I talked to bbdaily executives and did a recharge of 2000+, as per the conditions to apply a promocode of "freemilk20". After the recharge the coupon was saying not vaild or expired, i was using bbdaily itself for the first time.

So all the conditions were satisfying and 2000 was in bbdaily wallet. Now the drama of bb executives started, how to deny me any claims.

First a executive named "vanita" said there are two accounts from this address, so that might be the reason, (As if a family husband and wife can't register from two numbers and avail offer).

Then she said the value amount should be 28 or lesser, which is nowhere mentioned.

Then when i asked her, she said you should refer faqs, the ad for this code, doesn't even say t & c.

Later on one of the chat executives said that we will give you some coupon benefits, you do the recharge, too fool and extract money from you.

This is the way, bbdaily fools people, pay huge amount to celebrities for advertisement and loot common people.

Another BBdaily executive, "Bhubaneshwari" bluntly replied that go and check BBdaily app, this is clearly mentioned there, I have attached the snapshot for consumer forum to see, if any details or terms and conditions is mentioned.

If BBdaily executives have some shame, please reply with screenshot and explain about the screenshot I have attached.

BBdaily executives have done another FRAUD, now the Advertisement PIC IN THE APP has been CHANGED and the "freemilk20" code has been removed, now they have put "T & C" Apply", but still the terms and conditions are not mentioned in writing anywhere in the APP.

PLEASE EXPLAIN THE ATTACHED SNAPSHOT WITH THIS COMPLAINT AND SHOW THE SNAPSHOT OF DETAILS ABOUT "FREEMILK20". I HAVE NOTED THE LAST RELEASE OF APP IS 22ND JULY.

    I ordered couple of products from Bigbasket on July 27th, 2019.
    I coincidentally checked the printed price on the product (that was cardamom 20 g). The printed price was Rs 70. However, the charged price to me was Rs 105. I usually never match the price of the products. I don't know how many times such discrepancies would have happened. This is a case of fraud.

    I approached Bigbasket for justification of this discrepancy. Noone is justifying from their side.

      I had made a card payment for an order (Mpo[protected] of rs 1264 on 13th july 2019, though the amount was debited from my account but they said that they haven't received so please do the payment again and the previous amount will be refunded within 4-7 business days. I have contacted big basket 4-5 times but they are not resolving the issue n neither giving me the reference no of the amount that was reversed according to them..

        I raised a complaint to replace the rice last week. Every day you people saying you are escalating the issue till now no solution. One you say technical issue next day you people says escalated.
        Very poor service. Now you people blocked me aswell in bigbasket.

        Resolve the issue if not i will write the same to consumer grevence cell.

          I placed order 3 days back and today was the scheduled delivery. However I didn't receive any order. When I called I was made to gold for 15 mins n then told that the order cannot to delivered today. Then I was connected to the senior person looking after escalation. He assured delivery tomorrow at 7-9 slot. I have guest coming tomorrow morning and because of assurity I didn't go out to buy the grocery. Now what would I cook Tomo morning.
          N ed compensation for today's dinnervand tomorrow's lunch for 5 people.n my money should be transferred to my bank account as I never wish to order from big basket again.

            On 14th july i have order some grocery from big basket ₹2858.00amount of was debited from my account first but i got a message that transaction failed my amount will reversed back into source a/c secokd time tried doing payment for same amount ₹2858.00 again amount was debited from account and same message was displayed third time i paid ₹2697.00 where transaction was successful... I got my grocery delivered... After couple of days u raised a complaint stating that my has not been reversed back ₹2858+₹2858=₹5716
            Dey just say they have registered complaints it is funded back and asked me to check wid bank when i checked wid back dey said me merchant did not reverse the amount u need to submit cdf form at bank next again when i called bigbasket asking y they lie to they ask the whole story n same is repeated
            My amount is still holder by them can anyone help me get my money back

              Toothpaste was delivered with open seal condition. Many mails and calls were sent seeking for replacement of the item. But zero response and no action has been taken. What if something went inside the toothpaste tube during delivery. No human being can accept such delivery of an item. Aftet many mails, they responded and said instead of replacement, they will credit amount to my bb vallet account. I purchased that item in lowest price zone and later i could not buy the same at that price. Why cant they replace. It is not such a worthy product, after all it is just a toothpaste. How can they be so mean to the customer when an item of theirs was delivered in pathetic condition. If something happens because of its (Seal less tube) usage, who will be held responsible?

                First of all you had not delivered the two products from my first ever order BLKFVO[protected] : BB Royal Dates And Set Wet Deo.

                Second, i didn't raise any false complaint that you are saying continuosly and only raise the complaint about the not delivered products... i told this many time on customer care chat too and they escalate the issue but as i didn't get the response from your side then i again told the customer care on chat about not delivered products. Also you cancelled my next order and deactivate by blaming me i am raising false complaints and misusing bigbasket policy. Check your system from inside and your delivery boy before telling me about misusing your policies.

                Third, you deactivate my profile and saying invalid credit has been credited and i never ask for the invalid credit and why would i do that and what about your customer care ?? Are they providing free credits on request ?? When i tell them the products has not been delivered then only they add the credits not for free. Ask them block them not me... i do and i will do the complaint even if a single rupee item is not delivered to me for which i paid to you early before delivery online. This is complete your system and delivery boy fault, i am suffering in all this.

                Finally, open my profile and refund (802 Rs) my amount again which you have invalid deducted.

                I will definitely file the fraud complaint against you and bigbasket in "Consumer Forum Board" and in "Lucknow Police Station - EsmailGanj Police Station" if my profile not get activated soon and my 802 Rs not get returned into my bb wallet or in my paytm wallet through which i made the payment. Mind my words i will not tolerate more any mislead and wrong statements.

                  Absolutely baffled by standards of hygeine followed by this heavily funded company
                  Bbdaily which is relatively a new service onboarded users like me by going door to door and promoting their service like use of insulated bag to ensure food hygeine and preservation
                  Twice, has it happened that the food delivered is not put inside bag but outside on the floor and packaging of edible food is always torn.
                  These companies are cheating consumers for personal gains and growing to such large valuations with shallow customer service

                    I had a order id : mbo[protected] which was delivered on 6 july. It was placed using cash/card on delivery payment option. The delivery executive swiped the debit card twice saying the transaction failed both times and i had to pay cash finally. But money was debited both times from my account and still not credited back after 5 days. The order amount was 981 and it was debited twice so total rs 1962 was debited which is yet not credited.

                    Called customer care thrice and they said to arrange a call back from transaction team in 15 min but not received any call or update since 2 days.

                    It seems the online customers service is not working. I started messaging almost 2 days but no any response even no machine message. I had paid 1000 rupees for purchase 635 rupees goods. The delivery guy said 345 rupees will be in my bigbasket wallet in 24 hours but now is 48 hours finished and my wallet still zero...

                      Yesterday between 7-10am my order was delivered and in the morning i had paid the amount through paytm selecting all the orders. When i paid the amount the first order was showing i. E.[protected] rs-755 (After availing 150 credit from the wallet), second order i. E.[protected] rs - 194 (In this order big basket has charged me delivery rs.30 which they are not supposed to charge) so second order actual amount should be rs-164 and last order i. E.[protected] rs - 88
                      So total of 03 orders should be rs-1007 and i paid to them rs-1054.

                      After i paid the amount they have modified the order adding renewal of big basket membership amount rs - 299

                      I am getting multiple calls from different people (Big basket customer care and also vendor) saying i have not paid the amount. I have paid selecting all three orders and if they have added auto renewal of membership after i paid the amount its not my fault.

                      Please debit my wallet for big basket membership and credit the amount which i paid is access i. E rs - 47

                      I am using bigbasket from many years and the way i am getting calls from vendors and customer care staff is not right.

                      i also ordered ready to fry snacks of tasties named as potato chiplets and it didn't contain potato into it.

                        Too many issues. It has become norm for them to deliver near expiry products. I have escalated on twitter various times but they only make false promises. The next delivery is again with near expiry products. They have items displayed which are not in stock. I tried to order a product on 3 instances and they kept cancelling. I asked them why do they display and allow to add in cart when product is out of stock. No explanation and the product continues to show on their app. Vegetables delivery were wet. I returned at doorstep. Placed order again. They sent wet vegetables again. There is no option of selecting a delivery slot. No slot options provided at all. They have pre applied the delivery slot as per their choice. Have escalated issues multiple times but no use. They are absolutely not bothered or interested in any kind of customer service. Pathetic service!

                          I made an order on 30th june 2019. It was supposed to be delivered on 1st of july between 2-5pm. I got a call before 5pm that it is not possible to deliver. When i argued they got ready. At night i got a msg that my stuff has been delivered but it was not. I contacted them on 1st night, there was no solution and on 2nd i again contacted them. There is no solution. Now they are apologising and saying it will be delivered tomorrow evening.
                          Very bad service and no help from customer care.

                            July delivery slot was 2nd July 2019, 8.30pm-10.30pm. But I've not receive my order yet...it is really upsetting. I chat with there customer care service...but still it didn't help much...it is very unexpected from a grocery shopping app... specially when it include your daily needs. If they can't delivery on proper time slot then why they show such slots...I request big basket team to look at my issue...and improve their services..

                            Website https://www.bigbasket.com/ has lot of errors big one is before make final payment, order automatically gets placed. there is no option for cash on delivery and resulting they deliver order.
                            Why bigbasket deliver order for those payment not paid ?
                            This is frustrating and remove this flaw from web site

                              I had bought a few things from big basket
                              On 3rd June the money was transferred by me into the big basket wallet through Paytm but the items were not delivered and they still took the money then they refunded it in my wallet but again next day morning my wallet showed zero balance and without asking me they said it was put in the Paytm wallet .
                              Now the the money is not in the big basket wallet or in the Paytm wallet. Whenever we call they always say that they are looking in the matter. It's been 3 weeks I have still not received my money. Please help.

                                I ordered from Big Basket and chose the card on delivery option. However, the delivery agent made me pay twice, saying the first time was a failure. Now Big Basket is not returning the money. This is a clear example of how Big Basket extorts money out of their customers. The customer service isn't even replying to my concern. The first time they asked me for bank statement and after providing that they said there were technical issues and said they'll get back to me within 24 hours. They haven't gotten back to me yet and there customer service is dead. They stole Rs. 478 off me and I would like a full refund with amends made.

                                  Its a pathetic app. They have come up with different free offers at your doorstep and when you start ordering from them you get worst quality of products. I have purchased onions(rooten one), amul butter the packet of which was damaged and even butter came out of it.
                                  The height is the eggs, i doubt the eggs are of some different animal just worst.

                                  Its for awareness of all users of big basket please be careful, they are playing with our health.This site needs to be banned really. I am uninstalling the app.

                                  I ordered organic tattva red chilly powder from bigbasket for 52 rupees(2 for 104) . When i received the product i read the mrp listed as 50 rupees. Bigbasket is selling products at higher price than mrp and promoting fraudalent activities . I request the goverment to take strict action against bigbasket and stop them from robbing their customers.

                                    I had placed order on 4th June 2019. Mistakenly instead of 1 Kg Madhur Sugar, 5 Kg Madhur Sugar order was placed. After delivery of the product, when I reached home, I came to know about it.

                                    From 5th to 13th June 2019, I contacted BB Customer Care many a times to report about it and asking them to arrange for a pick up of the item. Every time I was assured that the item shall be picked up the very same day.

                                    On 10th June 2019, I had placed another order. When the delivery boy visited to deliver the products, I asked him to pick up that item but he declined to do so. Probably, it was not his assigned task, that's why.

                                    Yesterday, I had sent e-mail also in this regard to customer care, but no action or communication at their end.

                                    Most of the time deliver my items to someone else and also deliveres wrong quantity of product.

                                      We tired reaching the customer on registered number. But seems that customer was busy. Hence we request the customer to reach us on the customer care number for further assistance.
                                      The brown sugar that has been marketed demerara is actually brown coloured white sugar, are you sure of what is being packed in the place of original product?
                                      I tried to make a fluffy omelette with this eggs and hence beated it with a fork to develop a fluffy texture but to my surprise the eggs turned watery. This definitely not a real egg.

                                      Please don't play with health. Kids have them in breakfast.

                                        I have purchased tray of eggs from fresco from your bigbasket on 22 may in hyderabad, eggs what i received are fake eggs, yolk melta in egg white very easily without wisking almost half of the tray were fake and i have rest half with me and i can even hear sound when i shake the egg normally real egg yolk with not mix with egg with easily unless you whisk it and you will not hear any sound from real eggs
