I, Swati Suri placed an order at 12:09 am on Friday, 3rd June 22 and the order was supposed to be delivered between 7:30-10:30 am on Friday 3rd June 2022. ORDER ID- EXN-[protected][protected]
Before the delivery of my order i got a notification at the BB app that order has been cancelled as per your request- REASON- DOORSTEP RETURN / DELIVERY PARTNER NOT ABLE TO CONTACT YOU.
BUT NO BELL WAS RANG AND NO CALL WAS RECEIVED FROM THE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE.
When I approached the customer care regarding the same, MS. LAKSHMI SAROJA took delivery partner on the call and the delivery partner admitted that he didnt ring the bell.
MS. LAKSHMI SAROJA promised to call for my order but no call was received from her end. When i contacted the customer care again after half and hour MS, LALITA handled the call. She told that she is not able to contact the head team and delivery partner and promised a call back within 20 minutes . She put my call on hold for around 30-40 minutes and disconnected the call.
In my order important breakfast items were there thats why i selected the slot of 7:30-10:30 am in the morning. its been 12 noon the executives are misleading me and i am waiting for the delivery of my order.
cameras are there in front of my home. I can attach the CCTV FOOTAGE ( on your request ) that the delivery partner has not come .
kindly look into this as soon as possible and give me a quick solution. PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE WORKING OF your executives- MS. LAKSHMI SAROJA ND MS. LALITA for not dealing with customers properly and misleading them.
