We took premium subscription recently and this is the 3rd time,
We wanted to utilize the service according our caste and sub-caste, but we are getting recommendation based only on the caste. customer care executives are giving fake notes stating they will provide the branch assistance.
We are getting the services as free user not as a premium user....

Mis-selling of services amounting to causing the complainant to pay for two sites of the same company. One tamil matrimony m4385336 & muthuraja matrimony mut126013. The sites are not accessible prompting upgrade necessary. Same set of suggestions on both sites. Phone nos. Are not available creating suspicion of genuinity. Mut126529 not. Is also not viewable....

Totally unsatisfied from bharat matrimony services... Especially fake commitments by pinky madam (Delhi office) on the behalf of bharat matrimony... I didn't get any service which she (Pinky) promised me at the time of registration... Even she also gave me her no. [protected] and told "pls ring me i[censored] have any problem about bharat matrimony services"... But when i didn't get the services she promised from the bharat matrimony's official no....

My engagement was on april 3rd and today is july 19th and 15 weeks have past (107 days) - no album proof yet....

For renewal of subject profile i contacted your chennai office tel #[protected] from thane (mumbai) on 8/7 & i was told to hand over a sbi cheque to your thane office rep for rs. 2600/- for 3 months. the cheque was handed over on 8/7 morning 10 am & the rep assured that the account will activated in an hours time & he would call. t he activation was not done till the evening of 8/7, no call received from your rep (mob. I have recently registered with bharath matrimony.
I have verified my mobile number.
I get calls from customer support for offers.

But after one week of registration am unable to access my account saying that i have to subscribe for paid membership.

Please give me access to my acocunt or remove my profile information.

Before expiring my premium package i dint got any mail, call or mail from Bharat matrimonial side for Auto renewal confirmation for my package . While registering the package also Bharat Matrimony team member dint told regarding this auto renewal process for NRI.

I am registering this complaint on behalf of my friend who got a call from Bharat matrimony stating she registered in their site and asking about divorce papers completion. She is unmarried and haven't registered in her profile in that site.
The Customer care person used abusive language and mistreated her. Asked about personal information in a very rude manner. Though she declined humbly but he insisted and made 5-6 calls in the office...

We also found same fake profile on first week of june 2016. We were searching groom for my sister in law through bharat-matrimonial website.

She connected with dr. Makesh nagaraj (Fake person) and share contact numbers and family details. He talked with her nearly 15 days through whatsapp chat, he said that currently he is living and doing job in kabul. He added that his contract will complete in june...

He said lot of offer from phone and i got confirm from mail also. But after payment he is not properly response when i call for the extra offer. Its look like cheating the customer (Like 420). I raised a lot of complaint to the bharat matrimony site. But they not respond properly.

I have booked matrimony photography service for my sisters marriage, the sales person promised me that he will give me a 80 sheet album, post wedding shooting and also the edited video dvd will be provided on the spot. After getting my order thats it there is no proper response from him. Marriage held on 09.12.2015 and i didnt receive the album yet.
They didnt take the couples for post wedding shoot and also the dvd editing...
