Hi, i register my profile in bharthmatrimony. Aftet few days i got call from vellalar matrimony and naiyar matrimony. Sales person told me let make payment in vellalar matrimony and u can get paid membership access in both Portales. Now they are asking i paid in community portal so u cannot access member profile without pay amount bharth matriomony.

    A Bharat Matrimony agent called me and offered a 6 month premium membership for 150$ and when I paid the amount with my debit card I was charged 218$ wrongly. Then another agent called and offered Till u Marry package for 230$ and promised to refund the previously paid 218$ with in 7 working days and also sent an email confirming that including his manager on 29 November, 2016. It has been more than 7 days now, I did not get any refund and when I call or chat with their agents I was told it has been processed. Now they are not responding to my emails or chat messages and recently I raised a complaint with Bharat Matrimony with ticket number BM16067422 and when I chatted with a agent from different team he told me that the refund has not even been initiated. I am concerned about losing my money and their lack of service and responsibility. Please help.

    I can share the email from the agent about refund commitment within 7 working days if needed.

    I have not received any sort of communication from any of the teams or people from Bharat Matrimony so far but I have sent an email with the details to [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com and I did not get any response to my email so far as well. I hope someone from Bharat Matrimony responds to me soon.

      I registered in bengali matrimoni as narayan roy (B1751659) possibly six months back. From then on i used to get calls from your customer service requesting to purchase membership and i used to tell that i am not actively searching now when i will do i will purchase one. Recently, the frequency of calls surpassed all the limits and it was beyond my tolerance. Today one of the same customer support girl called me requesting the same, i already replied the same girl several times that i am not interested now. Today i just wanted it to be over and asked to delete my profile. The girl replied you can delete sir we can't. It was quite shameful and left a bad impression about your service, and the way you customer care executives are dealing with the clients are also substandard. I will never look back at your service and will never recommend anybody, such an bad experience.

      An executive from your team neethu had promised me to give 3 mths subscription along with 1 month free which comes to 4 months. But till now i havt got the extra 1mth
      Ticket is also raised but no reply. Can anyone check on it & add the 1mth to my service?

        Bharath matrimony elite services in Chennai based at Adayar is a group of house wives cheating the public by promising services and once they collect the cheque and amount goes in to their account, the hunt starts for more people to foll in the society.
        The government should ban such fraud people with big banners calling them selves providing the services by taking huge amounts.
        I have paid 56, 000 for the first time and they promised every week 2 suitable profiles, later after constant calling and pressure they gave me with great difficulty provided me with 7 profiles out of which 3 are not as per our specifications.
        By the time they communicate the 3 months period is over and they start calling asking for fresh enrollement by paying again Rs 56, 000.

        Real idiots they are, and very cool they behave, by ignoring the calls, or saying the manager not on duty and stuff like that, any one investing in Elite please check for the real success stories of them and then pay, else it is as good as going for charity, they very shamelessly will come and take money by giving false promises.
        People be aware of the con women of so called elite matrimony.

        I have made an payment towards ICICI Bank - NEFT, which has been deducted from my account and I have checked with the bank that the amount has been credited to BharatMatrimony ID, however BharatMatrimony team unable to update my account even after sharing my account statement with them.

          I Team,

          I have registered my profile in Bharath Martrimony paid service for 3 months. After it got expired it automatically got renewed with ECS from my bank account on 21Nov . I have requested them that i don't need this service and refund the amount.They said that amount has been refunded, but till date i didnt get my refund. I have called them multiple times. Sent my bank statement also. But till date they dont give a proper response .

          Please help me on the same.

            Payment was deducted twice from my account at central bank of india of rs 8, 000/- through your swipe machine on[protected] at andheri, mumbai to upgrade the id ksh275532 registered at your end. First time it (Rs 8000/-) was paid at 06:35 pm through card swipe machine in your account, your manager mrs anita kunsa said that it was rejected, and offered to pay further. So it was again paid at 06:45 :47 pm.
            My account pass book showing dedction twice of rs 8000/.
            It was informed to manager mrs anita kunsa and mr raj kewat id 31742m [protected] were informed through sms on[protected] &[protected] and it was requested to refund rs 8000/- in my account.
            Kindly verify and refund the additional amount rs.8000/-paid to you.

            I am not recieving response from Bharat Matrimony.On Phoneit also is being chased but no response in reference to refund of the additional (two times) payment got made by the administration of Bharat Matrimony (by saying that first payment was rejected) to upgrade the ID No KSH275532.Please provide the further process to be followed in reference to the complaint.             No executive is responding from Bharat Matrimony, However more than 15 days has passed . It is matter of payment of Rs 8000 /-twice, from my Bank's account, instead of one time, through your swipe machine, as your manager Mrs Anita Kunsa, said that first was rejected while upgrading the Profile No 275532 on[protected] at 6:35PM. And then again swapped Rs 8000/-at 6:45 PM. So total amount Rs 16000/- has been paid instead of Rs 8000/- to be paid to upgrade the said profile. Mr Raj Kewat, your employee with ID No31742 M has swapped the card two times of Rs 8000/each time, through swipe-machine.
            Please provide details of your process and refund the additional payment of Rs 8000/- taken by your office .An immediate response is required.

              This is one of the fraudulent service .. after 6 months package over they call and ask to change assisted service . We will search good bride .. before payment daily morning, evening they called for a payment after that no response from them . Not at all picking the call .. when ever we call simply not attending the call .. it we call from unknown no they are attending.. don't caught into there catching words and wasting money like us ..

                Sales man from bharatmatrimony from delhi named Manish [protected] and his Manager Rahul Sharma [protected] had called my wife to upgrade the account to premium a/c and made false promise that will share 5 profiles for marriage proposal for my brother in law and will also make sure that personally will show profiles close to pune city only
                and hence we made a payment for 3000 to upgrade our a/c
                its been 4-5 days ther is nothing in the peofile tried calling the sales man and the manager both phones are off when called CUSTOMER SERVICE from bharat matrimony no help whatsover very unprofessional croud my complaint was raised but was sent to delhi same sales person had called my wife to discuss and when my wife informed that we had raised a complaint he said that we have not received any complaint and also closed my complaint without my agreement, complaint number 15997267 when i called the cust service as to why they did not contact us thet said that my complaint is closed then they gave me a number for a manager in delhi who is ziyaul [protected] he said that he will look into this and will call back i gave my number and also instructed to call me and not my wife but they again contqcted my wife in half an hour and said that we cannot do anything and we ca take any steps as required then i called the same manager he said that he will do something and was asking me my password for the account i refused to the same and did not share my password as he should have an admin rights these people dealing with my complaint are very unprofessional and also give their personal number to the cuatome i have all the calls recorded with me please look into this as i have also registered a complaint to consumer law website and awaiting response from them

                ALL I NEED IS MY MONY BACK AS I AM BEEN CHEATED IF I DONT GET A SOLUTION WILL SURELY TAKE THIS TO POLICE OR SOMEWHERE HIGHER

                  The merchant contacted me on February 2016 asking me to pay 11, 000/- INR (approx.) and agreed to pay me service for 3 months. As I was hesitant to pay, they clearly wrote in the email that "If within 45 days I don't like their service, they would provide me 3 months of service free of cost". After I paid them the money I only got service for only 1 month and later when I went back to them(that too within 45 days) all they said was your relationship manager has resigned and they assigned me a new one. But in the mean time I ended up loosing 1 month of my service period and they never extended my service as they promised. I have all these details in my email. Please let me know how and where I can put up these to get the justice.

                    This is to inform you that i the guardian of matrimony id b1679974 taking a assisted matrimony package under rm rituparna das and am rohan chanda is very dissatisfy with your package and service. The above package starts from 11/8/16 under above persons but this is very unfortunate that till now not a single meeting is done.in the beginning i was taken a classic package and after that the above package but i compel to say that the assisted matrimony package service is very poor and bogus and i am very unhappy to pay more and to believe the words of the above persons.
                    Kindly close this package under these type of persons guidance because they are failure to give the promises.
                    This is a serious complain with your package and persons because i do not get any fruitful return from this package in regard of my money rs 11, 000.
                    So kindly take necessary steps as early as possible if you do not then i go for consumer forum also.

                      My id is b1856957. as discussed with your customer staff pinky at kolkata i was supposed to pay the amount rs 3500 for registration today. i told her i will be doing it through allahabad bank cheque and will drop it in the concerned bank i. e sbi. it was not possible for me to visit allahabad bank and deposit the amount in the sbi account number [protected] resulting immediate deposition. however, pinky was in hurry and insisted sending a executive at my home for convenience and receiving the money immediately. i agreed. as the cheque was ready i wrote matrimony.com (sbi a/c no. [protected])... i missed pvt ltd but when the executive came he said "ma'am ye kya likha aapne pvt limited hona chahiye, mera roz ka kaam hain", later he told to give another cheque and wrote matrimony.com... i remind you... his responsibility was to collect the vheque.. yeah with certain changes.. with our loss, another cheque had to be issued. kindly compensate the charge of one cheque which was wasted. it is not justified. hope to see your prompt action over the complain. thank you for making us upset for a happy reason "my awaited wedding bells"...

                          I am Indranil Basak and my Bharat Matrimony ID is B1820256. I am member of that organization and not satisfy with their service.
                          However, I want to attract your kind attention to a problem that the time of member ship, I had payment twice on 26.08.16 of Rs. 3300/- through Debit card and it also reflect my bank account too ( Account No.SB[protected].
                          I am also log a complain to Bharat Matrimony on 1st Nov'16 and continuous follow up with them. But not get any reply from their side. It is very hopeless to me.
                          So, It would be kind enough if you can arrange refund my excess payment as early as possible.
                          Herewith attached the my Bank statement for your reference.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I subscribed the astromatch from"bharat matrimony.com" for my account, arun (E3588466)â, in bharat matrimony website it was only aed55 (Us$15), but the payment site deducted aed246.17 from my account. Link for the payment is given below,

                            This mail, i sent on 29/10/16. But i didn't get any proper reply from bharat matrimony.com. I called their customer care number from 29/10/2016 (More than 5 times from uae) but they are promising that its under process and they will give a reply with in 24 hours. They are just giving false promises and wasting money and time by giving hopes and fake commitments and services on their website.

                            Please give me a solution for getting back the excess payment.

                              Recently, i received an invitation from Robin Bhamhanand(A376241). The profile is exactly similar to fraud profiles under H5805589, G1232341 & many more posted in fraud section of bharat matrimony. I am posting his detail which he sent me through email, his email id is [protected]@gmail.com. His phone no +44 [protected].
                              On asking his registration no. he said he doesn't understand. Then I asked him that he has done MD in Medicine then how come he is an Orthopedic Surgeon. He keeps mumb & in turn said that I am fooling around him. Pls beware of this profile. He will tell you that his fiancee was caught red-handed sleeping with his friend which broke his heart & he is in search of true love.
                              But, I also want matrimony site to verify such imposters. When so many fraudulent profile of exactly same nature is found then they must act immediately.

                                My name is Vatsalyan. I have been approached by Bharath matrimony telecaller last year to avail a package (package name- till you marry) where I need to pay Rs. 10000 and at the end of every year I have to pay Rs. 1000 at the end of each year for renewal. However after the end of first year, I have been approached by Bharath matrimony telecalling agents that I need to pay Rs. 6900 for renewal which was not communicated during my initial offering. When I had asked about the reason to pay rs.6900, I have been told that the package rates have been revised and now I need to pay Rs.6900 for renewal. And every time when I tell the same thing there is no proper response from them. They are more interested in taking the money rather than addressing the concerns of the customer.                                     I have been cheated by one of the tele caller executive of bharathmatrimony one mr. Thomas ([protected]). On october 15th i got a call from him and asked me about upgrading the profile of my brother, anand (E2967458) and informed me that there was an offer for upgrading this profile. But i replied that i do not want upgrade anand's profile and i want to upgrade another profile adarsh (E3557652) at that time. Then he told me to upgrade anand profile and after that he can transfer this to adarsh profile within 48 hours. I made the payment same day itself and even after 12 days now, the transfer is not yet done. And the person (Thomas) is not picking up the call also. I have contacted multiple offices of kerala matrimony and no one is ready to help.

                                    Now i want to transfer the the upgradation immediately to adarsh's profile. Please do needful to resolve this issue.

                                      Through Bharat Matrimoney I am serching bride for my brother when I was as a unpaid member they have shown so many profiles of my residing state chatishgarh and madhyapradesh. After as a paid membership I unable to see any profile from chtishgarh & madhyapradesh . Its means they are blocking some profile which is usefull for us. Because every member preferred first his own state or near state. Its a big cheating with every member whos the member of Bharat matrimony.
