I couldn't place order in chennai

Big basket in chennai is third class. No response,
No slots, the delivery boys are useless and lazy fellows. The customer care is full of third class people whose tongue doesn't have any commitment. I am old customer of big basket... Previously i was in bangalore... And now seems shifted to worst place on the planet. I am choosing amazon or zomato or grofers instead of big basket or i myself will visit hyper market instead of third...

not happy with the service

I am a regular customer of big basket since very long time. Today i had my order delivered and i had made the payment online but the customer care executive said it's not paid. I told him to give me 1 hour as i am outside now and need to check where is my payment stuck as it's already deducted from my bank account but the executive kept forcing that i need to make payment right away. defective software spuriously adding shipping charges later

Bigbasket software is mischievously adding shipping charges in later steps of order. If you are going in good faith, you will end up paying shipping charges that were shown as not applicable.
I have taken 2 screenshots to show that - in first screen bb-2, delivery charges are shown as waived off. Later, in screen bb-3, charges are added back.

Bigbasket customer care is absolutely not listening to this and they keep repeating...
