Contact no:[protected]. My delivery distance is about 3.5km from the distributor godown as i am applicable to free home delivery but delivery boy demanding 50 rs for delivering the cylinder. I am requesting you to take action against the distributor and educate them to not taking the delivery charge up to 5km distance as 2014 guidelines.

      With customer care). Safety of customers put at risk without any regards by bpcl employees.

      Incident details:

      Empty tank on highway with closest petrol pump being bharat petroleum - babubhai petrol pump. Thane (W).
      Approached them with a empty can available (Veedol 4t 1 litre engine oil plastic can).
      Executive at the pump refused to provide petrol stating that it against the rule. (Funny part being 3 days back i filled

      Petrol in the same can due to a similar issue and the executive had no reservations and provided fuel in the can)
      On probing further to understand the policy details on whether dispensation is allowed in any other forms of storage

      Containers and whether the same is appicable to both petrol and diesel. Following is the verbatim from the executive

        I called up sunil gas agency (Bhandup west) at 16:50 today to report about gas leakage at my home, they advised me to switch off the regulator and informed that one of the staff will come to get it checked within 1.5 hours however no one has come till now and when i called again to check the where abouts of the staff no one is answering the call.in spite of knowing the complexity of the issue sunil gas agency bhandup (West) displayed a casual attitude

            Subsidy of my gas connection was taken back accidentally from me. I want my pending money back and to restart my subsidy. I am attaching my detail in the attached photo. I am not in the condition to give up my subsidy because poorest of poor like me cannot afford this. I am not given my subsidy for last one year. I was pretty sure that i will be given my subsidy into my account so i neither disturb bank official nor gas agency staff. This problem was faced by some of my colleagues also who told me and i checked it. This step of giving up is not a voluntary from my side. I am also spending 100 rupees on this application. Please have some pity on me.

              I am a cousumer of lpg gas. My register mobile number is [protected] and id is[protected] and my distrubuter name is debdutta gas agency in burdwan. I submit gas refilling request on 14.12.2017 and my bill also raised but still now i am not received my delivery. When i call on[protected], no respose. I call on [protected] and found wrong number.
              I have no time to meet at office as i am a service holder in a private company.
              So, please look after the above said matter and solve my problem as early as possible.

                By mistake i opted out domestic lpg gas subsidy through android app. Please re opt my domestic gas cylinder subsidy. My consumer no. Is 13027 and my registered mobile no. Is [protected], my distributor is ravinder interprises phase-3b2 mohali. There is no option to re opt subsidy in android app or kindly update your android app so that if any body opt out this option by mistake, he can re avail the subsidy or please suggest how can i re opt subsidy.

I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl.                         I have booked the refile cylinder, your company delivery boy come to my home & those cylinder he deliver to me that cylinder not completely full, in that cylinder 1.5 kg gas is less & he pressure me accept that cylinder, when i was refused too accept that 1.5 kg less cylinder he promise me he bring next day full gas cylinder but he didn't bring the cylinder but cancel the my refile cylinder request, it mean either i accept the 1.5 kg less gas cylinder or if am not accept the cylinder he will cancel the my refile reuest, apart of that am going two times milind gas agency & complaint her delivey boy but agency not taken a necessary step her delivery boy name is mr.                               मैने अपने एलपीजी सब्सिडी की राषि बैंक एकाउंट में भुगतान करने हेतु आधार नम्बर दिया था। लेकिन मुझे दिनांक 08.11.2017 तक की सब्सिडी की राषि प्राप्त नही हुई। इस पर मेरे द्वारा भारत पेट्रोलियम हेल्प लाईन में बात की गई तो पता चला की मेरा आधार नम्बर बैंक एकाउंट से सीडेड नही है। एनपीसीआई द्वारा दिनांक 10.11.2017 को किया गया है। जबकी मेरा आधारा बैंक एकाउंट से वर्ष 2014 से लिंक है।

                              मुझे यह बताऐ की मेरा आधार नम्बर एनपीसीआई द्वारा किस दिनांक को बैंक एकाउंट से सीडेड किया गया है। और मुझे दिनांक 08.11.2017 तक एलपीजी सब्सिडी का भुगतान क्यों नही किया गया है।

                                      Consumer no: 65363941. While booking for refilling of my lpg through bharat gas ivr system, found that my connection was blocked due to multiple connection. I also visited distributor-raj bharat gas agency & submitted request letter to unblock my connection as don't have any duplicate connection.
                                      Also complained to bharat gas smart line, complain number are 2403058 on dated 08.12.2017, 2412202 on dated 12.12.2017 & 2420565 on dated 14.12.2017. Still my problem was not resolved.

                                      Please help me resolving this issue.

                                        I am consumer of bharat gas - consumer number[protected]
                                        Taken gas connection in the month of april 2017. Currently my consumer has been blocked and unable to book gas. Had a complain to my agency named as
                                        Revathi agencies.

                                        It is known from them that i am having two connections in my name and that is the reason.

                                        I have an gas connection in kolkata and having connection from indane. My consumer number is 25633 and agency name is sonarpur gas agency.in every two to three months i am going home and while staying there i am using gas to cook my food.

                                        Now i am staying in hyderabad and here i have taken separate connection and i am not asking for subsidy and also not getting any subsidy.

                                        How can government refuse me to take second connection without subsidy.

                                        I have been purchasing gas in the market rate and then why this kind of harassment been faced. My family is starving now without gas. Requesting earliest action in this regard and allow me to use gas. Lift the block which wrongly imposed on me.

                                        My agency asking me to take gas in my wife's name and also forcing me to take commercial connection. They also have shown that still government is paying us subsidy, i do not want subsidy then why it has been paid off. If i can pay 789 rupees in my last purchase at 03/11 then i am also able to pay the minimum subsidy which government is paying.
