I am ex-employee of bharat matrimony, my name is ms. Renuka shivaji beerunagi, employee code - 32820. I have already submitted by provident withdrawal form, but i am not getting proper response from hr. I have submitted pf withdrawal form in the month of aug-2017, it's more than 3 months but i am not getting any response from hr person.

Plase help me in withdrawal of provident fund.

    I had subscribed to your product 'till you marry'. I had initially paid for rs 9000 two years back and was to pay rs 1000/ every two years, to continue with this product. However, i have now been informed that i am no longer eligible for renewal and i need to apply fresh for this product. I am required to pay the initial amount again.

    In between ashok pradhan coaxed me to avail 'assisted service for three months, for which i had paid additional rs 11, 000. Mr pradhan told me that 'till you marry' services will be restored after three months. Mr pradhan neither provided any assistance nor was of any help. I am surprised to note that my 'till you marry' support has been withdrawn on the pretext that i had availed assisted service.

    This tantamounts to cheating and this is not expected from a reputed company like bharat matrimony.

    This is like i have been penalised for taking additional services from your company.

    You are requested to restore 'till you marry' support to me immediately. I am willing to renew the product for the amount agreed initially, which is rs 1000/ on completion of first two years.

    I look forward to your immeditae action.

      I created my profile on bharatmatrimony site a few days back but due to lack of good match didn’t accept the response i received from people. Last night a guy messages me on whatsapp and stating that he is given my number from bharatmatrimony. This is really a very serious issue especially for females. If site like bharatmatrimony start such business. I will never recommend anyone to create profile on such sites.

        Even i had a bad experience with my subscriptions. They debited renewal amount 38.957bhd from my credit card without any prior information saying i have opted for autorenewal which was not as shown while subscribing (Says was there in term& conditions!!). But they have told me the amount has been reversed after i raised a complaint. So guys beware of term and conditions!!!

            I want to lodge a complaint against bharat matrimony services, d1/g2, mohan cooperative state, bharat matrimony.com ltd, 2nd floor, mathura road, new delhi.
            1) we have taken this service on 19th july 2017 for my daughter’s marriage purpose.
            2) firstly we had taken normal membership of rs. 3800 and then their salesman mr. Sohan singh ([protected]) called us and offered us assistant manager service.
            3) sohan singh made so many commitments about assistant manager services like:- one manager
            Will appoint for my daughter profile, he will regularly lookup on my profile, he will call us regularly
            Regarding my daughter’s profile, will provide best groom’s profile and will also talk to them on our
            Behalf and we will get 100% result from their assistant manager service.
            4) but all his commitments was fake, untrue and they cheated me by false commitments.
            5) first they appoint mr. Surya pratap singh ([protected]) as a manager for my daughter ‘s profile who was zero in his field he called me only one or two times and provided me only 14 groom’s profile which
            Were not up to my desired profile expectations.
            6) surya pratap said that he don’t have any profiles matching to my daughter’s profile.
            7) then i complaint to bharat matrimony.com’s complaint department about the poor performance
            Of surya pratap (1st manager).
            8) on the basis of my complaint they terminated surya pratap from my profile service and then appointed another manager neha verma ([protected]). I have taken this service for 3 months and surya pratap has wasted my 2 months by providing unresponsive response.
            And remaining 1 month of my services has been wasted by 2nd manager neha verma.
            9) bharat matrimony.com does not take any interest after getting payment.
            10) i have complaint them so many times about their poor performance and asked them to refund my all
            Amount as they are not providing what they had promised to provide at the beginning of the service.
            11) if bharat matrimony services does not have profiles matching to my expectation than why they have
            Taken 14, 800 from me.
            12) if bharat matrimony services does not have efficient manager than why they had offered me assistant manager services.
            13) neha verma and surya pratab’s senior manager bhawna aneja ([protected]) never call us for the feedback of their services and about their assistant manager performance.
            14) i am not at all happy or satisfy by bharat matrimony services and by their manager (Surya pratap and neha verma). And taking their matrimony site services was my big mistake, trusting on the words of sohan singh (Sales manager) was my mistake.
            15) now, i request to consumer court to help me get out of this matrimony services and help me to take my amount refund from bharat matrimony services.
            Details of my daughter’s profile are as below:-

            Cheque no: - 479448 andhra bank delhi
            Amount: - rs. 3800 (Online) +11000 (Cheque) = 14, 800

            Bharat matrimony company only plays with my and my families emotions as we trusted on this site for my daughter’s marriage and they revert me exactly opposite to their commitment or promises that they made during the time of sale.
            I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest.

              I recently renewed my membership from one of the representative of bharat matrimony on 26-oct-2017. Her name is priyanka dubey. She assured me that out of rs2500 which i paid i will get refund amount of rs 200 within a week. However its been around 2 weeks i don't get my refund of rs 200 and on top of that when i am trying to contact her she is not responding me as well. Highly disappointed with the service.

                I am writing this complaint with great pain. This is my first complaint in any online consumer forum. This tamil matrimony has cheated money from me. They deducted excess amount from my account and when i raised the complaint with them they told that they will refund within a week. But even after several follow ups they never refunded that money. Their telecallers will keep calling and give all false promises, one of the worst service. Plz stay away from this cheating company.

To check my profile i click on login, the page is redirecting to mobile verification page. And the thing is i have already verified my number. Then i tried to login from my pc.                     I had initially taken a service of classic of $108.30 and was waiting for it but dint go through even after a few hours. The money was transacted on my credit card. When i called customer service they want to upgrade my package and re sell me something new. I was reluctant and kind of worried to make a new payment until i got the old one back. But he insisted that he knew everything possible in the process from his “5 years experience”. I was proved wrong to believe him. He gave me a premium membership for a year for $202 and said they’ll refund me back my $108.30. The next day i get a call from another agent who said the premium package i’m paying is too less and have to pay $180 more to compensate it. I denied payment as i had a written email telling me about my premium membership amount and a promise to refund my initial payment. He did not bother me again.

                    I then followed up with the agent and his manager for over a month with a lot of from and to emails and they seemed to be least bothered. A company as big as you having such cheap service needs a lot to look into.

                    I am even now sending emails to the manager and the agent who was involved and they are not helping with anything. All they do is try and push it to another team.

                    I’m regretting doing business with these guys.

                      I am not getting the services as promised. I am not able to contact the rm or office staff. For bhubaneswar you have kept the rm staff at kolkata which is not understood. I ring up so many times not no response, sometimes i am promised i would be contacted but no one contacts. This is unprofessional attitude. Please refund my fees as i find no hope of any improvement. The matches i have received are not to my specified parameters....

                      I am very sad to write this email as you have fraud executives who assured me return of 900/- from the package which i recently opted for last week. I was not interested or had no mindset made to become premium member.

                      The executive forced me to opt for it with greatest offers. He mentioned for 3 months, he is giving best offer of 3000/-. If i make a payment of 3900/- now, he will refund my payment talking to finance team. But now, he is not picking the calls. He also mentioned, he will provide 65 contact numbers to contact, but it is just 55.

                      I have made 3900/- payment and now i am expecting my returns.

                      The executive name is: vishwa ([protected])

                      I need someone in your team to take serious action against this kind of persons who spoils the branding and reputation of bharath matrimony for the sake of there targets.

                      I have mailed all this to bharathmatrimony but still there is no response. Also the person picked the call when i tried from other number and he says he is not vishwa and tell he is prashanth and working in vijaya bank. I abused him in call, he just disconnected. I told i have call recordings, still he mentioned, go and complaint.

                      So, becareful guys while registering to this sites and becoming paid members. I think it has become so vast and people started working from home for this sites with there own strategies. No customer care support or valuable services you can expect when such kind of frauds are hired.

                      My matri id 4203150 today i got frequently 28 calls from ur matri cro.
                      Every time i told i m not interested still they r tourchering..
                      And i preferred my schedule 9am-10am.
                      But i got call for the hole day..
                      Do u people think u ly have work others are dont.
                      It getting irretated.

                        I got recently cheat by 3 employee of bharat matrimony, this is regarding payment for the service. They told me that they will refund me but not get any refund, after 1 month try i was frustated by everyday talking & requesting to resolve my issue but they denied, i have also submitted all the proof like call log about this cheating but no one is answering so i request you to please note this as i want no one else will repeat the same with someone.

                        Because someone is paying from hard work money which they can't afford to loose.

                          This service is a big waste of time. They are just cheating customers and making money out of this. Poor response and service. Rm's are the worst, very unprofessional and not responding to customers. This is regarding hyderabad branch. Sales department guys (Kiran) are just cheating customers by making fake promises about services. Even the customer care guys in the chennai head office doesn't respond well. They took the complaint and said will call back in 24 hrs which has never happened. Fraud service. Never go for assisted service package. Just a cheating. Paid rs12000 for this package n it would be great if they refund my money back into my account.

                          I have already lodged a complaint to [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com yesterday and I dint receive any reply yet. The package is also not yet converted which has to be done today according to Hyderabad assisted matrimony manager, Uma Katakam. It would be great if it could be done by tomorrow.

                            Relationship manager moshin khan and his manager waseem both are not bothered after repeated escalation
                            They promise will send weekly profile but they repeat the profile rejected eben after repeated warnings plus they give profile without complete details that i think anyone can randomly pick and send you don't have to pay 20000
                            Playing with people money and time don't respond to emails worst is care. Assist email id where nobody assist

                            Plus they charged me extra money it's a month and they have not processed refund

                              After calling incessantly nearly everyday for taking the assisted matrimony service package by these people, i went ahead with it. Little did i know about the problems associated with it. Before making payment, they convinced me that they will be assigning with very experienced relationship manager but after making payment they assigned me someone else. After receiving the payment, the relationship manager nita called rarely. I had to call her to get the updates. Even after telling her on whatsapp multiple times to call me, she still doesn't take the efforts of calling. Its been 40 + days of patiently waiting for a single meeting, still no concrete steps has been taken. The reason given was that not many profiles are available for my criteria. If they knew this was going to be the problem then they shouldn't have suggested it. One time, she sent the phone numbers of the prospects to me without any information. After 3-4 days later when asked for the updates, she mentioned that she had given the prospects numbers to me for calling. Wasn't this the reason we took the service from them to set up the meeting? She was asking me to do it on my own. I would like to get refund for this as not even one single meeting was setup through this service.

                                I was unhappy with their services first day itself when asked them to refund.. I did chat with name called naveen.
                                They assured me contact [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com. They will refund you within 48 hours.

                                When i cantacted them they send me mail like below. I was expecting money refund will take place (Ticket no: bm[protected].

                                  I have been cheated by Bharat Matrimony, while chatting with one of the customer care executives of Bharat Matrimony, I was promised a cashback/discount of Rs 800 on quarterly membership of Rs 4200. When I made the payment, entire payment of Rs 4200 was deducted from my credit card, after this when I approached the customer executive again, he mentioned that Rs 800 will be credit to my credit card account. Its been 4 months that I am following up on refund of Rs 800, however the Bharat Matrimony executives just give me stereotyped responses that they are looking into it. They have never bothered to give me a timeline by which this will be resolved and are making me wait indefinitely. After a delay of 4 months, it is very clear that they do not have any intentions of returning my money back and are simply fleecing innocent customers like me. They are total frauds . Please assist in getting my money back

                                    I was assigned an rm from 12/9/17. Sumit sharma. Please refer to my email [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com wrt the same on 25/9. Your mumbai staff based in andheri (E) is horrible. Especially the sr alka who was responsible for sumit. Sumit was outright rude which was always ignored by alka when brought to her notice. Chennai complaint officials to are all talks no actions. Sumit is absent since a week and prior absence earlier too. I want a compensation for all the days lost due to sumit. I need an english speaking relationship manager by tomorrow 10am (As most girls and their parents are at home on saturday) or else refund my money.

                                      I registered myself to find a suitable life partner on bharat matrimony. But less did i realize that my life would be turned into a mess. A guy with profile id p1598633 his name is alfred vikram and he claims himself to be a resident o[censored]nited states widower with a 12 months old son basically from ludhiana dist, punjab. He told unbelievable stories and won my trust over the months. This guy is a scammer and has taken $5000 usd and has made my life miserable emotionally also i had to change all my banking info. He is not what he says he is nor does he lets his prey go away. Just be careful and be aware of whom you choose on bharat matrimony. When i called them they refused to give me any details of him. I can understand the privacy issues. But i felt that when they got to know this was a fraud profile they should have warned the customers with whom he had contacted. If that action was taken by bharat matrimony was taken it would have saved my money and also emotional involvement with this person. I am just uploading the pictures of him which i dont know for sure if he is the one but he can fool you with these pictures. So just be aware. Please girls this guy is a big scammer he can track your phone, bank account and every detail.
