Big Basket — no response from escalation team | |
Bigbasket site gives an e-mail address [protected]@bigbasket.com for feedback but my mail bounced back. My order was cancelled by bb multiple times and i received several emails and calls for the same order, causing me lot of inconvenience and waste of time. Further they delivered poor quality vegetables on three items. The same order was delivered a second time next day which of course i sent back. My email on the issue to customer service of bb got a perfunctory response and beyond that there was no communication. Attaching some text from their email: Forwarded message — From: Date: thu 1 aug, 2019, 10:52 Subject: re:bco[protected] We apologize for the inconvenience caused for the order #87531491. We would like to inform you that we have escalated the issue to our escalation team and they will get back to you at the earliest. * With my complaint remaining unresolved, bb continues to send me their routine email asking feedback on response from customer service... I ordered products on 11th Aug which delivered on 12th Aug partially and one product delivered today on 13th Aug. Cookies packed in box but inner pack is open, cookies are soggy, looks like old. Each cookie is different in shapes and burnt. When I tasted I feel vomit. I raised a return request by informing the issue. They given a slot tomorrow.
