the membership term has expired and I have to renew. Please suggest a way out....

With due regards this is to state that my daughter's profile id is h5473366 I deposited money on 22 feb 2017 but anyway i was told server was down, the money was deposited on 24 feb 2017. I was not given details of the last date of the consumption by any mail or call, the first lot i used. So, what happened is I was a unpaid member of your site from last 5-6 months, so your people kept on calling us to be a part of paid membership so that we can get the match as per our requirement. Then I took membership on 18th April 2017 by making a payment of 11000/- by online.

They have renewed my membership without any notification, giving specification that it is priviledge services for our NRI customers & it was already mentioned in terms and conditions. I got an emails and calls from Bengali Matrimony that my 'till u marry" package is about to expire and I have to pay 6900rs to renew the membership for next 1 year.

When I took "Till u marry" package from the agent last year at that time it was told that the renewal amount would be 1000 rupees only. Now they are asking for a much higher amount (6900rs) than originally promised....
