Bhim App — bhim app transaction successful but payment not gone in receiver account

I send 1000 rupees from my bhim app to my fathers account said transaction is successful... But payment not comes in my fathers account...
My transaction id is[protected]
Date of transaction is 14/7/19
Time 16:29:36
From my account amount debited but not credit in receiver account...
Please find the issue and give me refund of my amount or payment send to receiver account

If iam transaction by bhim so show always number of pin exceed for the transaction. always show this issue . if i use any other app like paytm, phone pay, Gpay is attach with bhim their is also show same problms. iam many time complain to bank and many time mark mail, but not solve problem yet,

I'm Ramsahay Gupta..
On 07 July of 2019 I had transfer amount rs 2000 from my corporation Bank to bank of Baroda.. Account holder name-sunita Devi vishwakarma.account no-[protected].
Ifsc code-BARB0KOIREE.
And now the prblm is that the receiver is saying I didn't have received any from u. ..
Solve my problems as soon as possible..

I am serching shein online shoping app customer number then i found this number [protected] then he send me a link and creat bhim app and transferd money via upi 15000 from icici bank on 15 jan then i blocked my icici bank account after that he transferd money 36382 from pnb bank please help me i complained in police station.
