      Consumer no: 65363941. While booking for refilling of my lpg through bharat gas ivr system, found that my connection was blocked due to multiple connection. I also visited distributor-raj bharat gas agency & submitted request letter to unblock my connection as don't have any duplicate connection.
      Also complained to bharat gas smart line, complain number are 2403058 on dated 08.12.2017, 2412202 on dated 12.12.2017 & 2420565 on dated 14.12.2017. Still my problem was not resolved.

      Please help me resolving this issue.

        I am consumer of bharat gas - consumer number[protected]
        Taken gas connection in the month of april 2017. Currently my consumer has been blocked and unable to book gas. Had a complain to my agency named as
        Revathi agencies.

        It is known from them that i am having two connections in my name and that is the reason.

        I have an gas connection in kolkata and having connection from indane. My consumer number is 25633 and agency name is sonarpur gas agency.in every two to three months i am going home and while staying there i am using gas to cook my food.

        Now i am staying in hyderabad and here i have taken separate connection and i am not asking for subsidy and also not getting any subsidy.

        How can government refuse me to take second connection without subsidy.

        I have been purchasing gas in the market rate and then why this kind of harassment been faced. My family is starving now without gas. Requesting earliest action in this regard and allow me to use gas. Lift the block which wrongly imposed on me.

        My agency asking me to take gas in my wife's name and also forcing me to take commercial connection. They also have shown that still government is paying us subsidy, i do not want subsidy then why it has been paid off. If i can pay 789 rupees in my last purchase at 03/11 then i am also able to pay the minimum subsidy which government is paying.

            I was a consumer of hp gas a year ago. I transfered my gas from hp gas, budge budge, kolkata to bharat gas, kota (Transfer document no.[protected]. Yesterday when i wanted to update my address i came to know that my gas service has been blocked due to more than one connection in my name. But thats not true, i have only one connection ie. With bharat gas (Consumer no.[protected]

                I have already informed them that i work and i can receive cylinder only after 4 pm on week days or on weekends. He called me to deliver the cylinder at 12:49 pm today and i was on a call so his phone went on waiting. I called him back at 12:52 pm and he is shouting at me that why i dint receive his call! Do i not have any other work in this world.

                      Bharat petroleum petrol bunk in kodambakkam, chennai (Near uma service station), has been cheating customers regularly of their money for while now. This is how the usual scenario goes. The customer asks for rs. 100 petrol. The petrol bunk guy fills petrol for rs. 30. The customer notices and clarifies that he had asked for rs. 100. Then the employee asks the customer for one rupee change and the customer looks away. This is when the cheating happens. The petrol bunk employee does not reset the meter, and starts from rs. 30 and stops at rs. 70 (All while the customer looks away). And the customer thinks he has filled the rest rs. 70 to make it rs. 100. And he (They) makes a profit of rs. 30.

                      This has happened to me three times in the last 4 months. Imagine how many like me are being fooled. The first two times i didn't create a problem. The third time, it pissed me off and wrecked havoc. I asked him to fill for rs. 200 and filled for rs. 50 and then asked one rupee change. Who the hell asks for one rupee change in a petrol bunk. I created a scene there and let people around know of the cheating they did.

                      It is would be great if bp authorities contact me and take action against this. I am going to start bringing this up in social media and complaint to relevant authorities. This has stop.

And my cons no is 51313921, mob no [protected], sir my lpg distributor m/s mahakaleshwar bharat gas service, maksi road ujjain and i book a cylinder on 6th dec 2017 and booking no was 23695, but till date he had not delivered the cylinder, though i met him personally on 8th and 9th dec 2017, but he didnt do any thing, and same was happened in past also for which a complaint was submitted to you. Here is my request pl do the needful at earliest.

                                I received a fraudulent message from vm-bpclms saying "thanks for fuelling xxltrs diesel for rs. Xxx in xx car no. Xx at xxx in vasai.
                                The car has not gone anywhere nor have i fuelled my car.
                                My mobile number and car number are being misused by someone.
                                I have filed a fir too for the same.
                                This needs to be taken seriously and an action should be taken against it since many people are being bothered by this all over india.

                                    Bpcl Outlet pump durg town c.G. (bhilai motors tempo ) is not providing any facility to any parson. There is no toilet facility for women and for children which is very unhygienic, there is also no water facility also. Government is saying and leading to swatch Bharat abhiyaan but they are not giving any concern to this abhiyaan. [protected]

                                      My consumer no.5567. Tamil nadu, tirunelveli dist, maharaja bharat gas distributor. Gas cylinder booked on 10/11/2017 received a message order no.77229 and the cylinder not supplied till 30/11/2017 and same day i received a message from bharat gas booking that my order is cancelled and the reason for cancellation is customer request. Since i booked a cylinder why should i cancel the same. Please esquire the fact. Now i again booked the cylinder. But the delay and the wrong information should be inquired.

But till date i have not received subsidy amount in my account which details and aadhar no., i have already provided to your distributor,

                                        I mistakenly denied subsidy from app i ask agency that they told it will in after 365 days but today 625 day completed i have not received yet. Why?
