I ordered the grocery and it gave delivery slot for Saturday night. Obviously I needed it Sunday morning urgently so relied on big basket and ordered it. Saturday night they changed the delivery time to 11 am - 2 pm. I requested customer service that I need it urgently and I would have have gone in the night to buy the grocery if I knew u r not going to deliver on time. In stead of taking my request they changed the delivery time to 6pm.- 9 pm. Till 9 pm they didn't deliver the order. 9:30 pm only once delivery boy called for a second, my phone was waiting and he changed my delivery slot for next day.
I need explanation from big basket team.
1) why my delivery slot was changed and if it was changed why it was not informed me before time. Who will be responsible for spoiling my day without grocery on new year?
2) whether big basket team don't have address of delivery place? If someone is in washroom, in meeting or missed the call, you don't deliver the grocery? Even though you reach after your te slot, customer is supposed to keep the phone in their hand and waiting for your call?
I demand compensation from Big basket for Rs 5000 for putting me on hold for more than 24 hours. Was this information helpful? |
