On 21.12.17, i have received a message that "dear consumer your lpg subsidy of rs.261.38 failed, kindly provide your bank and aadhaar details to your distributor also link your aadhar to your bank account" against my gas booking on 17.12.17

Earlier also on 19.11.17, i had got a message that "transfer of subsidy of rs 254.88 for lpg cylinder supplied vide cash memo no 152967 has failed. For details please contact [protected]".

It is here to be noted that i have given my aadhar card to link in bank as well as the distributor for 3 times, but till yet i can not received my subsidy for two times.

Lastly request you please do the needful for an early payment of the subsidy amount to any account of mine.

As advised by BPCL customer care executives, i had visited my two bankers i. e. Karnatak Bank & State Bank of India to deactivate then activate after 24 hours, but still my subsidy amount is not yet received.

There is a defect in the mouth of the cylinder and there delivery boy has advised to get it replaced and even though we have made several requests since saturday 30.12.17 your distributor has not cared to our compliant and we have to suffer.             Dear sir / madam
            I applied for new bharat gas connection form daily need agency in dhanbad on dated 29/11/2017. Request no:[protected].
            He rejected my new connection due to old stove. But field supervisor told me the is ok right now.

            Again i applied dated 27/12/2017 for the same with stove which is the cost of rs 1900 /. Which request no:[protected]

            Now he pressurize me that he give me a new connection but must by a new stove which is the cost of near about rs 3000 / & some other charges along with. Otherwise he can't give me new connection.

            I am ready to pay all online charges for a new connection else not.

My delivery distance is about 3.5km from the distributor godown as i am applicable to free home delivery but delivery boy demanding 50 rs for delivering the cylinder. I am requesting you to take action against the distributor and educate them to not taking the delivery charge up to 5km distance as 2014 guidelines.

                  Plastic and tin cans observed at bharat petroleum - babubhai petrol pump. Thane (W) complaint number : 2462077 (Submitted

                  With customer care). Safety of customers put at risk without any regards by bpcl employees.

                  Incident details:

                  Empty tank on highway with closest petrol pump being bharat petroleum - babubhai petrol pump. Thane (W).
                  Approached them with a empty can available (Veedol 4t 1 litre engine oil plastic can).
                  Executive at the pump refused to provide petrol stating that it against the rule. (Funny part being 3 days back i filled

                  Petrol in the same can due to a similar issue and the executive had no reservations and provided fuel in the can)
                  On probing further to understand the policy details on whether dispensation is allowed in any other forms of storage

                  Containers and whether the same is appicable to both petrol and diesel. Following is the verbatim from the executive
                  "we will give diesel in any type of containers and the quantity does not matter. Petrol will be provided only in tin cans and

                  Not in any type of plastic containers". As i had filled petrol in the very same can a couple of days ago i further checked

                  How the same was provided if there were such rules in place? The executive just started behaving rudely and told me to go

                  Away without offering any help in my situation. (Stranded with no fuel and being almost 21:00 hrs all other pumps in the

                  Surrounding area were about to close down as well.)

                  I was on my way back to my bike trying to figure out how to get my problem solved when i happened to meet an acquintance from

                  The vicinity and i shared my issue with him. He quicly took the very same can and went to the petrol pump and they provided

                  Him with petrol no questions asked which left in a state of disgust and shock)

                  I asked myself whether it really mattered about the excuse i provided at the time would have produced different results. I

                  However decided to stick with the truth and told the executive my problem with being stranded on the highway with no fuel.

                  One more incident that comes to my mnd as i was drafting this email where there were atleast 5 gallons in the boot of a muv

                  Being filled with diesel from the same pump approximately 2 weeks back while i was at the pump filling petrol.
                  In my telephonic conversation while registering my complaint with bpcl i came to learn from the customer care representative

                  That any kind of dispensation be it petrol or diesel in any type of containers was strictly prohibited.

                  As a loyal customer who always visits bpcl pumps as as the level of service and integrity has always been flawless, this was

                  A really bad example set by one of its pumps. I feel its a matter of grave concern that the rules are not the same for

                  Everyone in matters concerning safety of customers and citizens. (I was denied fuel in a can whereas a local resident was

                  Provided the same)

                  Awaiting action initiated towards the pump in question. Will keep this dialogue box updated as soon as i hear from the

                  Executive looking into my complaint.

                    I called up sunil gas agency (Bhandup west) at 16:50 today to report about gas leakage at my home, they advised me to switch off the regulator and informed that one of the staff will come to get it checked within 1.5 hours however no one has come till now and when i called again to check the where abouts of the staff no one is answering the call.in spite of knowing the complexity of the issue sunil gas agency bhandup (West) displayed a casual attitude

                        Subsidy of my gas connection was taken back accidentally from me. I want my pending money back and to restart my subsidy. I am attaching my detail in the attached photo. I am not in the condition to give up my subsidy because poorest of poor like me cannot afford this. I am not given my subsidy for last one year. I was pretty sure that i will be given my subsidy into my account so i neither disturb bank official nor gas agency staff. This problem was faced by some of my colleagues also who told me and i checked it. This step of giving up is not a voluntary from my side. I am also spending 100 rupees on this application. Please have some pity on me.

I submit gas refilling request on 14.12.2017 and my bill also raised but still now i am not received my delivery. When i call on[protected], no respose. I call on [protected] and found wrong number.
                          I have no time to meet at office as i am a service holder in a private company.

                            By mistake i opted out domestic lpg gas subsidy through android app. Please re opt my domestic gas cylinder subsidy. My consumer no. Is 13027 and my registered mobile no. Is [protected], my distributor is ravinder interprises phase-3b2 mohali. There is no option to re opt subsidy in android app or kindly update your android app so that if any body opt out this option by mistake, he can re avail the subsidy or please suggest how can i re opt subsidy.

But according to ncpi aadhaar linking status in bank (As per ncpi : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many so many in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my bank account and its not updated from ncpi and how i know the status of this bank person given the aadhaar linking receipt with my bank account.                                     I have booked the refile cylinder, your company delivery boy come to my home & those cylinder he deliver to me that cylinder not completely full, in that cylinder 1.5 kg gas is less & he pressure me accept that cylinder, when i was refused too accept that 1.5 kg less cylinder he promise me he bring next day full gas cylinder but he didn't bring the cylinder but cancel the my refile cylinder request, it mean either i accept the 1.5 kg less gas cylinder or if am not accept the cylinder he will cancel the my refile reuest, apart of that am going two times milind gas agency & complaint her delivey boy but agency not taken a necessary step her delivery boy name is mr.
