Negative wallet balance -57

My Wallet balance is shown in negative amounting to rupees -57. How is this possible, I have never even placed an order from this account. This is complete fraud, what if a person orders and does not realise that there is a hidden amount automatically added to the bill. There is no explanation for this charge at all...

Negative wallet balance

I have a negative wallet balance, this is complete fraud. What if an old person orders and does not realise that there is this hidden fees automatically added to the bill. My Wallet balance is -57. I have never placed an order with this account, there is no explanation for this amount at all....

Account deactivate to hide their own illegal practice

They have deactivated my accounts multiple times as i report their malpractices and misbehaviour time to time . They have held almost 1500 rs of mine till now and deactivated my accounts to hide that they deliver expire products. Their delivery guy misbehaviour and rude vulgar attitude. Pl help us we are fed up....

Unable to order

I am a regular customer of big basket but for last ten days I am unable to order because when after selecting the products I click on the basket then an icon comes up saying ‘Oops something went wrong.’I have been so much troubled and disgusted.I complained to the grievance Officer also.He called and listened to the problem and promised to look into it but nothing happened.Si do something fast otherwise you will lose a loyal customer.br...

Account Deactivated withOut Valid Reason

Leaking consumer data

I am getting phone calls from random numbers claiming that bigbasket is providing them with their customer's numbers regarding random scam schemes.
I would like to know the accountability of bigbasket leaking sensitive information of their customers to scammers....

Delivery executive refused to give the order as he didn't hv change, mine gpay was not working at that day, he told he will come later on but he cancelled my order without informing me I received a call from cc I explained them the incident they told I will get my order but haven't received any info from last 3-4days...

Banana leaves of poor quality given everytime

I took a subscription of banana leaves every alternate day. They provided very poor quality leaves 80% of time. They refunded the amount 2-3 times and after that they said they cannot refund any more. I needed the banana leaves, so had to arrange locally . This is really poor service from a company owned by TATA group....

Harrassing me and didn't delivered products

Misleading Fraud and Cheating Services

Bigbasket came with false Misleading offers at our Optimum Rose apt, one Mr.Dhiraj[protected] misleaded with offers and hidden agenda of cheating residents and post transfer of wallet amount neither he is able to deliver nor responding for the calls. Everyday i am getting delivery message without order delivery and deduction of amount from wallet. with this experience we feel bigbasket is fraud and misleading innocent costomers beware of this...
