Dear sir/ madam,

I had ordered some food items but my food items was not delivered on time also no one provided correct information about delivery time.

I called them several times but no one provided correct information.

Also registered a complaint for the same

Kindly make some arrangements so that big basket does not cheat other customers also big basket should pay penalties to the customers for the delays.

I facing issues on daily basis. some times items are missing or wrong items delivered and now milk is not delivered for 2 days.

I am highly disappointed with your services and need solution immediately.

Services were good for initial months from Nov -Dec. For last months issues are increasing day by day. very unprofessional behaviors.
