During membership the sales executive promised that my validity time period is 3 months + 1 month and 1 month will be added during the end of 2 months that is 59 th day but still it is not added and no proper response or resolution received. I am keep following up but no proper response received it. It is completely fraudulent and money cheating. Before doing membership they are keep calling per day minimum 5 to 10 times but after membership it is very difficult to reach or catch to get the resolution so many people or cheated kindly review please take action i am ready to come to any court even i am thinking to file case. Kindly do the needful it will be lesson to others and this will bring the regulation on this field.

    Dear sir,

    This is suchetan dey (Kolkata). Client id: b1918194 i’d opted for bharat matrimony paid subscription for a sum of rs 3, 400 (Three thousand four hundred) on 18th feb through my hdfc bank credit card & subsequently my profile was upgraded.

    However at the end of my 3 monthly tenure i’ve found my match & closed my account. However, your citrus pay gateway auto debited another rs 3, 400 (Three thousand four hundred) against my closed account & subsequently on contacting customer care, they advised me to raise a charge back request with my bankers’ i. E. Hdfc. However on inquiring with the bank the out rightly informed me that this was not possible from the bank as they had no way of verifying my transaction as the id was already closed.

    Customer care also told me that this issue will solve within 3 to 5 days. I havenot get any resolution from them.

    Please intervene is having this wrong charge refunded to my account at the earliest as this money was deducted without my knowledge. Also advise the time frame it will take to credit the money back to my card account.

    I also wrote a mail to bharat matrimony barasat local office. I havenot get any mail from them.

    Hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and oblige at your earliest.

      I got a phone call with this number — [protected]. The guy who called is an illeterate and also very very annoying. I was not ready to pay the money for subscription but he was very rude for that as if he is the one who has to pay. That person was also told me a number to take which i did not. But he told me to repeat the number when i told different number he started almost shouting at me. I have to think twice from now on to talk with any people from the team. First they should learn how to behave with their customer and then to talk. It is very annoying for me now to receive any call from bharat matrimony. Did not expect this # people work in this site and disturb people like this. They should learn basic ethics first and then to call their customer.

          We went to elite matrimony to find out about services and ended up paying rs 45, 000 as part of the so called special deal where we were given a month extra. Like others who have been cheated, we have been told about 100's of profiles that match our criteria and that they receive 3000 new profiles every week. Our rm was very irresponsible and rude. We have requested for change of rm, and our efforts turned out to be futile. The matches they show are from bharatmatrimony.com, we have cross checked all the matches they gave. Horribly, they gave a match with the same surname. We have already informed them that south indians don't marry people with same surname. Looking to find a way to get money back or sue them.

            My ID is K1589151.
            Last week on wednesday around 4 PM matrimony representative (Lakshmi/ MahaLakshmi) called me and told me about the membership offer which she is going to provide me. Offer told me was: Classic Premium membership for 6200rs for 6 months.

            While doing the payment i logged in to my account and in member up gradation link i choose classic premium and 6 months tariff plan. The amount showed was 163$ I immediately told they over call that i'm seeing this 163$ which is going to be 10459 rs but the representative (Lakshmi/ Mahalakshmi) insisted me to go-head and do the payment and told that the remaining 4259 rs will be refunded in 4 days to my account. She told me to share my account details and i shared my account details immediately to her no. ([protected])

            It's been a week they didn't do the refund and not stopped picking the call.

            I'm really disappointed regarding this.

                    As promised, the Elite matrimony relationship manager sent me matching profiles every week. While one or two were not a good fit, the rest were fine and based on my preferences. But that's not my complaint, I wanted an extension for some time to evaluate and meet up with the last few prospects as I'm travelling to Europe soon. They have not accepted that saying the membership term has expired and I have to renew. Please suggest a way out.

                      With due regards this is to state that my daughter's profile id is h5473366 I deposited money on 22 feb 2017 but anyway i was told server was down, the money was deposited on 24 feb 2017. I was not given details of the last date of the consumption by any mail or call, the first lot i used. When I asked about the last date of the second lot on 25 april 2017 the person who attended the call told me it is 26 april i asked tomorrow he said yes. So i consumed 24 numbers. Now when on May 2 2017 I called they told me that the balance is only 1 while it should have been a fresh third lot of 25. as after 26 april's second lot it should have been 25 numbers of the third lot. i consumed the 24 numbers on 26 only because he told me that the last date was 26 april.it was not my fault.if possible please repair the loss, I have got the call recording but right now dont have the usb cord to upload the file.You at ur end can listen to it is at 22.58. Today also i was kept on hold twice for several minutes and then the phone was cut. I do not intend to harm anybody

                        I had initially registered an account for my brother with bharat (Kannada) matrimony. Matrimony id k1526482. Had initially payed for 6 months subsription only today on 30/04/2017 (After 6 months have completed). I am surprised to see an email about transaction of rs.3, 780.00 made on sbi credit card xx6582 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at citrus pay bharatmatri on 30 apr 17. This is not authorized by me.

                        Kindly help me in getting refund for the same. And how to go about it.

                        A lady calls my mother everyday and threats my mother asking my other to make payment for a premium membership.

                        We already tried had taken premium membership thrice and has not be of any use. So that is the reason, we did not want to extend the membership, but this customer care, caller are pain at the wrong place.

                          This is an official complaint about the services I've received from this organisation.

                          So, what happened is I was a unpaid member of your site from last 5-6 months, so your people kept on calling us to be a part of paid membership so that we can get the match as per our requirement. Then I took membership on 18th April 2017 by making a payment of 11000/- by online.

                          An account manager was assigned to us, Her name is Pooja kapoor from the sarita vihar branch, Delhi. We had a complete discussion about our requirements and all so that that she can serve the services accordingly. She started giving us profiles, approx 13 profile she gave us but we didn't like even one. As we were not liking the services so she started ignoring us by not picking up the calls.

                          We tried calling on other numbers available on your website, so they tried conning with her and she said that I can not provide services to this member, hey informed us the same so we asked them for refund. So they told me that it can only be processed from pooja's end. So I asked them that she is not picking up the call so how am I supposed to contact us for the refund and I asked for the reason too for not picking up the calls, So the reply made me speechless. The statement she said was "WO NAHI BAT KARNA CHATI AAPSE ISLIYE NAI PICK KAR RAHI".

                          Is this the kind of services they provide to theircustomers??

                          After all this hassle, somehow I managed to get connected with her. There was another person who was involved in all this. His name is Kaushal Mishra, who was her senior. So, He committed me that I'll get the refund within a month, so I asked him that I cannot wait for this much time as I am the only earning person in my family and I have to take care of other things too so he told me that he will confirm me on saturday by 12 noon that if I can get the refund within a week.

                          So on saturday, 29th april I called them again, so he said that within a month only I'll be able to get it. And whn I asked for an email regarding this so firstly he sai that I'll get an email within next 2 hours. When I insisted him to send it right away then he changed the statement that he cannot send it today, He will send it on tuesday. When I asked him that if he is sure about this, so he again changed the statement that by tuesday he'll confirm that wheather I can get the refund or not. After that he'll send me an email. His manager also changed his statement 2-3 times (Harjot Talwar).

                          Please try and understand my situation, I want my refund. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

                              Further to our telecon, shri har babu and smt kalaiarasi had offered both profile highlighter and top placement for two months for a subscription for classic premium for a payment of rs.3600.00 vide a email. I have made payment based on the above email and the promise made by shri ravikumar, manager to enable both profile highlighter and top placement for two months after i make the payment for classic premium membership. However, i learnt that bharatmatrimony has not provided the services as promised by them.

                              I have spoken to shri ravikumar and told him that he has not enabled the "top placement". He has tried to enable the service but could not activate the service. It means that the offers made by them is bogus. I told ravikumar to return the money. Shri ravikumar asked me to send request mail to enable him to repay the amount paid. I have instantly sent a request to send the money back but there is no reply till this time.

                              I tried to call him, i am getting the message that "the number is switched off"/"the number you have dialed is currently busy" after a few ringing.

                                I have received my wedding dvd from matrimony photography and to my shock it turned out to be just a 50 minute video instead of a 2 hrs video as promised in their package. It seems like the video was edited in a hurry since it has 2-3 songs and rest is just instrumental. Then i received a preview of my album from them. It only contains 230 photos not even close to 300 as per the package and many important pics were missing. They have not even highlighted the important parts of wedding. From the day 1, i have been struggling to get the work done from them. First it took many mails, calls and messages before they provide a confirmation of payment and now this. They does not even reply to the complaint email against them. They choose to ignore it completely as if there is no upper management exists. It was my bad that i already paid more than 50 % of amount to them and can not do much about that. I will never going to recommend this service to anyone and will spread this issue as much as i can through social networking.

                                Be careful from this Matrimony side. That's why we are always suggest clients for professional photographers.
                                Now if you doesn't get reply from their side you will raise the complaint to Consumer forum.

                                I received a customer executive call She misbehaved with me.She kept on shouting on the call.I told her that I will take two months time to decide to join as a paid member and she shouted at me and said to deactivate my account.

                                I received a call from this no:[protected].When I asked her name she disconnected the call.

                                  I am writing with regard to my credit card payment was abused by bharath matrimony. I remember in jan'2017 i payed with help of a online chat executive, no one said that auto renewal is activated. On 10-apr-17 my account was charged for usd97 or cad148.64 without my knowledge or permission. This is absolutely forgery or money laundering or cheating. Unwittingly i seen a phone number for one interest i got. But i am not going to use anymore as i am aware now. If i click for any interest it should ask to pay.

                                  You cannot setup auto renewal by default or without my permission.

                                  I need my money back 100%. I am not working to pay for you people. My money is not free for you people.

                                  I request you to pay back my hard-earned money to have better relationship and me refer to others about your company.

                                    In February 2017, someone from bharat matrimoney contacted me and asked me to take a subscription. I am looking for a suitable match for my Sister. I already had a free account with Bharat Matrimony. I was told that for 3000 rs/. I will get six months of subscription.

                                    I agreed to it and paid the amount. I did not check the duration at that time but two weeks back I checked the validity date and to my surprise, it was only valid for three months.

                                    I contacted Bharat Matrimony and they said if I have any proof of such commitment. I said it was a telephonic conversation and I do not have any proof. They denied any such plan and said my account is only active for 3 months and only 50 days are left now.

                                    I want to lodge a formal complaint against this. There could be others facing similar issues. They give fake commitments to the customers and sell their products.

                                    Please file my complaint and take necessary action against them.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I, Rahul Roy, had opened a paid Bharat(Bengali) matrimony profile (Profile Id was: B1538130). My father, Mr.Gautam Buddha Ray, used to access this profile.
                                      My marriage got fixed after that and my dad was looking for a photographer for the same.

                                      We were contacted by a photographer, named Arnab Das ( From Howrah - West Bengal ) who was recommended and promoted as featured photographer by Matrimony.(Link: http://www.matrimonydirectory.com/the-bong-weddings-in-andul-kolkata-MD67944)

                                      The photographer came to our home and my father had an agreement with him about the marriage photography (marriage was on 21 Nov-2016 and 23 Nov-2016 reception ) and he and my father signed the agreement.

                                      He was paid 18000 INR for the photography and he gave us some raw pictures of bad quality after marriage ( but nothing else after that ).

                                      Even after almost 5 months ( as per the contract, after 2 months everything should be delivered ), he has not given us anything and when me/ my father is calling him, he is continuously giving false excuses saying he is busy or his brother is sick, etc since last 3/4 months.

                                      He turned to be fraud ( whom Bengali matrimony recommended in their website )

                                      He does not pick up calls, even if he does, he makes false promises, but nothing from his end after taking the money.

                                      I live and work outside India and my father is a retired aged person and not possible for him to chase these frauds again and again. This is extremely unfortunate.

                                      Because of the matrimony recommended photographer Arnab Das, I could not get my precious marriage moments which I will never get back in my life and also we paid INR 18000 to him which was of no use.

                                      This is something which cannot be captured again and we wasted our time for these fraud people and misleading/False advertising ( showcasing fraud people ) of Bharat/Bengali matrimony.                                       Please note that I already complained to Bharat matrimony about this matter last week, but still now no solution from them even after sending multiple reminder about the matter.

                                      Therefore the photographer-Arnab Das/ Bharat matrimony must pay a compensation of INR 100000 + INR 18000 ( which we paid for the service )
