I ordered big basket on 30th jan 2023 rs4432.63 amount with transction number EXN [protected][protected] WHERE 5kg kolam rice included. The rice unable to eat to my family members including kids.

Request to have a look on this . I feel cheated as i paid full amount of kolam rice.

    1. It is very regretfully observed that whenever we lodge complaint to Bigbasket related to any grievance in the matter of any of our orders, they do not ever respond.
    2. Our three emails are still pending without any reply though a substantial period head ellipsed but Bigbasket did not care to respond back for proper redressal.
    3. Such an attitude is totally against the consumer protection act and offensive as it goes against the interest of consumers, causing them hell of the trauma and waste of time.
    4. It is further regretful to note that bigbasket does not provide any toll free number.why?
    5. Every online shopping centre, selling their products on net, always provides toll free number for customers to contact them easily and freely. Non providing such a number makes customers beer all the costs to speak to their customer care people for any grievance they have against their supplied product. A totally wrong and illegal strategy by Bigbasket to discourage consumers to lodge their complaints.
    6. When they sell their product under COD, cash on delivery, their duty is to send their delivery man with proper change. They cannot expect if the bill amount is ₹ 678, the demand 78 change but they do not carry ₹ 22 change with their delivery people, causing dispute at the time of delivery.
    7. All such anti consumer policy aur highly condemnable.

    Big basket has already have our mobile number but still they ask. So what does it prove?Their malafide Intention to make everybody fool to avoid they are liability of doing business which fair trade practice. Our mobile number is 989211 ye 6592.

          On 25th Jan 23 I had placed an order for Birriyas tofu and brown chana. The rate mentioned on website for tofu was Rs 55 but I was charged Rs 99 plus delivery charges. Similarly for brown chana the rate mentioned is Rs185 for two kgs but I was billed Rs 140 for ONE Kg plus delivery charges.
          I tried to speak to your helpline number[protected] at 9.16 pm but the person was rude and disconnected the call.
          It is extremely shameful for a company which carries TATA name.
          Please clarify and refund me the amount if any.
          It will be most appropriate to trace out the person who attended my call and rudely disconnected and take punitive action/

                    was delivered to Villa No C33 instead of B33 yesterday. How can the delivery person deliver without checking. I contacted customer care on call and chat. No response from them .                       My Bigbasket account has been deactivated since a month now. I contacted customer care regarding same, they asked me to write an email. I then first wrote email to [protected]@bigbasket.com on 5th December 2022, asking them to either reactivate my account or to refund the money that was in my bigbasket wallet to its original source.

                      After a week, when I did not get a proper response, I sent an email again on 17th December 2022. They still haven't told be about the further process for reactivation or about the refund.

                      If the issue was make on my part, I would like to know about it and apologize for the same. But please either reactivate my account or refund back my money.

                          Delivery of product

                          I ordered the grocery and it gave delivery slot for Saturday night. Obviously I needed it Sunday morning urgently so relied on big basket and ordered it. Saturday night they changed the delivery time to 11 am - 2 pm. I requested customer service that I need it urgently and I would have have gone in the night to buy the grocery if I knew u r not going to deliver on time. In stead of taking my request they changed the delivery time to 6pm.-...

                          My BigBasket account is has been deactivated for more than 20 days now. I don't know the reason for the deactivation of my account.

                          I first sent the email regarding this to [protected]@bigbasket.com on 5th December 2022 and asked them to either activate my account or to refund the amount that was in my wallet. But my issue hasn't been resolved yet. So I sent an email again on 17th December 2022 but still no reply to why my account has been deactivated or about the money in my wallet.

                          If there was an issue from my side, I would like to know about it and apologize for the same. I would also like to get back my money.

                            Grocery expired product delivered

                            Most of the products which received today 1 or 2 months old stock for products only expiry date 3 or 4 months. 1 product already expired and past 15 days, but they sent. I don't know how they checking quality and expiry dates before sending to customer. Really, they playing games with customer health in name of Tata group trust....

                            As I generally order in bulk for 2-3 months and I don’t own a shop I order it for personal uses.
                            I got a call from big basket executive that I don’t register my account in commercial I can’t order in this much bulk so they inactivated my account.

                            I would like to know how can I again start ordering like I did before.
                            Cause I m doing it from 2-3 years and nothing like this happened before.

                              My Wallet balance is shown in negative amounting to rupees -57. How is this possible, I have never even placed an order from this account. This is complete fraud, what if a person orders and does not realise that there is a hidden amount automatically added to the bill. There is no explanation for this charge at all

                                I have a negative wallet balance, this is complete fraud. What if an old person orders and does not realise that there is this hidden fees automatically added to the bill. My Wallet balance is -57.                                   They have deactivated my accounts multiple times as i report their malpractices and misbehaviour time to time . They have held almost 1500 rs of mine till now and deactivated my accounts to hide that they deliver expire products. Their delivery guy misbehaviour and rude vulgar attitude.
