I was receiving the gas susidy to my corporation bank account but i closed that account. Since that i am not receiving the subsidy in my new axis bank account. I have already linked my aadhar card to my axis bank account but still i am not receiving the subsidy. Bank is telling me that they have already linked the aadhar card to the bank. I am not able to understand the problem.

    Sri Ramachandra gas agency mudaliarpet, Pondicherry, my customer number 15027, Bill date[protected], invoice number 107490, I have already registered with link with my Aadhar card my bank, I don't get a subsidy amount after purchase of the gas cylinder by the company I don't get proper answer when contacting that office and requested to help you get my money through that company thankyou

      Dear Sir, I have already linked my Aadhaar No.[protected] to SBI Bank, DEVARKADA, 509204, it is not updated in NPCI database yet. I have verified with Bank and they confirmed that they already linked my Aadhaar to bank A/C No:[protected] . Please help me in this matter and resolve the problem. But now in this time Aadhaar number inactive. TO SHOWING ON NPCI.ALSO INACTIVATE.

        My aadhar card no. I. E.[protected] and i have linked with lpg connection (Consumer id : 21671, bharatgas) with my agency (Aadhuni gas seva) as well as my bank account (State bank of india and after link adhar no in orrintal bank of commers) but till date the status shown npci not mapped aadhar no. With bank. So please check and do the needful step in this regarding.

          My consumer no. Is 52153265 with nandha gas agency, srirangam, trichy. They have not been delivering the refill in time. This has happened on many occasions and i had given complaint earlier also and got resolved. But this is continuing quite frequently. Presently they have made a cash memo no. 188893 on 20.01.2018 and sent an sms to that effect. But the refill has not been delivered till date. I had personally visited the agency twice and they promised to deliver the refill the same day. But it has not happened. Please look into this and arrange to get the refill delivered without further delay. Alternately if they find it difficult to deliver in our area then from next time onwards we may be attached with some other agency who can provide better service.

            I am nisar khan having a customer no.80230804. I have a lots of compliments against delivery boy n agency because they demanding extra charges for delivery of cylinder rather than actual amount of cylinder. They are not provide any bill memo of booking cylinder & if am not able to pay extra charges they're not delivered the cylinder they told me when i went to lodge the complaint into respective agency.
            Pls. Do something n do me needful.

            Gas leakage or regulator might be spoiled. Gas doesn't close at night and there is a gas smell at home in the morning.

              Subsidy is not credited because npci is showing aadhar inactive.
              I have checked with bank and gas distributor and both have confirmed aadhar is duly registered. They do not know reason for npci showing account inactive. They also do not give any solution.
              There is no reply on customer care no of npci.

                Dear sir

                Am unable to book my refill for consumer no 52260817, have visited distributor kedaria gas service at valsad. Gj on 25th jan 18 at 9.45 am. My both cylinders are empty and requested them for refill urgently but they are asking for 2 days time, first they want to send service person for checking after getting report only they will book cylinder. The concerned officer was not available at office till 10 am. Is it mandatory to get checked gas connection for refill? How much is chargeable for checking of gas connection, what is frequency? Why basic needs are blocked by agency even after request.

                  As advised by your customer care executives, i had visited my banker i. e. SBI & Karnatak Bank to deactivate my aadhar number & activate after 24 hours. But still I have not yet received the subsidy amount. In this regard I have complained many times to your BPCL customer care, but not fruitful till yet.

The problem is that, the subsidy is not transfer on my account last 6 months and also there is the customer care says not register my mo. No. I checked from the gas agency there is all information submitted.. But problem is not solved..

                      I am a consumer of bharat gas & my consumer number is 8552. But it has been blocked due to certain reason. I also have submitted kyc form with my aadhaar. But still now it has been blocked & i can't able to refilling my cylinder. I am facing so many difficulties for this purpose as i am a working lady. So sir i request you kindly unblock my gas connection so early as you can please.

                        Subsidy of gas cylinder is not transfered in my account and massage sen on my mobile which account number is wrong . Its' account is other person. so please subsidy tranafered in my bank account which i had submitted in agency office & bank with my aadhacard .

                              With referance previous complaint number 2159096 (https://my.ebharatgas.com/ccs/LPGWeb.faces), i was givens assurance that my subsidy issue will be closed soon, but still i am not getting subsidy in my bank account. I have talked on the provided number many times crc loni[protected] and after that no one picked my call again since 15 days or called me back. My alternate number is [protected]. I am very surpriced that i am not getting my money. Please let me know what is the exact way to solve this in this month only, otherwise i am eligible for interest on subsidy amount which should be provided by the dealer.

                              2159096 complaint was regested via "https://my.ebharatgas.com/ccs/ComplaintCreationLPG.faces" but since then i am not event able to register againa ny complaint.

                                I am having bpcl cyclinder connection in devi gas jajpur (Odisha). I am giving the detail of my sbi account number [protected] to bpcl devi gas dealer for subsidy transfer. They automatically changed my bank account after four month for subsidy transfer onthar bank jila sahkari bank raipur but not recevied subsidy. Bharat gas customer telephonic told airtel payment bank.

                                  I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.                                   I have opted OUT OF SUBSIDY by mistake through online when i was trying to join DBTL.click the wrong option by mistake, But now i want to get subsidy and join DBTL.                                     I am jagyseni swain as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.                                       I have registered and linked my aadhaar with central bank and was getting subsidy and later automatically it started going to my wife’s icici bank - prabhadevi br till march 2017. Now on inquiring with the distributor i cancelled it with icici bank as they were not willing to delink and relink the same. So i again registered with central bank - gowalia tank rd br. Mumbai 400036 but the distributor says it’s not been linked so i went again and got it first delinked and i next day it was relinked with central bank but till date the distributor says it’s not done. Now tell me where do a senior citizen run for it. It’s almost 7 times subsidy is pending. My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

Now i have changed my residential from 401, 4th fl, a-wing, pranaly park, near old petrol pump, badlapur east to 505, 5th fl, d-wing, nandraj nagri, near old petrol pump, badlapur east. It just the next wing in same apartment so please tell me me the procedure to change the address.
