terrible service

Too many issues. It has become norm for them to deliver near expiry products. I have escalated on twitter various times but they only make false promises. The next delivery is again with near expiry products. They have items displayed which are not in stock. I tried to order a product on 3 instances and they kept cancelling. I asked them why do they display and allow to add in cart when product is out of stock. No explanation and the product...

July delivery slot was 2nd July 2019, 8.30pm-10.30pm. But I've not receive my order yet...it is really upsetting. I chat with there customer care service...but still it didn't help much...it is very unexpected from a grocery shopping app... specially when it include your daily needs. If they can't delivery on proper time slot then why they show such slots...I request big basket team to look at my issue...and improve their services.....

non refunding of my wallet money

worst quality of product

Its a pathetic app. They have come up with different free offers at your doorstep and when you start ordering from them you get worst quality of products. I have purchased onions(rooten one), amul butter the packet of which was damaged and even butter came out of it.
The height is the eggs, i doubt the eggs are of some different animal just worst.

big basket daily charging mandatory service charge

I want to complain against big basket daily who are charging every customer a service charge of rs 1 for every delivery. Its not a delivery charge but service charge. always paytm payment failure happens in bigbasket

Whenever i tried to pay the payment from paytm, always asks for adding amount using credit card or debit card. As usual, i always have more than required balance on my paytm wallet. Still only bigbasket is asking for adding more amount by credit card or debit card. It never happens on another portals. Only bigbasket is asking for the addition amount.

poor quality apples delivered to me and poor customer care.

The apples delivered to me were rotten from inside and soft from outside. I told them I need replacement they denied because the same apple type are not available. I told them it is fault at your side so deliver me other type of apples but I won't pay the difference as it is your fault and you are responsible. Bb made me do a double payment on an order. As the online payment was 'unsuccessful', i paid for the order by cash the next day when the order was delivered. Meanwhile my bank account was debited, and bank confirmed that the payment to merchant was successful. And i have to take it up with the merchant for refund. Bb has acknowledged the double payment and has sent an email mentioning refund to my source account in 7-9 bank working days....
