Big Basket — Payment debited from my Bank Account to Big Basket but showing payment failed and amount not reversed back

On 1 Feb 2022 Rs 1308 got debited from my Bank account for Big Basket order through Paytm. But Big Basket showed Payment failed. This amount was neither credited to Paytm wallet nor has the amount reversed back into my account. Both Paytm and my IOB (my Bank Account) have confirmed that this amount has been credited to Big Basket but Big Basket showed payment failed to me and I had to make another payment for my order. Big Basket has told me that there has been no transaction and is not willing to give me anything in writing.
