My name is Amit.
jaipur, Rajasthan.
I am a very old customer of bigbasket, whenever any goods mostly eggs come in cracked or bad condition i post the picture of that and complaint to customer support, they replace it or refund me for that. In my last order i recieved 1 tray of eggs damaged out of 4 tray ordered and while complaining by mistake i posted any old image of cracked eggs tray which was already there in my phone. So by saying that you are misusing policy they deactivated my account i convinced them that by mistake i choosed the old image and i have the recent image as proof of damaged eggs delivered but they are not understanding my issue and not activating my account. I also purchased their membership which cost Rs 299 day before my last order.In my bigbasket wallet there is around Rs 300 already there with membership of Rs 299, now suddenly they blocked my account by saying that misuse of policy, now i want to ask that what misuse is there if product is in bad condition and when i am convincing them i have proof of damaged eggs delivered the are not hearing my issue.
And even if they are not activating it why they are not giving money back to me that is around 300+299. I have tried so much to them my issue but they are neither activating my account nor refunding back my money.
Please i request help me to activate my account as its very old account important to me & left with my money in it which i have to access.
