Dear Sir/Madam, My Consumer No.[protected]@satendra kumar, India has been blocked by the system as i was not refilling the connection since December 2017 as I was out of the country. I have filled up the unblocking form for on December 2017, but still as on date of Jan 2018, it is not unblocked. The procedure requires hardly one week for unblocking the LPG GAS Connection Consumers. Requested to look into the matter at the earliest. and unblock the account at top priority cause i am in deep problem for cooking food and serving love to my family.

      Hello team,
      My name is anishkuamr g s and i have booked to refill my bp gas cylinder couple of times (Recent refill number is 5287) in last 30 days. I haven't received the cylinder yet and there is no response from the dealer (Poorna gas agency, udiyankulangara, neyyattinkara, trivandrum, kerala). This is the second time dealer is doing the same to me and this is not acceptable. I am running out of gas now and this will force me to switch the provider. Please take quick action and revert me on this. I forgot my consumer number as i am at my office now and my registered mobile number is [protected]

        Hello,
        I am from noida and my distributor name is pawan bharat gas sector 73, noida.
        I have booked my cylinder three days ago. I took proper followup with the agency but still they are not able to provide service, i am a working girl i am in able to take leaves every day because every time they told me that we will relieved your cylinder today. Second thing is that their staff misbehave every time when i asked them about my cylinder delivery.

          Sir,
          I am very sorry to say but from 14.10.17 to till date it is more than 2 months the incident of defective lpg gas cylinder explosion was happened at above mentioned address. My wife with two children was not only suffered physical injury but mental shock and agony including myself. Your representative sri hrishikesh sarkar was previously in touch with us but now we are in totally dark about what is going on from your side regarding compensation. So i request you to take necessary action as early as possible to arrange a reliable compensation. Supporting document attached here with it.

              I am Bharat gas consumer with lpg I'd =[protected]. I am unable to get my subsidy in my SBI bank account. My dealer said that your Aadhar is inactive with npci database but my that bank account of SBI is already linked with Aadhar but I am not getting my subsidy in my account. Please update my Aadhar on npci database as soon as possible.I have a message from npci on date 17 December 2017 that your Aadhar is found in active.I have also contacted bank with my Aadhar almost 3 times to get this problem resolved but it is still not resolved.

                  I had booked for a cylinder 2 week ago. Its more than 15 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date i made more than 18 calls to the c p gas (Daman) g-5, sai niwas a – wing sai krupa 4 mashal chowk nani daman 396210 and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever i make a call, i get the answer "it will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

                  Please solve my problem shortly.

                    My father has two accounts in bank of india. The pension and lpg subsidy were transferred to one single account. Lately the lpg subsidy transfer failed. Bank says adhaar is linked. Lpg people say that pension account cannot be used for subsidy transfer. They say to open account in different bank.
                    If we are forced to open multiple accounts then what is the use of centralizing the adhaar.

                      Cylinders, but using as additional cylinders. Last year local branch contacted me and informed
                      That only one connection is permitted for one person. Hence second connection converted to
                      My wife name. We are only two persons, my son living other places. I want to transfer my
                      Connection to my son. But it is not possible. Even surrender regulator to be given. But it was

                          यह शिकायत दुर्ग छ ग की सिमा मे भारत पेट्रोलियम कंपनी लि.की आर ओ साइड आउटलेट पंप भिलाई मोटर्स टेम्पो दुर्ग छ ग शहर के बाबत है इस पंप साइड में बिना भवन शेड एवं बाउंड्रीवाल के पेट्रोल बेचा जा रहा है यह पंप भाटिया फर्नीचर के बाजु मे है इस पंप के डीलर दवारा गत कई वर्ष से पेट्रोलियम एंड सेफ्टी ओर्गनइजेशन (PESO) co.के नियमो को नहीं मानते हुए नियमो का पालन डीलर या कंपनी नहीं कर रही है पंप के आजु बाजु मे फर्नीचर दुकान एवं ऑटोसेल शॉप टी वी एस कंपनी की चल रही है हमेसा भय बना रहता है एवं पंप साइड से पांच कदम पर जगलात ऊगा हुआ है जो की आग लगने का इस साइड में मुख्य कारण बन सकते है सफाई व्यस्था का कोई इंतजाम नही है स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के तहत इस पंप साइड में टॉयलेट की भी व्यस्था नही है इतनी खामिया है पेट्रोल कंपनी भी डीलर के साथ मिलीभगत कर डीलर को पेट्रोल प्रोवाईड करवा रही है

My connection is blocked view adhaar card of last connection was not delinked from sanjay enterprise in visakhapatnam. After giving reminder they have delinked my adhaar no as they have told me

                                      On 21.12.17, i have received a message that "dear consumer your lpg subsidy of rs.261.38 failed, kindly provide your bank and aadhaar details to your distributor also link your aadhar to your bank account" against my gas booking on 17.12.17

                                      Earlier also on 19.11.17, i had got a message that "transfer of subsidy of rs 254.88 for lpg cylinder supplied vide cash memo no 152967 has failed. For details please contact [protected]".

                                      It is here to be noted that i have given my aadhar card to link in bank as well as the distributor for 3 times, but till yet i can not received my subsidy for two times.

                                      Lastly request you please do the needful for an early payment of the subsidy amount to any account of mine.

                                      As advised by BPCL customer care executives, i had visited my two bankers i. e. Karnatak Bank & State Bank of India to deactivate then activate after 24 hours, but still my subsidy amount is not yet received.
