Hi i have recieved my order today and my bill was rs.2172 but the deliver boy collected rs.2182 so i said to call and find out why they are charging more than the bill amount but he didnt make a call and he hurried me up to pay extra saying his phone shows that, but he was reluntant to show that amount on his phone. I'm making this complaint because big basket should not cheat customers by collecting extra amount this way. I want big basket to reply to this and take action because this can happen in future and amount will change from rs.10 to 100 also.

    On 3 february 2019 i placed an order of some grocery items on the online grocery shop of bigbasket company on website www.bigbasket.com. i was requested to make payment for the same using online mode or cash on delivery mode. I chose to pay by online mode so i opted for internet banking from online payment mode using state bank of india internet banking. The site was redirected to payment gate way of sbi where i put my credentials and i got massage from sbi for otp i followed the procedure and i got massage from the bank that your transaction with bigbasket is succeful with reference no. [protected]igafi ehwv9 transfer to 459 with transaction amount of rupees 627.00. The page was again redirected to the website of bigbasket where i saw the massage that your transaction is failed. And i was again requested to make the payment.
    I thought that i will get that money back. I again made the transaction of the same amount and this time my transaction was successful.

    But i was still waiting for my money which was debited from my bank account during failed transaction.

    Pl. Help me to resolve this issue. Looking forward for your kind help

      I have given order of 1500 rs approx products price yesterday i. E. 24 march 2019. On delivery date i. E. Today 25 march 2019 it suppose to deliver in a selected slot 9.30am_12.00. Although on delivery date i received call that they have cancelled mt order due to inconvenience issue. And they transfered money to bigbasket wallet instead my source account. And later when i had word with customer service they said it can't transfer to source account. If you want it will take 9-10 days to transfer in original source

      Very very bad experience ever i had, not wanted to use bigbasket anymore if such service.

        Ordered on 28Jan2019, paid by SBI card as well as paytm as the executive said that server is down and card payment is not reflecting. By that time SBI card already debited. Now SBI is saying we have paid and Bigbasket is saying that they have not received via card. Both the places, responsible people are lacking. Dispute form sent to SBI and they said that timeline is over despite of launching complaint within 10 days when got confirmation by bigbasket.

          1. Ordered 3 days before and scheduled for 7:30-9:30PM and got it delivered on 11:15 PM. [2 hours delayed]. Informed customer care.
          2. Ordered today again and scheduled for 6:30-8:30PM and still not received ( time now 10:20 ). Once again informed customer care and once again they told it won't happen in the future.

          Another regular issue which i face is, most of the vegetables have an expiry of 5 days in Big Basket. When I order 10 items on March 5 ( for example ), there will be 6 out of 10 items which would have been already packed on March 2nd or 3rd.

          In the attached image, my order came on March 18th 11:14PM and items were packed on 16th & 17th.

            I had placed a order with big basket on 7th march 2019.
            It was a card delivery and when the delivery boy came to deliver his card machine was not working and also he did not accept a cash of rs 2000 for a bill amount of 425.

            I re-charged the big basket wallet with 2000 rs, 1000 rs transaction twice and also paid the rs 425 though net banking, which big basket claimed as failed transactions. The amount is debited from the account on 8th march and it is not reversed back until 19th march 2019.

            I have reached out to big basket and they are not ready to respond back to my email or send any confirmation on the transaction failures. Bank team is asking for a mail confirmation.

              With respect to out order (Dx-bguo[protected] i ordered 2 packets of 'tasties' namkeen packet with the offer of buy one get one, so there should have been 2 more packets acc to the offer (Total 4) but got only 2 of them. 2. I ordered 500 gm pumpkin but received only 250 gm of it. The fruits i ordered were not of good quality and were not fresh. I look forward to hearing from you.

                late delivery and making me wait for my order

                I have ordered BB on 13th for 14th delivery slot on 1900 hrs to 2200 hrs, MBO [protected], however it was rescheduled to next day. The same has been happened so many times, the executive without reaching the address will decide to reschedule . Reason always give as my number is not reachable.
                So if I have to navigate on call to reach my address why the address is mandatory to provide. It can be on call instead.

                So many times items are sub standard, while reporting no proper resolution no proper response instead of a readymade reply - pls return it is, we will replace it or refund it.

                Is that for a customer will order and plan schedule delivery slot. Wasting time to waiting for delivery.

                When complaint on customer care, said they maintain quality standards for delivery ..

                So many times the delivery person has delivered my orders to my neighbour in ground floor, where as my address is clearly says in 1st floor, Even I have not received a single call.

                Today also same, he called me I was in toilet, till came out he rescheduled the slot and left.

                If that case why before item's were delivered at my neighbour house which is not my address.

                Poor quality of food products and poor service delivery is frequently happening with BB.

                If there is no quality of products and delivery why they charge against service.

                Request authority to get an eye on the BB.

                As today I have received the order without a single call, it was landed in ground floor however my address is in 1st floor. Then Yesterday how come without call attending BB said they can't deliver.

                I have opted a card payment on delivery and card machine was working, so I had to pay by cash. And after the delivery person left immediately I got SMS on my debit that it's already paid.
                However I called him back and taken the cash back, if I delay by 2 mins I would have to call BB and request my refund, where I no fault even though I have to go through unnecessary explanation.

                This proves the quality service of BB is not customer friendly it's complicated and the delivery department and BB staff make them rolling business.

                If I write to you it would be waste of time like postmortem on dead body, it never actioned before nor it will be now.

                  My product was delivered on 28th of February with invoice number MBI[protected]. I didn't like the quality of the product and the same day I had raised a request for product return for product Princeware Prince Solar Casserole with handle- orange. I didn't get any update for 2-3 days and requested again. It was showing it will take 2-7 business days.

                  But after many days I have not received any update. I tried to contact customer support but not getting any response after one call. Even no response in chat window. My service request number is #[protected]. I am really very dissatisfy with the customer care.

                    Bbdaily offers its customer rs. 850 of benefits if recharged with rs. 1000 which includes free milk for 10 days and free bag worth rs. 650. I installed bbdaily on january 24, 2019 where the bb representative told me that she is bring the "free bag" after which she never returned. Free milk was delivered to me for 10 days out, the packaging of which was so poor that milk leaked on 3 days. I had to contact customer support again and again to let them know the issue and that i do not have bb bag where their delivery executive could place such perishable items. The customer agent fooled me for 3 days saying fresh milk would be delivered in 24 hours which was never delivered. After multiple follow ups, the amount was refunded to my wallet. I have been following up with the bb agents for more than 1.5 months and the promised "free bag" has not been delivered. Since this wastes a lot of time, i have stopped using this fraud app.

                    It's about the bag which was promised and I don't think it has an order number. It was to be given as part of launch offer when recharged with Rs. 1000. You can check with my number +91-[protected] which was recharged with Rs. 1000 on January 24, 2019.

                      I was supposed to get the free bag from bb daily as i recharged my bb daily wallet by rs 1000 but still i have not got anything. After complaining for 5-6 times on their chat support and 3-4 times by calling their customer care no. Also, what i have got is the assurance and the promise to get it within 2 days. And many times, they have debited the amount from wallet without delivering the the products.

                        I placed the order on big basket and due to some emergency i asked your executive miss sufia to reschedule it and she cancelled my order without informing me and rescheduled it for tomorrow and at the time of re-scheduling my 7-8 products got out of stock which she didn't bother to inform me.

                        I don't know how you guys work as it was a big disappointment for me especially from big basket customer support team. I was not given any resolution based on it.

                        I am going to file a complain on big basket team for this type of behavior to consumer forum.

                        This was the last order i placed as i am not going to order any thing from big basket.

                          I had a committed delivery between 5-8pm today. I received a call at 5.40 that due to product unavailability i will get delivery tomorrow evening. I requested for early morning delivery but was told that slot was unavailable. When i protested that this was extremely poor service i then received a second call that it was unavailability of product that was causing delays.
                          I have insisted on receiving the products in first slot tomorrow or my order must be canceled and my money returned. Needless to say i didn’t expect such poor service from a company that advertises its customer service.

                            I moved to a new apartment few weeks back. Tried updating the address in the app, but there seems to be a bug in it. Bbdaily does supply grocery in my apartment. I called customer care, they asked me drop an email, and refused to update the address from their end. More than 2 weeks and no reply to the email. Pathetic customer support. There is balance of 863 in my wallet. Want it to be refunded.

                              Big basket has ruined my breakfast 2nd time in a row. Both the times, i ordered from bigbasket for my breakfast. But both the times they didn't deliver my breakfast items and delivered other items which were not necessary. They apologized last time but yet again same thing happened and they didn't even bother to let me know that they are delivering the order partially. Moreover, there customer care wants me to wait on chat for 10-20 minutes to get reply from them.

                                Bbdaily ran a promotion of free bag in the month of jan-feb. Though i had subscribed on jan 4th, i have not received the same though my friends and neighbours who subscribed much later received it. My multiple followups with customer department including floor supervisors is utter waste as they are all useless bunch of folks. Out of disappointment i had asked bbdaily to refund the balance amount of inr 894 on 15th feb 2019 in my wallet as i did not want to avail their service any longer.

                                Here is the refund request details:
                                Bbdaily refund request id: rvmhoc22vz initiated on 15 feb 2019. Transaction id: jqhge4gj

                                Today is march 1, 2019 and i have not received the amount yet in my source account which is paytm (Attached snapshot of transaction).

                                I have been following up with them since 10 days. Initially the executives denied to take a complaint citing the reason that it will take 7-9 working days for the amount to be credited. Now after the time has elasped, they have taken up the complaint but have done nothing from their end. Everytime i call up the customer care, i had to repeat the entire history and i get one standard response: "i have escalated the matter and you will receive call back from our backend team" though no one calls back.

                                Bb has changed the meaning of escalation in india!!

                                Both of my issues were resolved by BigBasket PR escalation team. My refund amount got created into source account and also they delivered the bag overnight. Looks like the customer executive department for BBDaily is ineffective while the rest of the team are still doing their best!!!

                                As discussed, the bag will be delivered with in 48hrs. Hope our team has address the issue.
                                My Bigbasket refund money has not been credited to my account after 48 hours asthey promised while cancelling the order due to change of address. No proper response from customer service. I have been regular customer for 5 years and been buying every month provisions from them. Really fed-up. It's a big amount and getting worried.

                                  Big basket in chennai is third class. No response,
                                  No slots, the delivery boys are useless and lazy fellows. The customer care is full of third class people whose tongue doesn't have any commitment. I am old customer of big basket... Previously i was in bangalore... And now seems shifted to worst place on the planet. I am choosing amazon or zomato or grofers instead of big basket or i myself will visit hyper market instead of third rate big basket. I wish big basket go bankrupt like kingfisher, sahara and reliance com. Arrogant companies should face bankruptcy. All i want to say to big basket is not just bye, but a big aaaakh thoooooo!!°°°

                                    I am a regular customer of big basket since very long time. Today i had my order delivered and i had made the payment online but the customer care executive said it's not paid. I told him to give me 1 hour as i am outside now and need to check where is my payment stuck as it's already deducted from my bank account but the executive kept forcing that i need to make payment right away. It is really shameful that even after being so regular customer i kept explaining in front of everyone on call that i am outside without access to internet but such simple request was heard. I m not happy at all and 2ould not recommend big basket to anyone anymore only because of wrong behaviour.

                                      I am refer are friend and they registerd with my refferal and as per company terms our friend also complete first order but comany didnt give freeral bonous to both say ur friend is not register with your refferal a big fraud with me and second thing is that when i am call to customer care of big basket they say yes sir your reffere is succesfully rgisterd and order and u get 100 rs in bb wallet within 124 hours but email team say no u not eligible its a big fraud with me i am also have call recording of customer care i want any how 100 rs i am sending 20 of mails but they denied its a big fraud where ur customer represenattive say u eleigible and u didnt credit our amount our mail id [protected]@gmail.com and friend id [protected]@gmail.com our order id- minfvo[protected]
