To begin with they have a failed business model where in all their employees spend majority of their time trying to acquire new clients at any cost, In our particular case we were told there were around hundreds of profiles in their database which matches our criteria. But as soon as we paid them the money they failed to deliver with showing us only a couple of profiles and claimed that is all they have for now.As with any relationship that begins with a lie this was bound to fail since they lied to us at the very beginning.
Their business model is pathetic because once they collect the money initially they have no incentive to follow up with equivalent service, who cares marriage is a one time thing right !! But I think they ignore the members they are catering have a reputation in the society and their words carry a lot of value and by providing bad service their model is bound to fail in the long run. Instead they should instead charge half the money while registering and the other half once a match is done this might keep them motivated, as clearly money is the only incentive here !!

This review is not being written because we did not get what we were looking for but instead written because the whole experience was so bitter and unpleasant . I am sure this service has worked for a few people but with the kind of service they provide I am sure there are a lot of them left disappointed.

We availed the service at Bangalore and if possible avoid them at all cost.

Hello, I am currently staying in Singapore and opted for Paid service of Bharat Matrimony. I subscribed to Assisted service of Bharat Matrimony. In spite of being subscribed to Paid service of Assisted Matrimony, I have been charged for the Auto-Renewal of Classic Membership. This issue I have been facing for the last 9 months for the third time.
I have highlighted this issue several times, sent quite a few emails to few of the associates (Jeevan Lakhsmi, Deepak Narayanan, Praveen Kumar and Shashi Singh) but it has not worked and I have been charged three times. Please note that some how I was earlier refunded 97 SGD but still the below refunds are pending with Bharat Matrimony service. Please see below the transaction details from my credit card:

I am not able to understand why this is happening repetitively and where is the gap in the Bharat Matrimony service?
I would request you to please help to investigate and help me getting my money back after so many follow ups.

Paid rs 45000 on 23rd jan 2017 for elite matrimony after warning them (srilatha of annanagar, chennai ) about my pathetic experience with assisted matrimony. celine was my relationship manager and rashmi her boss. all three of them desrve to be sacked. not a single profile from elite was sent to me and NO RESPONSE to my mails or phone calls. my money is lying with you for over two months and NIL SERVICE and utter harassment and mental torture experienced by me. RESPOND IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I ESCALATE THE COMPLAINT.

They have renewed my membership without any notification, giving specification that it is priviledge services for our NRI customers & it was already mentioned in terms and conditions. Not every NRI customer has pockets full of money to get wasted like that, they should have informed us atleast once via call, text or mail.

Just to check the reason of active service we saw one random contact and giving that an excuse they are refunding us only 50% of amount.

The person from bharat matrimony named some prashat from [protected] &[protected] called on my no and used abusive words the company should be banned or the name and number of the person should be known this is what they are serving at cost of what **** this will take them to court as I had recording of the call. As its matrimony site person was talking vulger about mine parents and all if this is service the site should be banned and legal action should be taken as I will be going for legal consequence with this matter as the person has no right to talk this vulger way **** to this fake website noone should register and pay they are fake ****

Hi i have registered my profile on bharat matrimony . My membership was expired and i forgot to delete my account, and when i have checked my bank detail $130 was deducted from my account . when i have contacted them they said for international customer facility we have made auto renewal . i havent gave any authorization for this payment, how any one can deduct money without permission. i need suggestion please. I got an emails and calls from Bengali Matrimony that my 'till u marry" package is about to expire and I have to pay 6900rs to renew the membership for next 1 year.

When I took "Till u marry" package from the agent last year at that time it was told that the renewal amount would be 1000 rupees only. Now they are asking for a much higher amount (6900rs) than originally promised.

This is one of the worst matrimony service that i have ever withnessed. I subscribed there service for 3 months and at the time of subsrciption they didnt tell me there's an auto debit after the subscription expires.after 3 months they debited 3500 from my card without giving any kind of notification.I was literly shocked to see my card got charged and when i called the bank they said the payment was generated through bharath matrimony.The very next moment i cald the customer support and one lady said sorry for the inconvenince, we will refund the money to your card within 7 working days.Now its been 1 week and i am begging these guys to get my money back.Now they are telling me they can't issue the refund as i have utlised there services which i didn't. These guys looted my money...i am going forward to file a case at consumer court for looting my money and giving false promises to the customers. This should not happen again with another customer.

Hello Bharat matrimony team, my matrimony I'd is (H6406713). I paid Rs 21000 for assisted matrimony service for 06 months. When collecting money Bharat matrimony team (Mr Sanjay ;- [protected])they were very polite and respectable, Even used to ring us at evening without till 10;00pm on weekdays also in week end.
After paying the money I was allotted with Sunitha Ghosh ( [protected]) as my personal manager, all she did till now to send 06 profiles on every Monday to my email address and she never filled the profiles we accepted for one months, Beautiful point yes very clear instructed from here end don’t call on Sunday we won’t receive calls on Sundays, public holidays but she might forget to mention don’t ring on working days. By god grace if she picks our call we ask her what is happening all she said was we are working and told me that she is managing 25 profiles and I am not the only one that she is serving.
Now tried to approach and follow up with Mr Sanjay continuous from last 04 days all through phone got replied call is busy, then at last tried with other numbers then he picks up and confirmed I am in home town, fine after asking share his superior contact or his colleague contact to know the responses here he what he said;- We won’t share our supervisor contact Brother you are great business man definitely you deserve promotion from your Bharat matrimony. While receiving payment Mr.sanjay rings 10 times in a day continuous even sends message and rings in night and take follow up for payments a week. Great work etiquette salute you brother.
So what do you want me to do Bharat matrimony team Please suggest.

First they didn't arranged/give us proper match profile even you paid or not. They playing with candidates profile because of their target and money.
We register more than 4 times and we got nothing from 7 years. If we denied for registration they start create misunderstanding between us and matched profile. Now My sister is more than 30 years.

Also they don't verified profile, some people's are already married but their profiles are active and they looking for proposals for fun and some profiles are active because they are able to chat with girls or they are able to flirt. That's insane.

The business is running without any obstructions or we can say that the cheap business is running and destroying girls life and also families.

I signed up to bharat-matrimony, customer support girl called me to get package for 3 months with discount of 700 rs, I said ok, And on next day one man came to collect the money with card swipe machine, money git deducted from account, but still they are saying that they have not received any money, Even I am calling them every day, its been 8 days I am not getting any kind of positive reply or refund from them.

Our agency has been approached by Ms. Deepmala Sharma from Bharat Matrimony desperately during Jan.2016 to publish our advertisement on their website and after severe follow ups we trapped into their offer with a verbal guarantee to get back the value of money within 6 months of our annual payment of Rs.34, 350/- dt. 01 Feb.2016 by promoting our services else 01 year extension if not met the terms as informed. Since then we have not received any compatible enquiry of the products offered by our agency and several phone calls for REFUND of our money after then failed to yield any positive impact as promises made. The promises made by Ms. Deepmala Sharma to get our advertisement failed miserably and she started avoiding us since then.

Hi.. My name is dushyant and my profile id is H6195557, .in October month last year, I got a call from [protected] i(name I dint remember) insisting me to buy a 3 months offer and he will give me 2 months extension with this. Means 5 months service whereas the package is for 3 months. He is frequently calling me and at last I agreed to buy the offer and he promised to give 2 months extra. But as soon as payment is done. He stooped picking calls. Not replying to messages. He had given one number [protected](rakesh chawla) saying that he will extend my plan. But none of the two is picking the call or responding to the messages. Please look into this. Any queries please call to [protected].

My name sourav chakraborty, Working in Mahindra Group, my Bharat matrimony id b1787039 and last 18.1.2017 i purchased the TUM,
but when i discussed that time sales person never describe the every month only 25 numbers i can contact also he told me sir this is the best you can contact 300 number, so i purchased it but after tha when today month begain they are telling me that from 18.1.17 to 18.2.17 calculated whereas in description written that every month 25/month .
i am really surprised and shocked that the sales person and help side they sit and only fooling the memebers .
so my suggestion is never take any memebrrship from this site they are only grav your money

I have joined in your assisted service, for which, i have paid Rs.17000/-
on belief of your attractive assurances..but i am very sorry to say this
very poor and mechanical service, also not replying for mails, clearly it shows
your negligence & deficiency in your assisted service..it will leads to break the trust which we have on your service and company..

I paid rs 3100 for bharat matrimony's services and they told me that they will refund rs 100 within 12 hours.
However the refund has not been processed till now even after 20 days

The person i interacted was tabish siddiqui and he has not responded even after multiple mails

They are fooling customers by providing wrong information and promising something on mail. Strict action should be taken against such platforms

I had subscribed on Bharat matrimony and registered my brother. They provide horrible service. Most of the accounts are inactive and some of them are expired. They charged me 108 $ for 3 month service and on top auto renewed my account. When I asked for full refund customer support agreed on issuing it. And when I did a follow up call they are not willing to help me. Asking to call me when supervisor is available who is never available. US call center is pathetic, i wasted my time and money talking to them. Wanted to file a complaint about this site so nobody suffers like me. They only make harassment calls for renewing my registration. I've received call at 12 am ..
Please stay away from this site...

On 12.01.2017 i have got a call from kerala matrimony executive from [protected].I said iam not interested.I meant iam not interested in paid service but before trying to understand this she was asking me to deactivate my account.I said that iam interested in free service and iam satisfied in that.From first to last minute she was trying to convince me to deactivate my account and was talking to me very harshly.It was a very bad experience from kerala matrimony which we never expected.Request you to take necessary action.

Today Offer : - You need to pay only INR2800 for classic package 3 month and you will get the benefits of classic advantage package for 3 month worth INR5000.
As Discussed 30 days extra on your 3 month services.

But I haven't received any above mentioned benefit.

मैंने अपनी बेटी की Matrimony ID- H 5428070 (सोनी सिंह) के लिये Paid Membership 20 दिन पूर्व ली है जिसके लिए मुझे डिस्काउंट के साथ Rs.2300/- बताया व दिखाया गया था, परन्तु मुझसे धोखे से Astro Match हेतु Rs.190/- अधिक चार्ज कर लिया गया, जिसे मैंने चुना नहीं था I
इसपर मेरे द्वारा तत्काल आपत्ति करने पर मुझे उक्त धनराशि Rs.190 /-वापस करने का वादा किया गया था, परन्तु अभीतक मुझे उक्त धनराशि प्राप्त नहीं हुई है ?
