Was getting subsidies till may 2017 correctly, there after it stopped. Last three subsidies not yet received. Bpcl aadhar status shows npci inactive and bank name shows hdfc instead of idbi. Also checked npci status thru mobile phone *99*99# shows my aadhar[protected] is not linked with any bank. Actually aadhar is lnked with all my bank accounts. Last done it on idbi. Sure that there is some issue with npci server and kindly request to do the nnedful to get the bpcl gas link back as it was before. Bpcl consumer number is 1176

      Dear sir my consumer no. [protected]@name mr. Akhilesh kumar tiwari. My distributor is anand gas service badarpur new delhi has been blocked by the system. I have filled up the unblocking form but still it is not unblocked. The procedure required hardley within seven days for unblocking the lpg gas connection consumer. Requested to look into the matter at the rarleast and unblocking the account at top priority case i am in deep problems for cooking food & serving love to my faimely.           Bharat gas.
          Kindly change my lpg connection to subsidy. Because i opt out of subsidy by mistake online. I had recd msg for subsidy.
          Requesting to deactivate for scroll of honour i am totally disappointed from bharat lpg concern responses.
          Plz look into the matter.

          YES. this definitely worked out. I got letter regarding this mail
          Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          With referance previous complaint number 2159096, I was givens assurance that my subsidy issue will be closed soon, but still I am not getting subsidy in my Bank account .I have talked on the provided number many times CRC LONI[protected] and after that no one picked my call again since 15 days or called me back .My alternate number is [protected] .I am very surpriced that I am not getting my money .please let me know what is the exact way to solve this in this month only, otherwise I am eligible for interest on subsidy amount which should be provided by the dealer.

          2159096 complaint was regested via "https://my.ebharatgas.com/ccs/ComplaintCreationLPG.faces" but since then I am not event able to register againa ny complaint.

            I parveen kumar from kartarpur dist. Jalandhar would like to file a complaint that gas cylinders are not been delivered to the houses. They been charging delivery money but still its not been delivered instead we have to go and pick it from the location they sit. Its been unconvinent for us because after bookin and gettting the receipt from supply station we have to go to the different location to pick it up.

                Hi,

                I applied for new lpg connection from bpcl nearest agency named (Ravi gas agency).
                I applied it on 4th oct, 2017
                I made the online payment on 6th oct, 2017
                My request id is 43311220
                My registered mobile number is [protected]
                Bpcl transaction reference number: 2334787

                While making the online payment i payed extra 50 rs charges to get my connection delivered on prefered date which was 9th oct, 2017.

                But my connection has not got delivered yet.

                I have raised multiple requests/complaints to the customer care team but everytime they just create a new request or set a reminder on existing one but they dont resolve any of the complaints.

                I even made multiple visits to the distributor. I submitted the hard copy of the documents as well to avoid any cofusion related to required documents.

                But distributor says they cant do anything for me.
                Customer care says they can jaust raise a complaint.

                In any case my query is not getting resolved and my connection is getting delayed

                Please help if possible.

                  I am shashi prakash dubey from jajpur odisha as consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy 9 oct 2017. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.                       Bpcl co. Outlet pump durg town c. G. (Bhilai motors tampo) is not providing any facility to women. There is no toilet facility for women and for children which is very unhygienic, there is also no water facility also. Government is saying and leading to swach bharat abhiyaan but they are not giving any concern to this abhiyaan.

                          In rectification of the complaint lodged on 05.10.2017 i would like to state that,
                          I am an existing customer of bharat gas under the distributor "neel jyoti" 415, bkp road, salbagan, barasat, north 24parganas, w. B. My consumer no is 79335026. Since last three month i have been harassing by the distributor to make my single cylinder connection into double cylinder connection. Ultimately on 12.09.2017 i have deposited rs.2620/= to the distributor as per their asking when they assured me that the 2nd cylinder will be delivered with in 10days. But the cylinder is till remain undelivered.in the mean time, my existing gas cylinder ended and i booked an another refill cylinder on 20.09.2017 for my use. Surprisingly on 21.09.2017 i have been intimated over phone by the distributor "neel jyoti" that as i have booked the new refill prior to obtain new double cylinder connection i have been disqualified to get the double line connection. The distributor also asked me to collect the deposited amount from his office. Further on 03.09.2017 the distributor again asked me over phone to collect the amount. It is occasionally mention here that i have not been intimated by the distributor about the restriction that no refill cylinder should be booked with in the period from 12.09.2017 to till the date of obtaining new double line connection. At present i am not getting any cylinder neither the new nor the old connection resulting which i am facing great problem. Please do the needful.

This filling station doesnot giving true amount of fuel according to money. They have been cheating to common men from 5years.                                 BPCLcompani आउटलेट पंप दुर्ग शहर छ ग भिलाई मोटर्स टैम्पो के नाम से पॉलटैक्निक कॉलेज के सामने संचालन किया जा रहा है इस साइड में बिना भवन स्ट्रक्चर के पेट्रोल सेल किया जा रहा है इस साइड मे एक्सप्लोसिव लइसेंस का नियम कानून न मानते हए इस पंप में जन सुविधा उपलब्ध नही कराई जा रही है पेट्रोल भरवाते हुए डर लगता है फायर इस्टूमेंट भी नहीं रखे है पिछले साल पावर हाउस भिलाई hp cl डीपो की घटना याद आरही है कि कितना बड़ा हादसा हो गया था

                                मै इस पंप के विषय मे कुछ और जानकारी बताना चाहता हु कि आज दिनाक ०७. १०. २०१७ को दुर्ग छेत्र के सैल्स ऑफिसर मिस्टर गजेंद्र सिंह से फ़ोन पर बातचीत हुई मेरे दवारा इस लैंड के लिए बातचीत हुई है उनके जवाब से मुझे संतुष्टि नहीं हुई है उनका कहना था कि इस लैंड का ओनर से विवाद चल रहा है मेरे दवारा इस लैंड के ओनर से मुलाकात कर जानकारी ली गई तो उनका कहना है कंपनी किरायदार थी उनके दवारा ०७ ०५ २०११ पंप मे निर्मित भवन आदि को कंपनी ने क्यों तोडा है क्या किरायदार ऐसा कर सकता है कि किराए मे ली हुई जगह मकान को किराय दार तोड़ सकता है ऐसा कोई नियम देश मे लागु नहीं है इस कारन पंप की यह दशा है लैंड ओनर से कई फोटो प्राप्त हुए है सलग्न है कंपनी ऐसी परिस्थति मे पेट्रोल सेल डीलर से करवा रही है पब्लिक से पेट्रोल की कीमत पुरी वसुल रही है मगर उनको सुविधा कुछ भी नहीं दे रही है इस कंप्लेंट की जांच होना आवश्यक है

                                  I, mohan chandra residing at hno.217a b block gali no. 8 phase 4new delhi aya nagar have 1 gas connections-16617. I have booked refill on 19 sep 2017 for your kind information i have not received till the date my refill lpg cylinder so many call to the concerned gas station named shyamji enterprises (Shop no 14, sector b-10 vasant kunj new delhi-110070) but they are not pickup the phone
                                  I hope that the concerned company will consider the matter seriously.

                                    I had booked a request for a new cylinder on 21 sep, 2017. I got first response on 26 sep, 2017 from a guy name devender.

                                    He asked me the my availability on that address & commited to deliver the gas cylinder by next morning (27 sep, 2017) but didnt.

                                    Next morning i called him again and requested to deliver the gas, he again gave me the time of next morning (28 sep, 2017) but failed again.

                                    He performed the same behavior next morning also (29sep, 2017). On 2 oct my request for gas cylinder was closed without delivery.

                                      My consumer number is 829629 name sandhya sanjeev gokhale from 24, shiv prasad soc, hari laxman apartment, panmala pune 411030 under tejaswini gas service sinhgad road pune 411030.

                                      . My bank acc no [protected] with idbi bank lokmanya nagar is linked with aadhar card no[protected] since long & last subsidy was credited on 01/12/16. I have not received subsidy after that from dec 2016.
                                      I have lodged complaint with tejaswini gas on several times but there was no response.

                                      Please credit my subsidy for gas clyders recd. Thanks n regards
