        I am the customer for BigBasket for almost 2 years.I am using the service very actively. But when on November 2022 i opened My App to order it shows my account has been inactivated and i need to reach out to Customer Care.         was delivered to Villa No C33 instead of B33 yesterday. How can the delivery person deliver without checking. I contacted customer care on call and chat. No response from them . They said they call back. But no call received si far. Very worst experience. We are the regular customer for you

          My Bigbasket account has been deactivated since a month now. I contacted customer care regarding same, they asked me to write an email. I then first wrote email to [protected]@bigbasket.com on 5th December 2022, asking them to either reactivate my account or to refund the money that was in my bigbasket wallet to its original source.

          After a week, when I did not get a proper response, I sent an email again on 17th December 2022. They still haven't told be about the further process for reactivation or about the refund.

          If the issue was make on my part, I would like to know about it and apologize for the same. But please either reactivate my account or refund back my money.

              Delivery of product

              I ordered the grocery and it gave delivery slot for Saturday night. Obviously I needed it Sunday morning urgently so relied on big basket and ordered it. Saturday night they changed the delivery time to 11 am - 2 pm. I requested customer service that I need it urgently and I would have have gone in the night to buy the grocery if I knew u r not going to deliver on time. In stead of taking my request they changed the delivery time to 6pm.-...

              My BigBasket account is has been deactivated for more than 20 days now. I don't know the reason for the deactivation of my account.

              I first sent the email regarding this to [protected]@bigbasket.com on 5th December 2022 and asked them to either activate my account or to refund the amount that was in my wallet. But my issue hasn't been resolved yet. So I sent an email again on 17th December 2022 but still no reply to why my account has been deactivated or about the money in my wallet.

              If there was an issue from my side, I would like to know about it and apologize for the same. I would also like to get back my money.

                Grocery expired product delivered

                Most of the products which received today 1 or 2 months old stock for products only expiry date 3 or 4 months. 1 product already expired and past 15 days, but they sent. I don't know how they checking quality and expiry dates before sending to customer. Really, they playing games with customer health in name of Tata group trust....

                As I generally order in bulk for 2-3 months and I don’t own a shop I order it for personal uses.
                I got a call from big basket executive that I don’t register my account in commercial I can’t order in this much bulk so they inactivated my account.

                I would like to know how can I again start ordering like I did before.
                Cause I m doing it from 2-3 years and nothing like this happened before.

                  My Wallet balance is shown in negative amounting to rupees -57. How is this possible, I have never even placed an order from this account. This is complete fraud, what if a person orders and does not realise that there is a hidden amount automatically added to the bill. There is no explanation for this charge at all

                    I have a negative wallet balance, this is complete fraud. What if an old person orders and does not realise that there is this hidden fees automatically added to the bill. My Wallet balance is -57. I have never placed an order with this account, there is no explanation for this amount at all.

                      They have deactivated my accounts multiple times as i report their malpractices and misbehaviour time to time . They have held almost 1500 rs of mine till now and deactivated my accounts to hide that they deliver expire products. Their delivery guy misbehaviour and rude vulgar attitude. Pl help us we are fed up.

                          I am a regular customer of big basket but for last ten days I am unable to order because when after selecting the products I click on the basket then an icon comes up saying ‘Oops something went wrong.’I have been so much troubled and disgusted.I complained to the grievance Officer also.He called and listened to the problem and promised to look into it but nothing happened.Si do something fast otherwise you will lose a loyal customer.

                            I am the customer for BigBasket for almost 6 months.I am using the service very actively. But when on 3 Dec 2022 i opened My App to order it shows my account has been inactivated and i need to reach out to Customer Care. When call Customer Care they said don't know reason and asked me to contact [protected]@bigbasket.com. When i dropped mail they responded back after 5 hours stating that "We would like to inform you that as per the update from the fraud-prevention team, we noticed that the account was deactivated for misusing promotional offer the Bigbasket policies and the same cannot be activated".
                            This is really rediculous. On what justification the team says that i am misusing my account and even without prior notice team simply inactivated accout
                            I said that the executive 27 nov 2022 your app is not working properly or technical error due to I ordered only one time but due to erroe multiple time means 3 times amount are deducted next day bigbasket accept and send me mail and they accept due to erroe or conflict the order so all orders are cancelled. But after this 8 days no money was received or refunded . And Today 3 dec 2022 bigbasket deactivate my account this very harras to me. How can happened this behave to a customer
                            Because this mistake is bigbasket and they blaim me
                            I again request to plz activate my account [protected].
                            Other wise I post this the social media and request to all my near and dear to bycot the bigbasket. And I file the defamtion of individual court case due to my reputation in society

                                  Delivery executive refused to give the order as he didn't hv change, mine gpay was not working at that day, he told he will come later on but he cancelled my order without informing me I received a call from cc I explained them the incident they told I will get my order but haven't received any info from last 3-4days
