This is one of the fraudulent service .. after 6 months package over they call and ask to change assisted service . We will search good bride .. before payment daily morning, evening they called for a payment after that no response from them . Not at all picking the call .. when ever we call simply not attending the call .. it we call from unknown no they are attending.. don't caught into there catching words and wasting money like us .....

Sales man from bharatmatrimony from delhi named Manish [protected] and his Manager Rahul Sharma [protected] had called my wife to upgrade the account to premium a/c and made false promise that will share 5 profiles for marriage proposal for my brother in law and will also make sure that personally will show profiles close to pune city only
and hence we made a payment for 3000 to upgrade our a/c
its been 4-5 days ther is nothing...

The merchant contacted me on February 2016 asking me to pay 11, 000/- INR (approx.) and agreed to pay me service for 3 months. As I was hesitant to pay, they clearly wrote in the email that "If within 45 days I don't like their service, they would provide me 3 months of service free of cost". Recently, i received an invitation from Robin Bhamhanand(A376241). The profile is exactly similar to fraud profiles under H5805589, G1232341 & many more posted in fraud section of bharat matrimony. I have been approached by Bharath matrimony telecaller last year to avail a package (package name- till you marry) where I need to pay Rs. 10000 and at the end of every year I have to pay Rs. 1000 at the end of each year for renewal. However after the end of first year, I have been approached by Bharath matrimony telecalling agents that I need to pay Rs. 6900 for renewal which was not communicated during my initial offering....

I had taken the membership for Assisted matrimony in jan 2016 wherein my contact number and email id was hacked by some hacker and I received mail regarding money laundering so you can understand how unsafe even the personalized services are . The worst was yet to come I had taken their Elite matrimony package on 20/05/2016 for 3 months which is their premium package . For Last 3-4 days all of a sudden I am not receiving the daily recommendations. I was not informed for any modification, neither I was told that any action is required from my side to get the service on a regular basis.

I registered in bharat matrimony to find out a suitable groom for my daughter sukanya (M 4396517). There was continuous follow up from the web site to upload my daughter's photo in the profile. I unloaded her photo. I paid rs.4297/- on 02.10.2016 through my master card for their service for 3 months. But on 09.10.2016 my daughter got a morphed profile photo in facebook. I got an email that my 'till u marry" is about to expire and I have to pay 6900rs to renew the membership.

I had opted for "Till u marry" package last year and was told that the renewal amount would be 1000 rupees only however now they are asking for a much higher amount than originally promised.
