Big Basket — no response from escalation team

Bigbasket site gives an e-mail address

[protected]@bigbasket.com for feedback but my mail bounced back.

My order was cancelled by bb multiple times and i received several emails and calls for the same order, causing me lot of inconvenience and waste of time. Further they delivered poor quality vegetables on three items. The same order was delivered a second time next day which of course i sent back.

My email on the issue to customer service of bb got a perfunctory response and beyond that there was no communication. Attaching some text from their email:

With my complaint remaining unresolved, bb continues to send me their routine email asking feedback on response from customer service...
