Sir / madam,
This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” or "opt out subsidy" option for my lpg connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand english words. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. 88837839. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder.     That the agency does not supply the gas cylinder even after a booking of one month.
    In every booking either they are cancelled the cylinder or supply the same after one month from the date of booking,
    I contacted number of times with the agency officials in respect of the above complaint but they never take any heeds towards my complaint.
    That the delay in making supply causes huge problems as lpg is basic necessities,
    Kindly take action against my concern.

      Meine 24/01/2018 ko cylinder ke liye booking kiya tha. Jiska booking no. 73543 hai. Or cylinder abhi tak deliver nahi hua hai. Mei par day regularly phone karta hu ki cylinder kab ayega or shakuntla bharat gas agency wale roj kahte hai ki 2-3 hours aapka cylinder aa jaye ga lekin cylinder abhi tak nahi aaya hai or mujhe 01/02/2018 ko cylinder delivered ka sms aaya hai lekin cylinder abhi tak nahi aaya or 2-3 din se to agency wale call bhi nahi utha rahe hai. Ye sabhi milkar cylinder black karte hai 7 din se me bahar se gas le raha hu ye sab black market ko badawa dena hai

My connection status is showing blocked from last few days and i am unable to book re-filled cylinder.in spite of repeated complaints to the toll free number as well as local distributor, nothing is done and is still lying blocked. The situation is getting worse as i have no alternative source of cooking

            I am Naveen Singh, holding LPG Bharat Gas consumer NO. 64379516,
            regd mob no. [protected] my LPG distributor is Suvidha Gas Agency, Maintenance Command Indian Air Force. Initially I was receiving LPG subsidy in my SBI account. Since last 2 times I am not receiving my LPG subsidy. After inquiry from by distributor I came to know that it is going some where else, where I am not holding account number.

            It is requested that my problem may kindly resolved at earliest.

              I was receiving the gas susidy to my corporation bank account but i closed that account. Since that i am not receiving the subsidy in my new axis bank account. I have already linked my aadhar card to my axis bank account but still i am not receiving the subsidy. Bank is telling me that they have already linked the aadhar card to the bank. I am not able to understand the problem.

I have verified with Bank and they confirmed that they already linked my Aadhaar to bank A/C No:[protected] . Please help me in this matter and resolve the problem.                       My consumer no. Is 52153265 with nandha gas agency, srirangam, trichy. They have not been delivering the refill in time. This has happened on many occasions and i had given complaint earlier also and got resolved. But this is continuing quite frequently. Presently they have made a cash memo no. 188893 on 20.01.2018 and sent an sms to that effect. But the refill has not been delivered till date. I had personally visited the agency twice and they promised to deliver the refill the same day. But it has not happened. Please look into this and arrange to get the refill delivered without further delay. Alternately if they find it difficult to deliver in our area then from next time onwards we may be attached with some other agency who can provide better service.

I have a lots of compliments against delivery boy n agency because they demanding extra charges for delivery of cylinder rather than actual amount of cylinder. They are not provide any bill memo of booking cylinder & if am not able to pay extra charges they're not delivered the cylinder they told me when i went to lodge the complaint into respective agency.
                        Pls. Do something n do me needful.

                        Gas leakage or regulator might be spoiled. Gas doesn't close at night and there is a gas smell at home in the morning.

                          I have checked with bank and gas distributor and both have confirmed aadhar is duly registered. They do not know reason for npci showing account inactive. They also do not give any solution.

                            Am unable to book my refill for consumer no 52260817, have visited distributor kedaria gas service at valsad. Gj on 25th jan 18 at 9.45 am. My both cylinders are empty and requested them for refill urgently but they are asking for 2 days time, first they want to send service person for checking after getting report only they will book cylinder. The concerned officer was not available at office till 10 am. Is it mandatory to get checked gas connection for refill? How much is chargeable for checking of gas connection, what is frequency? Why basic needs are blocked by agency even after request.

But still I have not yet received the subsidy amount. In this regard I have complained many times to your BPCL customer care, but not fruitful till yet.
